Horrible place!! I pumped regular gas they charged me for the extra, which was 80 cents more per gallon. Had I not printed the receipt I would of never noticed. I wonder how many people get robbed this way. When I went to tell the worker he walked away and left me talking at the register. Very rude!! Be careful if you do go there. Print your receipt and make sure you are paying for what you are getting!

The most Expensive gas station per gallon on this area ! For a full tank you will save $7-10 if you go somewhere else!

Chris, who works the shop, is awesome!!! Great customer service, smart, hardworking, honest, knowledgeable, courteous, and he always goes the extra mile to provide the best service. He s flexible and knows what needs to be done to get your vehicle fixed fast, on time, and on budget. I highly recommend him. He s great. He is the best.I gave this station one star because the gas pumps are horrible. They never accept credit cards and they trickle gas, and always cutoff whenever you depress the handle on the pump. It s ridiculous. This really needs to get fixed as soon as possible.

The shop here is honestly and efficiently run. Khan and his team have seen to electrical work, brake replacement, and inspections for my vehicle, always with great communication and quick service. Pricing has always been fair and I've always been alerted to applicable coupons. Would recommend.

This is an honest shop. Their labor prices are lower than some chains, and they don't price gouge on parts. They aren't going to talk you into repairs you don't need. I have received honest and straightforward customer service from both the service manager Chris and one of the owners, Muhammad. I drive a 98 corolla about a thousand miles a week for work, and it recently needed some substantial maintenance. I use and abuse it, and I try to keep as little money tied up in it as possible. This shop was able to inspect the vehicle, mount 4 new tires, repair my headlight, replace my tail light bulb, replace my battery holder, and check my brake adjustment for $525 total. I would likely have paid twice that at a chain. The owner personally picked up the parts since it was after delivery hours, and had me back on the road for work the next morning. Our other car was recently overheating. I had taken it to another shop which quoted us around $1400 for a new radiator, thermostat, etc. The thermostat is admittedly tricky to install on this model, so I bought a thermostat, and brought it to this shop. They were able to install it for $165, and the car has had zero problems since. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Tried to get my truck inspected. They refused to do it. They close inspections at 6pm. I show up about 5:45 pm. Asked them if they have time do one more. Knowing they do have time. Cause they close at 6pm according to the sign. No line just me. Inspection takes 10 to 15 minutes, 20minutes sometimes. He said he turned off all of his equipment. I said it s not six yet. He said he had other things to do. Most businesses see the customer in front of them has priority over I have things to do. That s like going to a grocery store , just to find the doors closed. When the hours of operation say they should still be open. What happened to customer is always right. They showed me my money wasn t good enough. They didn t care about it. I would of tipped the guy if he had to stay a little after 6pm. Beware of the hours of operation. They don t follow it. They close early. Poor customer service. I didn t ask them to go above and beyond. Just go by the hours of operation that is posted.

Went there for an VA inspection. Was failed because of a "parking light" not functioning on a 2 year old car. Took the car to the 2 different dealerships and find out that nothing is wrong with the lights. Passed the inspection with no problem at the dealership. The lights in question were the hazard lights which obviously do not stay on indefinitely, but work perfectly when the turn signals and hazard button are used. Went back to ask for money back due to incompetent knowledge about my vehicle and wasting me time going to different shops for a non existent problem.I did not get my money back which is fine. However, I am highly upset about all the time wasted and gas used up (since I am a Maryland resident). I would recommend just going to the dealership next time. They know your car and at the very minimum you can at least compare your car to others on the lot. I eventually looked online about the problem and even in videos and pictures the lights these people were talking about weren't on. I have no idea what this shop's problem was but, 0/10 would not do again.

I needed new rotors and break pads (supposedly after Khan failed the inspection) to which he told me it would cost $400 to buy and install. I bought them myself online which he said would be cheaper and took the car back for the install and he said it would cost $480 just to install after saying he would install and buy for $400. I reminded him what he said to which he lowered it to $400....I left immediately, called several other places to which they were all giving estimates of $300. Terrible, terrible, service and lies. Strongly recommend staying away if you need any work done to your car.

The service center here is amazing. I had a nail in my tire and it was rapidly deflating. I stopped by here, as I could no longer drive on the beltway, and I was in and out literally in 10 minutes. This was in the middle of rush hour traffic and in the beginning of the month when they were busy with state inspections. I pulled up, they took a look, plugged it, and I was on my way. I don t live close by, but I would go out of my way to come back here for service. Amazing, thank you guys!

