James does an incredible job. I had my bumper ruined by a wooden fence and he fixed that in a day. His job is amazing and definitely you save some money. Definitely will recommend! Thank you for such an amazing service!(The job is not 100% yet completed because he has to order a missing part for the bumper to be more stable. But so far I m impressed and happy with the job.Support your local Business :)

Looks like new. The scuffs, scrapes & gouges on my front bumper were bothering me for years - then in one afternoon, all fixed! I contacted James at J & S Mobile Sunday morning around 11:00 a.m. and by 4:00 pm Bob had driven out to my place, repaired, prepped, primed and repainted my bumper. He ended up repainting the whole thing. For mobile repairs you might not expect the same quality of in shop where they have more time and more equipment, but I was impressed with what Bob was able to achieve in terms of color matching and finish. The best part for me was that I didn't have to go anywhere. J & S drove to my place and did the repairs in my garage, while I just enjoyed a normal Sunday afternoon. I'm adding a couple of before/after photos.

James just fixed my Mercedes. It had a dent and a few scratches. Took him a few hours, and He made it so easy for me. It was very convenient the paint matched really nice guy and he did a wonderful job. I highly recommend him and and my dad just did his car yesterday, and it came out Great

So I took it upon myself to schedule an appointment and we agreed to meet so I could pick up the door handle part in his other house, Springfield VA. At this point, I was quite done with his unprofessional. I didn t even want him to install my handle but he offer. At first, everything was going smoothly. Then he proceeds to use force to get the door handle off, hammering the door handle off with absolutely no care whatsoever. He was struggling even though he was the one that installed the wrong handle in the first place. So after 20min, he got it off and installed the new one. Also using force. I thought my mirror would crack. And the results were devastating. I look, and he literally damaged the exterior part of where the door handle sits. There s noticeable dents and scratches, broken pieces coming off of my red car. The man caused more damage than he claimed to have fixed. I have pictures to prove it.

I had a FANTASTIC experience through J&S Mobile Auto Body Repair. James was quick to answer my call and was able to get my car in when it was most convient for me. I called on a Monday and was able to drop off my vehicle that Friday, as weather wasn't suitable for repairs until then. We were given an estimated time to have the repair done and we were notified well before the end time that our vehicle was done. Highly professional, highly courteous, and made the entire process manageable.

Needed some body work done after hitting a pole in the parking garage at work. James was extremely kind, 100% honest and transparent, gave a very fair price, and worked quickly and efficiently. After only two days my car was good as new, while the other body shop quoted me more and said they d have to keep my car the entire week. So happy to have found this place and will absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Well, I contacted James about getting my car repaired. I bring it over to him. He gave me a great price much lower than any quote I got, and the work came out. Excellent I would definitely recommend him and will be using him in the future.

James did a phenomenal job repairing a couple dents and a crack in my bumper - he even came on Thanksgiving!! He maintained open lines of communication throughout the process, was transparent and thorough with his work. Prices are fair and are an accurate representation of the hard work he puts in. Nothing beats the convenience of his mobile service. James offered to come back to wax the areas worked on after it cures for no additional charge. I called James to have him come out to handle a fender scratch. I sent a photo and he instructed me to try something first before charging me for the visit. It worked like a charm! Would totally use him again and so appreciate his help and honesty.

PS: I m leaving this review on the behalf of my sister because her review got removed.In September of 22, I scratched and dented my brand new Camry severely while leaving a garage in DC. I went through my insurance Progressive to get the repairs done. I choose an external repair shop to accelerate the repairs and I stumbled across James s shop, S & J Auto Body Shop. Right away, he told me to bring my vehicle in. I dropped it off at his house the same day in Fairfax County. He ensured me he would have my vehicle fixed within 2 weeks. It actually took 3weeks and half before I got my vehicle back. He was able to take care of the dent and scratches on my vehicle, from what I could tell however he somehow replaced my door handle with the wrong part and I noticed it right away. He also didn t wax my car to give the paint a fresh new shine.He offered to fix these minor issues. He ordered a new door handle part but it took months before I could get him to confirm an appointment window to get these minor issues fixed. Months. He first offered me $100 to get it fixed.I looked at him like he was insane because there is no way this will cost $100 to fix. It would cause $500 plus due to the color from the shops I reached at to, He had the audacity to say that this is something that happens.I attempted to fix this issue with a shop I located in Rockville that actually was contracted through my insurance. The store manager Nelson reassessed the work that James did prior and was able to point out discrepancies that I failed to noticed given my lack of knowledge. Basically he took my insurance money and did a mediocre job to fix my car, from the paint job to the parts to the installation. And my car was brand new when the incident happened. I was looking at roughly over 2k to fix the damages meanwhile James earned over 5k initial to fix my car.The store manager recommended I work with my insurance to resolve the matter after he discovered that indeed James did not properly fix my vehicle. Upon reviewing the invoice I notice that the material he received were not used to repair my vehicle. He was supposed to replace the door, the outer shell, and other essential parts but none of these items he received money for from my insurance were utilized. It was indeed insurance fraud. I reached out to my insurance to resolve the issue but to no resolution. I couldn t file another claim to get my car fix nor did I want James to touch my vehicle ever again. My insurance filed a complaint with their insurance fraud department. And that was the end of it. James did not want to cooperate or resolve the matter with me either. I tried for months. Nothing came out of those conversations. My vehicle is not fixed and it will cost way too much to fix it properly out of pocket. Do not trust his business. He s not trustworthy.Thank You!

Couldn't be happier with my experience with James. We side swiped our Volvo SVU and James was able to restore it back to it's original look. James was very professional and completed the full restoration right from my driveway! The car looks fantastic and he even came back weeks later to install a new tail light for me. James did a phenomenal job. I had a huge dent on my car, when I called I sent him a couple pictures of the dent, he was able to give me a quote right away and come over to fix it on the same day. I love that they provide mobile services so I don t have to leave my car in the shop for a few days. James came back 2 more times as the material had to dry. He was excellent at keeping us updated and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend his services to everyone I know.Heads up though, the address here is not the actual location, I think the shop is in Woodbridge (for bigger jobs) but he can come to you most of the time. We are in Arlington and he came to us.

Jim did an awesome job! I scratched the side of my SUV on a pillar in a garage and now it's like new within a week of the damage. He was done in 2 hours after he arrived.I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing work in the future. See before and after pics.

I am so glad I found J & S Mobile Auto Body Repair. I made one phone call and I was able to get a quote after I sent the picures of my car damage. James went to my work location and worked on my car the next day. I didn't have to worry about getting a rental or leaving my car in the shop for many days. I would highly recommend!

Where do I start. I feel really lucky to have found The Dent Guy Mobile Auto Body. James did an amazing job! He was very professional and understanding of my situation. It really is a no brainer using James. He drove to me and fixed my bumper without me having to go to a body shop and he was very fair with pricing. I highly recommend James and I just wish I knew about him years ago. If you want to work with someone that is honest, professional, and very fair on price, that will come to you so you do not have to go spend hours at the repair shop, then he is the guy to call.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

James did great body work on my car, which had various levels of scratches and a tricky pearl tone paint to work with. I was able to schedule the appointment right away and my car was done in a day. Excellent company if you need body work done on your car. I contacted them over the weekend to work on my car, they provided an estimate within a few minutes after I provided them with pictures of the damage on the vehicle, they agreed to schedule the repair same day and showed up at the location where my vehicle was within a few hours to get the job done. Work was done very professionally and was a fraction of the cost of what dealerships would charge, also very efficient since work was completed in one day so I wasn t left without transportation for more than a day. I would highly recommend for anyone trying to get body work done on their vehicle.
