Excellent shop, had rust on my rear rocker panel of my Miata and wanted to repaint the front hood. They did a superb job, exceeded expectations. The estimate was very reasonable and they came in at the estimated amount and I was able to pick up the car a day early. The people working in the shop clearly care about their customers, Valerie who works the front office is very nice and knowledgeable. Tony who worked on my car took the time to explain what he did and gave me some car care tips when I picked up the car. They clearly know what they are doing and they are pleasant to work with, highly recommended.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Kevin is always great to work with, and gets the job done. I've used him for years for my high-end vehicles. Reasonably priced and honors his work. Very rarely have I ever had an issue, but when I did, he always takes ownership and makes it right. Great place!!!

I m so happy I went with Artisan. I was rear ended in an accident and when I called to see if I could get my car in, the first thing Valerie asked was, Are you ok?! Tony and Valerie truly care about their customers and their work. When I needed a rental car, I told Enterprise where my car was being fixed and their associate even said, Oh yeah. Artisan does great work. Good choice. They kept me informed during the process and dealt with insurance on my behalf. On the day I told them I d pick up, I got stuck in traffic and Valerie called just to confirm I was still on my way so they wouldn t leave before I got there. I couldn t believe how kind they were to me.Now the car- it s perfect. Artisan made sure it was as good or better than how I turned it in. Some parts were delivered and they just weren t right. Artisan did not make it work, but invested the time to get it right and the back half of my car looks brand new. I was so impressed at how good it looks and the detailed explanation of what was done and fixed.Tony and Valerie have an obvious passion for their work and it shows. Plus, they are awesome people who are so easy to work with. Car accidents are stressful, but you are all taken care of with Artisan. Tony, Valerie, and all of Artisan THANK YOU!Service: Body & Trim

This auto body shop is legit! Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job on my damaged bumper and left side panel. Valerie is their sweetheart office attendant. Couldn't be more pleased with their customer service and work! My Miata looks right out of the showroom.

Brought my mustang to Kevin to repair damage to the grill and hood. Surprisingly Kevin was able to repair the hood without having to repaint even though other body shops said it couldn't be done. The team over at Artisan were great to work with and super friendly.

I just pick-up my car from Artisan and I am very happy with the work. Kevin and his crew repaired my car in a timely fashion and kept me up to date on the progress. I would definitely recommend if you need a body shop.

Got rear ended on Halloween, dropped my car off and got it all fixed with OEM parts in a timely manner. It looked fantastic, better than new when I picked up. The paint matched everywhere they had touched it, and you would never be able to tell it got hit.Val and Kevin helped explain the process and kept me up to date until my car was ready.They have even gone the extra mile to help me get the rental car squared away, calling USAA and Enterprise.Would recommend to anyone, new or old cars. Collectors and every day drivers alike.

I have had a few repairs done at this shop and I have always been very happy with the quality of work and communication with the shop. I recently had a minor repair on my 2018 Infiniti and it required a new headlight assembly. Unfortunately Infiniti changed the model half-way through the 2018 year and the headlight assembly had to be programmed at the dealer. Artisan arranged to have my vehicle put on a flatbed and transported to the dealer so the programming could be done and then transported back. They went above and beyond expectations to get my vehicle fixed and back to me in a timely manner. I will gladly use them again in the future.

Great place, great work. I've had both body work & mechanical work done here. Very friendly, knowledgeable, & attentive staff. They do great work at a fair & reasonable price. If your in the Manassas area, or even if it's a little out of your way like me..I highly recommend this shop

A couple of years ago I took my 1949 Ford to Artisans and it was in November and they took out the glass to completly paint the car and they used the plastic that you get when you take your clothes to the cleaners and they rain and snow busted thru the plastic and the interior got messed up and then one on the employees tried to start the car and it has a starter button so the idiot went and got a jump starter pack and burnt out the wiring and to this day I am still having trouble with the wiring. The paint job was great but he has a bunch of idiots as employees.

AMAZING PLACE TO FIX OR EVEN TOW YOUR CAR!!!My car broke down, horrible day!!! They came out and towed my car for a very affordable price. Most places in NOVA do not even come close to the hospitality this repair shop gave. NOT 5 STARS, 10 STARS ACROSSED THE BOARD!!!

good job on basic paint job but really poor on technical, electrical, or mechanical jobs. if you own a sports car, luxury car, or something that is complicated, stay away. Kevin will rip you off and slowly bleed you to death with hidden fees and charges.

Driveshaft was not bolted back up to truck. Truck could have pole vaulted. Careless work done here. Poor mgnmt...