I feel completely comfortable in having them do work on our cars, for I know that they are honest in saying what work needs to be done. They also provide professional and courteous service. Just recently I brought my husband's vehicle in for inspection and they did a quick check and saw that I will be needing to replace a belt by June of 2015. It is great to have a service station that is not only close to home, but one in which you feel totally confident that they will make sure your vehicle is kept in tip top shape.

The new manager Mary is horrible customer service and technician. I greeted to the both manager and technician they didn t even reply. They should be one would say hi, welcome or how can help today . They are extremely rude. I went to the store repair my tier I bought them several months ago and the manager singed paper free repair but the new manager ignore it and told that the old manager left because he lowered the price. I asked her tell me how much you would charge for the replacement 30 minutes ago. She didn t answer my questions for 30 minutes. After half hour she replied me with very expensive price and I told her I didn t pay that price just few months ago and she didn t give any explanation. I have been customer for this store since 2015, used to oil change, purchase tire, brake replacement, other maintenance without any issues. But from this moment I decided not going back any Exxon Mobile store. Especially this one. I have never such horrible customer service oriented so called manager. I wish Exxon management will contact me for more information.

This place is under new management - thank goodness. Ask for Chris. He's polite, professional, and will go out of his way to beat competitor prices. I dropped my car off for service and he called back to tell me I didn't need some of the work I was requesting, which saved me over $150. Oh, and his tire prices were freaking incredible! Definitely worth making a quick phone call to these guys for a quote when you're price shopping.Helpful tip: if you get your car inspected in the MIDDLE of the month you won't have to wait in a long ass line. Common sense, people. (Just sayin'...)

I was traveling from MD to VA and stop there to fill up gas in my car, walk inside and asked for restroom but cashier looked at me and then said restroom is out of order but there was no sign on door of restroom I spent 30 dollars on gas and want buy some inside then I just walked out without buying anything from shop very poor customer service Exxon authorities should look at these people not offering public restroom.

It s unfortunate you can t leave a review with zero stars. I had taken my car there for a wheel alignment. After the mechanic was done, he was in the process of backing my car out of the garage and backed into a floor jack which punctured a hole through my bumper into my trunk. At first they were all about getting it fixed, told me they arranged a rental car for me and had ordered the bumper and scheduled to have the paint done. When I arrived to drop off my car, I was given keys to a car that belonged to the sister of one of the mechanics! I couldn t help but laugh at first and then got frustrated that I was going to have to wait for them to get me a rental. So after that issue I decided to take it through insurance companies. Mind you, this happened back in June! I tried calling the owner several time and have yet to receive their insurance information. I think it s safe to say at this point they re not insured. Probably not a safe place to take your vehicle. I m working with a lawyer now to get this handled. It s unfortunate that I have to go to court to have something this simple taken care of, but I ve given them ample time to resolve the issues.I recommend you go elsewhere. Especially since they re not insured.

Waited forever for state inspection. There was a vehicle in bay when I drove up. 20 minutes later mechanic comes out to work on vehicle. 30+ minutes later he is still working on it, I drive off but came back towards shop and see mechanic pull vehicle out of bay. I immediately pulled back in,mechanic seemed shocked to see me. He took maybe 15 minutes to inspect my car. I don't have plans to return or recommend this shop.

I've been going here for years for oil changes because I usually use a Groupon. However, due to recent change in management, this place is no longer trustworthy. I took my car in for a routine oil change, and the manager comes back with my dirty air filter asking if i want to change it. I asked how much does that cost? and she responded with $20. I figured that was reasonable. However, after ringing me up, my total came to $40. They charged me an extra $20 for installation fees! Why would you say it was only going to be $20 for a new filter and not mention installation fees? Shady business. I will no longer be taking my car there.

