Great little capable shop! On an out of town trip with my elderly father and they really saved our day by replacing our flat tire on the spot. Very respectable Manager and employees. Highly recommend!

I ve waited a couple of days to write this because i was so angry.This was my go to for tires and inspections, in fact I ordered tires right before writing this but not from Webb this time.I took my truck and trailer in for state inspection and received it back with a nasty gouge across the entire front leather drivers seat. Likely a tool or pen was in the back pocket of the tech as he slid out of the seat.while waiting for inspection we noted the exceptionally long time it was taking them to complete it as the shop was not busy. During this time a tech came in and whispered about seat covers glancing at us. I thought it was odd but didn t give it a thought at the time.Initially they had me drive my vehicle up to the bay door but insisted i get out so they could move it the few feet into the bay. Oddly enough when leaving they had me climb in the truck in the dark shop and back it out myself, all the while trying to talk and distract me with nonsense, meaningless conversation. I thought perhaps the tech was lonely or just eccentric at the time but In truth he was hiding the damage they had done.You could of just manned up and admitted what you did, but instead you acted dishonestly. A persons character is not judged by the mistakes they make rather, by the manner in which they handle those mistakes and this shop lacks any measurable character.You got away with what you knowingly did, but when I see you in town bet you cant look me in the eye after your cowardly actions.Really disappointed in you guys, you know better at your age.

My son and I both needed tires on our cars. I have been working around cars all my life (roughly 40+ years). I live about 20 miles north of Charlottesville so there are plenty of options. I called 6 or so places in my area to get prices and availability. I usually act as though I don't know a whole lot to see how a business reacts. The prices were all over the spectrum as was the customer service. My mother lives in Appomattox and had taken her car here on the suggestion of a friend. They treated her very well and fair. I decided to call Webbs. I spoke with Patrick. Let me just say that he knows his product and how to explain it to you. He gave facts, suggestions, and recommendations. He never tried to upsell for the benefit of a dollar and was $22 cheaper, per tire, for the exact same tire I was quoted for in my area. (..and that was the closest pricing)I decided to go with Webbs. They ordered the tires and the lady in the office (..sorry that I forgot your name) called the next morning to let me know they arrived. We were able to drop one car off, and then the other snd we were politely notified both times, when they were ready. They worked with us and our unknown schedule like pros as we did this on the day of my fathers funeral. I sincerely appreciate this business and how they handle their customer service. You have my business from now on even if you are 100 miles away. Well worth the trip. Appomattox store, My wife made an appointment to get her new tires installed on her Jeep. She waited for them to finish and then made a trip to Wal-mart. When she got out, she noticed a center cap missing. "These are Moto-Metal wheels and the center caps are held on with screws." She went back by the store hoping it was an honest mistake. The front desk told her that the mechanic said they were cracked and that they were not responsible. When she got back home 2 were missing. I would not recommend this kind of service to anyone.

About 3 days ago I had new tires put on my '09 Subaru Forester here; quick, friendly, and knowledgeable.Yesterday while changing brake pads one of my studs broke off due to a bad cross thread. I bought a new stud and lug nut at a part store and brought it right back to Webb's given I knew how and when it happened. They were busy today when I got there but they listened to my explanation of what was going on after handing them the nut with the broken stud inside it. They got my car in right away and Patrick, whom I'd spoken to a few days ago while they changed my tires originally, worked on it himself and apologized for situation. I was in and out, part fixed in 30 minutes.This is the kind of service one should expect at ANY mechanic shop. They do good work, they are friendly, and if a mistake is made they fix it without guff. Needless to say, thanks to all of this I know where I will be having my wheels and tires serviced from now on. If you find yourself in Appomattox and in need of tire work or just need a new set, come here. The folks here will take good care of you and your vehicle.

Poor customer service. I called to order tires at 8 AM and was advised they would arrive between 12 and 1 pm I called back twice and at the end of the day the young lady tells me she tried to call me but the line was busy. This is a blatant lie. I would never take off work and wait for new tires if I did not have a need. I will not try to support this small town business anymore

Had a flat on my loaded trailer. Totally an emergency situation!! Stopped at Webb's tire thinking they could plug the hole in the trailer tire, I was wrong! They do not plug tires, nor do they sell tire plugs so as to do it myself. They DID have FREE AIR.

The building is in need of some cosmetics most likely because of the great deals given to customers. Webb's offers great professional advise and service. After lack luster service from my vehicles dealership I decided to try the shop several of my friends refereed me to and I did not regret it. Thank you Webb's Tire for running a small town shop with professionalism and integrity that shines brightly because of your presence.

The best!!! I've been going here for tires over 25 years. I am a mail carrier of 23 years and needed tires yearly on my mail vehicles. I get all my tires from Webbs and they always provide wonderful service.

My sister got a flat tire. Lucky for her I had an oil change scheduled and these gods amongst men let me bring in her car too and changed the tire for us. I am an instant loyal customer.

Found Webb's Tire while on vacation. Every once in awhile a person is fortunate enough to find the right place when you are in a pinch and Webb's Tire was the place for me. Quick service at a fair price. I highly recommend Webb's Tire!!

I love these giys. Great deals in the area. If I lived on Lynchburg, I would drive out to Appomattox for their prices and stellar service. The owner works there and has personally thanked me everyone I have been there. So long as I live here, they are my go to place.

My family has gone here to get tire work done almost exclusively for years and I'm always pleased with the quality of service we have received. A while back my car's dealership told me they found a nail in one of my rear tires during an oil change and that it was too close to the sidewall to fix so they would have to special order a new tire for it for some absurd price. When I asked to see the nail they showed me what I thought may be a small piece of gravel instead, but I wasn't sure so I took my car to Webb's for a second opinion. Guess what: it was gravel stuck in the tread and hadn't punctured through. They also said that even if it had been a nail it definitely wasn't too close to the sidewall of the tire to fix. The dealership just wanted to sell me a new tire I didn't need. Thanks Webb's!

Great quick service. Have been coming here for 13 years. I like to keep business local,not Lynchburg. Webbs has friendly counter n employees. Lynchburg is just too big.

Experienced technicians repair flats fast and correct the 1st time. Best price in town for wheel alignments. Wish they were open on Saturday.

Very nice and accommodating. I just moved here and they even got in the phone to another business (not the same type) to see if they sold something I needed.
