Kiva's is absolutely one of the most honest and trustworthy garages i have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I have sent many people to them and will continue to do so. I have never heard an unkind word spoken about him or his staff.

Super thankful that Kiva could fit my niece in for quick break change. His wife was super helpful, as I needed to pay for the services over the phone due to traveling out of state. I highly recommend this trusted company!!

Professional, fair if not cheaper prices, very welcoming, makes customers feel "at home" while they wait, short wait time, walk ins welcome, great work, most of all honest business. We love Kiva's Automotive!

I have been a Kiva customer for 3 years. I have several family members who now go to Kiva s as well. Some come from the city of Lynchburg - which they have a big selection of car repair garage shops to go to, but b/c your shop is honest and great customer service they don t mind driving the distance. I pray you guys never allow success over take your willingness to always put customers first. Congratulations on a job well done!

Kiva and Donna Preston are the best! My daughter drove to school in Roanoke every day for a year which required oil changes often. The mechanics at Kiva's Automotive checked her vehicle over every oil change to make sure she had a safe and reliable car for her commute. They have fit me in many times when I had a vehicle emergency. Having car trouble is stressful--they make it less painful.

Kiva and Donna are really nice people! We use them for all of our car needs. From regular maintenance to problems with a vehicle. We always use them! They always fit us in and have our car ready in a timely manor. I definitely appreciate the sense of family at their shop!

Moved here from Lynchburg. Had my car towed there as I was told they are great. They lived up to that and more. I got my car towed there and fixed the same day. The receptionist has great customer service and felt welcomed!

Had very well experience with Donna and kiva very kind and Donna would go out her way to help you in anyway to squeeze you in for a appointment as soon as possible. Went to get air in my tire but after checking I had a tire that was dry rotten. Ordered tires and was put on the next day. I've been going to this mechanic for I think at least 10 years! Always a satisfied customer!

I love going to Kiva's when you ask for them to check anything they do it with no problem they greet the customers and they will keep you smiling and having conversations the whole time you are there.... Kiva and Donna they are wonderful people

I purchased a battery from them and it had went totally dead within the first month, the same day this happened they immediately replaced my battery with a new one. Excellent customer care and service 10++

I was out of the country and needed work done on my Jeep. Kivas was amazing - they went absolutely above and beyond and did it in no time at all. I literally couldn t be any happier with their work and I won t use anyone but them in the future. Thanks so much for making my life so much easier and getting me taken care of at the last minute!

Kiva's Automotive is my go to place for work on my vehicle. Donna is great in the front office, always looking to help and Kiva is the kind of straight arrow I can absolutely trust to do the work right. It's tough to find a repair shop with people you can trust these days, that's a fact. I've lived all over and only found two in all that time I felt could trust. Kiva's is one of em. Combine that with Kiva's mechanical knowledge and Donna's customer service and I'm not going anywhere else.

I've been using Kivas service for many years. he has done basic maintenance for me to replacing a complete engine. when you find a mechanic with honesty and integrity you put him on speed dial. thank you for always taking care of our cars and family.
