jawid is very honest and has fair prices he loves to serve Customer service with great kindness, I recommend it if you need to do your inspection and issuance in Virginia, they speak Spanish Because of work we couldn't find a place that would suit our time, he very kindly gave us an appointment for 6pm happily I won't have to worry about me having my inspection

Brought my car in and it was fixed in two days. Jawid was so nice, professional and helpful with my car. I m glad I was able to get my car back within a short amount of time. It was great to have the auto shop so close to where I live! Great work and will come back soon if I need anything else! Affordable and reasonable pricing as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs work done on their car.

Very disorganized and dirty business. Owner, Jawid, has has no respect for your time. He personally wasted 3 hours of my valuable time for a simple VA inspection. He disappeared for one hour not placing the sticker. He has no professional ethics. I believe the owner, Jawid, revenge customer based on country of their origin. I know he has the same sick behavior pattern with some other people I know. He asks customer to come inside the repair garage where there are lifted cars, it is a violation of safety regulation. I saw kids playing very close to the shop. Even his own employees have no respect of him and his business.Avoid this place! You regret doing business with this guy.Service: Vehicle Inspection

They deserve no star at all.I will Not recommend this place, even can't say auto shop for anyone.I took my car to them for AC repair, which had leak and I told Jawid and his acting mechanics about the leak. They checked it and conformed the leak and ordered the parts. And the abnormal thing that they charged me for everything at front even did not know if my car will fix that's how they get you. Came back for second time they they said we fixed it and ready to go. After one day AC was still leaking, not working. They said bring it back, I brought it back for the third time, and they said we fixed it, but it is not fixed and no cool air at all. Now they asking me to bring it back for the fourth time, Since they took my money, don't want to refund it to me to fix my car somewhere else, I am sure if I take it back to them several more times, they do not have the knowledge to fix it, by the time if.. they fix my car AC, it will be winter! Please be careful.Service: Air conditioning

TLDR: Save yourself the trouble and stay away.Went here for an inspection, they changed a fog light, a motor mount and "topped off the fluids". I picked my car up the next day and it was completely undrivable, it stalled constantly and would overheat within 5 minutes of starting. Since this was all new behavior I checked the fluids, the oil was high and the ATF was way high. I drained about 1.5 liters of ATF and the car has almost made a full recovery but its now developed a hard shift from 2-3 and still stutters when I come to a stop. You'll save more money by just going to a good shop the first time.

Oh my goodness! I honestly can't think of enough nice things to say about this auto garage. These guys are great! Top notch professionals who stands behind their work. Jawid, the owner, is a true samaritan. He and his staff have always been curious, fair and affordable. I trust them with my cars and can always expect stellar service when picking up my rides.

My husband took my car to have the break light fixed and to do inspection for the car. They kept the car for a month and finally after several phone call from our end to see how the repair progress was going, the gentleman called after one month and said it is fixed but they had to change different electrical boards to fix the break light. They charged us 1,435.00. we paid him because he always acts very religious and always talk about God. The very next day my husband called him and informed him that the locks, remote keypad, camera, windows, navigation system, are not working, he said bring the car back...,he kept my car for another month and kept saying he is asking an expert to come and look at the car don t worry it will get fixed. He called and said he was sorry but he can t fix the car and it should be taken to the dealership. He did not want to refund my money and said he paid so much in labor to someone who was an expert in fixing BMW. This man who is the owner of the shop and always talk about God and how to be good to people, but cheated us right in front of His God and lied to credit card company how my damages were done due to water damage. He knows my car had nothing else wrong when we took it to him only to fix the break light and to do inspection. God will somehow take that 1,435 from you and will show you how it feels to cheat good hard working people who trusted you and your services.Service: General repairs & maintenance

It is a small shop but it has been serving my cars on and off for 5 years. It is deceptively disorganized due to the multiple car garages surrounding the limited parking here, but I've never been cheated or duped. If you are looking to have serious work done to tour car I'd compare prices around town but these guys will defiantly get it done and are not overly aggressive in trying to sell you what you don't need. Find out what you need done and drop your car off. These guys will take care of you.Find a place to park, come strict to the office on the right and speak with the clerk or manager and they'll get you taken care of.

Be careful and avoid at all cost! I have done business with this place and its one of the most unorganized and dishonest places. Been there multiple times and always gave them benefit of the doubt but my recent experience was extremely negative! They will intentionally misguide you and try to take advantage of you. The owner who manages the place is very deceptive and will over charge you. I know of others that have had similar experiences. Even the poor mechanics that work there are forced to deceptive and unethical practices! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

The first time I came to Gateway was on 2018 Mr.jawid gave me helpful advices about my car and the mechanic staff was very friendly. I keep coming to this auto shop since then. Mr.jawid is a very patience and understanding person he gave me good prices on auto parts (the other day he gave me 2 years warranty for an a/c compressor this is one of the main reason I keep coming to gateway auto repair)Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, A/C installation & repair

The manager of this place, mr. Jawid is a nice and respectful person. I used to go for his service all the way from sterling to manassas.Unfortunately, last time something, which i call it rediculous happened tht i never expected under his management. After a minor accident i submitted my car to them for repair.Almost one month was taken to repair the car. After one month I got the car with the check engine light ON. Immediately, i talked to him about the Light and he said" as long as the car runs it is ok". Finally, I ended up taking care of the problems due to which the light had come ON in another place.

Jawid & his staff are very professional, very courteous, and always willing to work with their customers. I've had a standing relationship with this shop for years, and never had a bad experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!

Really feel good going to them because they honestly tell you what needs to be done in your car, and the price they charge you is really good, sometimes it seems they charge you less more than they suppose to charge Very honest people and they do a very good job, and a very reasonable price. Try to check this people you will surely be coming back all the time.

These people are very honest and hard working. There business has no frills, they just fix cars and try to keep the prices fair. They deal with all kinds of people and are willing to negotiate, find used parts if possible, spend extra time on details. I like them and would recommend them to anyone.Hajjah Noura Durkee

Your car is never ready when they say u always have to wait, they how much u want to spend, no matter what they do,even if it's less it always work out to what u put on the paper,so I think it's a trick. My advice is dont wase your time.
