My moms car breaks down. We bring it to this garage. Its referred by a neighbor. Im glad this is a honest man. He gave a great deal and price for the service that was done. The location is a bit weird as his behind of a building. Small shop but he gets the job done right and not over price.Brought my vehicle to get breaks done. William is very professional and very honest. The one thing you pray for when you're trying to find a good mechanic is an honest one. He will give you a straight price once he figures out what needs to be done to your vehicle. No need to hastle price since his 10x cheaper than any dealership work.

It s hard to find a reliable auto mechanic, I found out about JG Garage through a good friend and have been bringing my cars here for years and I can t recommend William enough!!! Honest, straightforward, efficient and just all around great service! If you need a reliable professional to work on your vehicle this garage is excellent.

I ve been a customer since 2010, from my ford focus SVT, Civic SI, Subaru STI from my livin the life days to now being a cool dad with my Subaru Forester, William was my only mechanic and my go to guy for all my automotive repairs, upgrades and set up installations. He does my oil change and inspections every year. His price is very reasonable and his job is soo excellent that you can t compare from any other mechanics here in NoVA, based from my friends experiences and after I recommend them to JG Garage, they have nt complained anything but all praises to William. So if you are reading this review, it means you are looking for a mechanic that won t do you dirty, honest and straight up. So don t hesitate and hit up my boy Willy!! William is the best, most honest mechanic I have ever known. His prices are very reasonable and his work impeccable. Never taking our cars somewhere else to be fixed, J G Garage is the one and only.

I met William through my mom. My parents have always used J G Garage for their car repair needs, and I had to take my mom's car to J G Garage for an oil change many months ago, and there is when I met William. Recently, my mom's car won't start. I called William and informed him that my mom's neigbor was able to jump start the car, and her neighbor who has a car repair shop said that it was something with the hose/belt/???. William thought it might be the battery. Just in case, he suggested to have the car towed, because he worries that the car might stall in the middle of the road while being driven there. I called AAA to tow the car to J G Garage, coordinated with my mom for the car pickup, and informed William that the car will be arriving today. William made this entire process so easy, and I did all that within minutes at the comfort of my office desk. ;-) Since I go to my dealership for all my car repair/maintenance needs, I am familiar with pricing. I feel that J G Garage pricing is very reasonable and competitive, and their workmanship is excellent. William is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, competent, and honest. I highly recommend J G Garage.

William was absolutely wonderful!When I dropped off my car he spoke extensively with me so that he could narrow down what could be wrong with my car before even taking a look. He then took a look at the car and asked if he could drive it since the issue only occurred when driving for a while.After looking at my car he called to let me know what needed to be done, explained what was causing the issue, and even helped me weigh my options before making a decision.The work was done quickly and I am very happy with the results. The whole process was very transparent and I really appreciated him taking the time to really look into the problem and explain it to me.

I've been coming to this place for years because it's hard to find honest repairs shops that do great work at a fair price. Everyone that I've referred also love this place and have been repeat customers for years.
