Mike and his whole crew are great! We're full time in our motorhome and finding dependable honest mechanics is often a problem especially when you have a breakdown. Our brakes stopped working! AAA couldn't find us anyone but a man at a service station referred us to Complete Diesel. We were very fortunate! They were busy but Mike worked us in and 4 hours later we're back on the road and headed South for the winter We highly recommend Complete Diesel !Service: Auto brake repair

I brought my truck to Mike at Complete Diesel after I took it to the dealership and calling around to find someone willing to dig into the main issue the dealership called out. The dealership of course was looking for a payday and the other shops I called didn t seem like they wanted to deal with the issues. Mike and his crew got to work quick and had everything plus some extra work done in a few days and thousands less than what the dealership wanted. They even figured out and fixed an issue I was having with my steering for over a year after taking it to a different shop in another state. Highly recommend if you are in need of a diesel mechanic! To say I m happy with everything is a complete understatement, I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. We were traveling to Connecticut in an RV and broke down. We were at the mercy of the mechanic., he was honest and efficient. We were able to make it back to Florida with no issues. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity. Highly recommend them.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I highly do not recommend this shop, I have a 2005 Ford f250 6.0I had my truck towed in (9/2023) because it kept hydrolocking. i brought in warren diesel injectors to get installed as well as fixing the hydrolocking situation. after a couple days i was told i had a cracked cylinder head and given an estimate. Mike had also told me he was sure that this would fix my truck and get it back to me within a week or two, we also set on a estimate because if the job costed to much i would not have got it done. it took complete diesel about a month to do my cylinder heads. Late October I go in to pick up my truck. after paying over $10,000 my truck is misfiring bad never heard it sound so bad, mike states that it will clear up. i drive not more than 15 mins away from complete diesel and my truck dies. not only does it die my coolant cap was in my cup holder and vacuum reservoir flew on to the street from under my truck. I had to get my truck towed back to complete diesel and mike refuses to reimburse the tow. blames it on my aftermarket injectors. Mike then literally stops communicating with me and throws my truck to another individual named sean who apparently has joined business with him. at this point we are well over estimate and mind you i already paid for the job, with the fact that my truck currently has ford oem injectors and still does not run. sean is stating my truck needs pistons, rings, etc and stating all this will get done at no extra charge. this was probably December 2023. I try to call complete diesel and they purposely ignore me and send me to voice mail, last update i ve heard with my truck is that they ve installed the pistons and rings and the truck still shuts off. i ve got no other update all i get is I m trying to fix it give me another week week after week that s if i can get a hold of anybody. I have went to complete diesel a couple times and just asked for it back as is they told me they would do that but i would not get a refund, My truck currently sits at complete diesel (February 2024) and i have no update on what is going on.this is very bad business. lack of communication and i will never trust them with any of my vehicles again.

I drove my bus (2000 Blue Bird TC1000) and dropped it off at Complete Diesel with an oil leak. Within 2-4 days time they contacted me with the diagnosis. I had a bad headgasket that needed to be replaced. My understanding was this was a standard vehicle repair. This was the Monday after 11/29/2021. After more than 2 years (773 days) of countless excuses I still have not received a fixed, running bus. What bothers me most is that I see reviews of customers getting their vehicles repaired and yet my bus is still in operable waiting to be repair. So please be careful when taking your vehicle to Complete Diesel for you may never get your vehicle back. As of today, 1/10/24, they have had my bus for two years to make the repair for a headgasket replacement. By the way, should you take your vehicle there for repairs, my bus is the big rainbow camo painted one. You can't miss it.update: 112 weeks and stil no fixed headgasket

I was out of town and had my truck stolen and when I got it back it needed a lot of work to get it running properly again. All the mechanics were booked up so I had some unqualified mechanic try and fail. I called complete Diesel and Michael heard my story and told me to come in right away and that he would get me taken care of. Diesel mechanic shops are always booked out so this is amazing for a shop this size. The work was done right at a fair price and in one day! They even gave me a ride home which was 25 minutes away so I didn't have to get an Uber. Thanks guys

Good people great service as I was Traveling through manassas on 66 west bound I notice I couldn t move my rig without stalling out and noticed a leaking air sound when range selector was in low range so I got towed to McCarthy s Tire service but realized they don t do transmission work so we found these guys and they did a awesome job and got me up and running in about a day and they were kind enough to shuttle me to a hotel were they were able to give me discount and the hotel was very nice.The owner of the shop is very kind and very knowledgeable his staff is also very kind the service writer who is pregnant was also very nice and friendly and they even fix a leaking hub seal and topped off the hub with oil that the tow driver messed up free of charge talk about service the only negative thing is there s no parking if you have a trailer and it s very tight so don t go there with a trailer bobtail only but on the positive side there are plenty of strip malls in the area if your looking to eat or shop while your tractor is being repaired highly recommended if your in need of repairs and your in the area.

Great, courteous, and knowledgable service.I've been going to Complete Diesel for 10 years with my old truck, and they always take care of the problem quickly and expertly and get me back on the road.I recommend them to anyone with a truck!

