This shop painted my bumper just fine.They brutally removed my side markers to paint the bumper. In the process of removing the side marker they damaged the bumper (in the picture you can obviously see where they jammed a screwdriver into the gap and twisted it) and also completely bent the bracket that holds the side marker in place.Not only that, they broke the driver-side side marker my dad had gotten me as a gift and then said whoever installed it must have installed it broken. (I installed it myself and it wasn't broken when I installed it)If this shop stands by their work or cared about their customers they would have taken ownership for something that is clearly their fault. I didn't bring them a car with gauges near the side marker and a broken side marker. But that's what they gave me.Don't waste your money/time, or your insurance company's money/time here.

I had my recently purchased car serviced at CARSTAR. Carvana damaged the car during the delivery -- 100% their fault -- so they were willing to pay for the repair. For that purpose, they outsouced the repair process to a company called SliverRock which recommended CARSTAR among the three repair shops near me.The repair quality was excellent. The dent I had on the roof was fixed flawlessly. However CARSTAR's administrative dealing with SilverRock needs improvement. Essentially, CARSTAR refused to start work unless SilverRock approved the estimate which CARSTAR said it submitted, but that SilverRock said it didn't. They were pointing fingers at each other. Not sure who was incompetent, but I had to handle the estimate submission and approval myself -- essentially doing all admin work. Carvana's post-sales service is ATROCIOUS. They were, of no help at all. Avoid this seller. So it's hard to fault CARSTAR for this, but since SilverRock recommended this repair shop, I thought the process would be seemless. Believe me; it is NOT.

My new preowned vehicle needed a new passenger seat. CARSTAR worked with the manufacturer to ensure the exact color and part were used. It's a perfect match to my car's interier. CARSTAR was very professional and I am happy with the results!

If anyone is reading this, let me make it easy for you. JUST CHOOSE THESE GUYS! CARSTAR is literally the fastest auto body shop I've ever worked with. To be honest, I feel like if it wasn't for the chip shortage and parts backlogged, CARSTAR would've gotten the work done faster in the most efficient way. I've called 20 different auto body shops before choosing Them!CARSTAR was the only body shop that said that they could take my car the next day and put me in the rental the same day I drop off my car. While other body shops wanted me to wait until 2 months minimum until they could service my car for the damages on it. I personally had a car accident insurance claim I was dealing with. While all other body shops wanted me to wait 2-4 months until my vehicle is fixed, CARSTAR knocked it out in 2 weeks! My vehicle looks good as new too! I can only imagine how quickly they can get normal work done. I got way more to say since they did side work at a real affordable price, but I think you get it lol. Just know they are flexible with their prices on certain things.Just choose these guys and call it a day! Trust me!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Let s be honest. No one is stoked to take their car in for repairs. However, Matt was pleasant and professional. He answered all of my questions and made the whole process practically effortless. First of all, I was not asked to write this by Carstar.My Van purchased through carvana had a few scratches and I was given Carstar as a possible place for repairs. I'm glad I picked Carstar, because frankly, it was a great experience. Customer service was top notch! At every point in the process, they made me feel like their focus was my happiness. And their work was outstanding abs I feel that they went above and beyond to make the repair to my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it was clean inside and out. I highly recommend Carstar Manassas!

Honestly best body shop I have come across. Great communication with Matt throughout the whole process. Matt and everyone who helped with my repairs did an excellent job and my car not only came out looking good from the repairs but they also cleaned my interior a bit which I appreciate ton. Dishonest and rude management.I was told two different times prior to service that they where waiting on my insurance company, when in fact CARSTAR had not reached out to them yet.When I went to pick up my car there were new scratches and overspray that they had to fix. The new ceiling liner was also dirty with hand prints. They did fix the scratches after I pointed them out.After stoping on the way home I noticed my sideview mirror didnt fold in anymore. (It worked fine prior to service and it is located right above the scratches they left). When I called the manager to let him know, he got angry and defensive (even though I was being calm about it). He told me he hated customers like me and hung up the phone.The only reason they get two stars is because they did fix the things that I brought it in for. However the entire experience was terrible and I would not take my car back there, even if they had offered to fix their other damages.***response to the managers comment***Your comments and name calling is just the type of unprofessional behavior I was referring to. I was honest in all my communication with you and if wanting my car returned without additional damages is being a cry baby then I guess Im guilty.

The service I received at CARSTAR Manassas Collision Center was absolutely phenomenal! I cannot overemphasize how incredibly kind, responsive, and willing CARSTAR was to help repair a damaged aluminum compartment of a motorcycle vehicle that no other body shop was willing to repair. Someone rear ended me and had to get my bumper repaired. Was worried about the color match as its a 3-step process for my particular paint. Kenny explained the process in how they would do it and I left the car. They were done ahead of schedule and I can't tell the bumper was ever damaged! Time will tell but it's been a few weeks and still looks great!

Darah really earned her pay having to coordinate outside vendors, in addition to the body work, to get my truck repaired.