As a small business owner, my van is my livelihood. When it sprang a coolant leak, AAA towed it to another shop, where it sat for two days. Was finally told "Sorry, we aren't comfortable performing the repair on your Ford Transit". I called the guys at Complete Diesel, described the problem, and was told that not only could they perform the repair, but that they would get it in the shop the same day! Four hours after towing it to them, I got a call saying that not only was my van fixed, but that they came in under the estimate!!Service: Engine repair

Michael and the crew at Complete Diesel provided absolutely fantastic customer service and repair work. I provided them a difficult job with no notice prior to delivering my truck to them. I asked for a very aggressive timeline for the work to be completed, so I could tow our trailer to a race for my son. Not only did the crew meet the timeline, the work was excellent. 5 stars and highly recommended, I will certainly return for additional service.Service: Transmission repair

UPDATE!!! We had 3 batteries replaced here and while the truck was still on the property before we had it towed to another shop, all 3 batteries and cables were STOLEN out of the truck (possibly by the company). We have already paid for the service and parts!AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My company decided to start using this shop to repair and service our trucks. They replaced something but the truck was still experiencing the issues and we were told it would be looked at again. Our truck sat there for 3 more weeks with 0 communication. When we reached back out, the owner did not take any responsibility for forgetting our truck was there and instead asked me if I wanted to service another truck!! Could not give us any kind of date estimate as to when it would be fixed. We gave them a week to supply us with any kind of update. After the week was up, the truck had still been completely UNTOUCHED. We finally towed the truck to another shop this morning. Never have I had such terrible communication and lack of responsibility in dealing with an auto shop. 4 weeks is absolutely unacceptable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP unless you want to lose $, sanity, and time.Service: Electrical

Called them out for a brake chamber, and out of fuel. Decided to have them cage the brake and transfer fuel from 1 tank to the other. They still couldn't get our truck started and charged $843. Billed us for 2 service calls and 4 hours of labor at 157 per hour. Service truck was dispatched at 2:10 pm and by 5:10pm I had the second invoice totaling to $1,200. After a phone call with the nice after hours lady it was reduced to $843. The road side mechanic showed up in a Mercedes and didn't even have filter wrenches with him. Absolute scam of a service. I ended up driving 2 hours myself to get our truck started so I wouldn't continue to be robbed. Worst road side service ever. I would never recommend them to anyone.

The men who work here were nothing short of amazing. Everyone who works there is beyond helpful and super nice it s a family atmosphere when you walk into the shop!Completely transparent and up front with how much it was going to run me and when I should expect it back within my possession. I never once felt like they were trying to get one over on me since I m a female in a predominantly male industry! We were travelling in our Sprinter Van back from Virginia Beach when we lost Turbo power on I95. We contacted more than 20 places before Kevin at Complete Diesel told us to bring it to him and he would take a look at it.His crew got us in when we got there and was able to diagnose the issue. Knowing we were trying to get home they located a part for us and went to Richmond to pick it up. Cole handed us the keys to his personal vehicle and told us to go explore the Caves in the Shannondoah Valley while he worked on our Van. We got back and he was done. He gave us his personal cell as it was Friday night in case we ran into issues the rest of the way home to NH, that is amazing customer service. We were so worried and had no idea what to do and they stepped in and had us on our way before anyone else could even get us in to look at the issue. Avoid this place at all costs, will rip you off and that s guaranteed.Not qualified but the owner will not help the mechanics lack of progress with the job but you will get charged for all the time wasted searching for codes but unable to interpret the codes.I'll never forget spending an entire day waiting for my truck while the Boss sat on the mezzanine upper lever occasionally looking down to the garage floor below.I got charged $1400.00 for what should have been ONE Hours workServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

Don't go for NTP Warranty inspection. They say it costs $230 to do the inspection but they don't tell you that you need to pay another $230 for a "diagnostic". I thought the inspection was the diagnostic??? Then the Nice lady in the office told me they would have some people come in to take care of the inspection on a Saturday which was very nice of them to do. But then without asking anyone they replaced the batteries in the truck and told us it was $1000 just for that. They did not have permission to do that so they switched the old battery's back and then tried to tell me that I owed another $400 for the labor of switching the batteries or else they were going to block my truck in the lot. The only reason they get 1 star is because the parts lady was very kind and cleared up the whole thing after we stopped by in person. But then we found that they had disconnected my APU. I reconnected it and it doesn't work now???? It was working great before I went to their shop. Stay away from this shop, I could only imagine how they try to rip you off if your actually getting something fixed. I will be trying to advise NTP about the awful service from these people.

I run a large fleet 40+ trucks and have depended on Michael and the Complete Diesel team to service all of them. They are dependable, straightforward, and trustworthy. The turnaround is great, and quality is exceptional. I would highly recommend this shop. They fix it right the first time.

We took ourselves 7.3 in for what we thought was an oil leak. The team at Complete Diesel did a thorough inspection of the engine to find we actually had a fuel leak. They were quick to contact me, walk thru their findings, and resolve our issue. While the truck was there, I told them I had new shocks in a box in the bed and they installed those along with fixing the fuel leak. These people took the time to keep me informed throughout this process and did it with a great attitude. They will get all my business moving forward and I will recommend them to all my diesel driving friends.

After having my Sprinter diesel to another shop, it developed a severe oil leak. The guys at Complete Diesel were able to work around my busy schedule, got the repair done, and stayed within their estimate! The staff was friendly and professional, and I'll definitely be using them from now on! Thanks for keeping my "shop on wheels" rolling!!!

The best experience that I ve ever had with a mechanic shop and I have been through quite a few of them!! Broke down on the interstate and ran across their information on a Google search, called them up and they immediately got a tow truck to me and to the shop. upon arrival immediately and correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts.Unfortunately the parts wouldn t be available till tomorrow morning so the owner Michael found me a hotel close by and gave me a shop truck to use. Upon arriving at the shop the next morning the parts were already there and the mechanic was already hard at work, this is been nothing but a positive experience and I highly recommend anybody in the area using them!You saved my business!Thanks Michael,Brian

THIS SHOP IS SCAMMING PEOPLE AND ALL THEY DO TALK ABOUT IS CODES THEY CAN NOT INTERPRET THEM! I LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM OF MY TRUCK WITH THEM AND THE ISSUE ALWAYS RETURNS.