The gas station and convenience are located in a nice area, and Allan at the register is kind.Outside of that, the customer service for the auto work side is ABYSMAL! Allan at the front desk of the convenience store is nice enough, but the mechanics are some of the worst I've ever crossed.Check Yelp, and you'll see for yourself.I'll preface with the website and signs on the walls outside their garage say they close at 5:00 PM. When I called Allan, he referred me to the mechanic on the phone to ask, and I should've known by the unprofessionalism over the phone from the mechanic to stay away. Without an introduction or a hello, the mechanic said "first come first serve but if there's 3 cars at 4 pm, that's it for the day."I came in at 4:05, and ONE car was in front of me. I went in to ask if they can inspect my car, the convenience store clerk pleaded my case to the mechanic saying I called and was nice, and this mechanic made a HUGE fuss. He asked what I needed and when I said an inspection only, he cried about how long that would take 45 minutes and that it's already 4:05!He went to the back and asked their "inspection guy" if he can do it, and catch this...he SLAMMED the garage door closed in front of my parked car waiting there. Keep in mind they're "open" for almost another hour and literally slammed the door in my face over an inspection.I drove thirty minutes away to 95 Auto where they promised to tackle it if I get there 15 minutes before 5. When I got there, the guy was insanely kind (perhaps I'm biased after being treated so poorly before) and offered me a 20 minute wait time to get it done. When he came back to say "all done" 10-15 minutes later, I was floored!! It took less time to drive a half hour away and get my inspection taken care of, than it would have sitting around at this place which provided crappy service and clearly lacks appreciation for customers.Stay away. I read the review on yelp about the tires, and totally believe it. These guys don't know what they're doing and they just don't care.

Kahn and crew are a blessing. Our serpentine belt broke on the beltway (no pun intended) and I was able to limp the s.u.v. into the gas station. Being from Florida and heading to Maine, we, with limited funds and limited time, were beginning to stress. With some explanation of our situation, Kahn, was more than willing to help. I short time later and a bill well with in our budget. We were off to Maine. I wish I could give a 10 star review but 5 is all they give me. I highly recommend this establishment. And again Kahn you are an awesome individual and an honest shop owner, a rarity these days.

Gas prices are much higher than most other gas stations within a couple of miles generally about 25 cents per gallon accross all grades. But this has been their pricing model for many years as they are convenient to the beltway and have no competition. If you are getting your car inspected check in with them as they offer a drop-off service for inspections so you might be behind several parked cars when you see no line.

When you're scooting down the highway and notice you need fuel and want to make a quick stop without going to far from highway with minimal traffic signals. This is your spot.

Went here to get air for my tire, the machine had no problem taking my money but failed to provide the air for said tire. Told the Exxon person on duty and instead of putting an out of order sign on the machine, told me to you have the company . I seriously he will put the sign to warn anyone else.

Have taken my 3 different vehicles to this business numerous different times. High employee turnover and inconsistent service, two of my last three experiences have been a waste of time. Tried to give them one more chance due to the proximity of my home. Again disappointed, if you enjoy wasting your time visit, myself I m done

My experience at NTA of Gallows Road Exxon was outstanding. Chris, one of the tire specialists, was absolutely one of the most professional, efficient, hardworking, and dedicated individuals I have met at an automotive care center. He was able to offer me an exceptional price, replace my tire, and replenish my spare tire (donut) with air, which was above and beyond the call of duty. I was in and out of the service station in about 15 minutes. Thank you, Chris and the team at NTA of Gallows Road Exxon!

Chris and the guys of NTA of Gallows Road Exxon are AWESOME!I have taken my care there multiple times and I have ALWAYS been treated fairly, their prices are ALWAYS reasonable, and Chris is not going to pressure you into getting any work done that you don't absolutely need, especially if you can't afford it. He took the time to explain what was wrong, what absolutely needed to be done and why. I didn't feel taken advantage of or treated like an idiot just because I'm a woman, and I feel like I've finally found my shop.

I feel that I have been scammed! After putting "gas" into my car, the fuel tank indicator actually stayed the same rather than going up. I spoke to the cashier about this but he was very rude and unhelpful. I will NEVER be back to any Exxon and I encourage drivers to AVOID this station at all costs. I wish there was such a number as negative zero so I could assign it to this gas station.

This place is a SCAM. I purchased a Groupon for a Semi-Synthetic Oil Change to be redeemed at any Nationwide Tire & Auto location. This Exxon is part of Nationwide Tire & Auto. Upon arrival I was asked to fill out a form. This form has several options for oil changes and other service. I asked the attendant which option applies to me. He checked off the very first box, reflecting the most basic Oil Change. I was surprised since my Groupon was for a Semi-Synthetic Oil Change, which is usually good for up to 5000 miles everywhere else. On the form It said that the Oil Change that they were going to provide was up to 3000 miles (basic/standard). I spoke to the attendant who advised me that THEIR Semi-Synthetic Oil Change is up to 3000 miles. Really??? Do not waist your time. Go else where.

I called today to get an appointment for an oil change and was transfered to the service department where the phone just rang. I hung up and called back explaining that no one had answered so he transferred me again and someone finally picked up. After trying to make an appointment, I was put on hold. Once for 2 minutes and then again for a long period. I finally gave up and took my business else where.

Excellent service! These guys are reliable and do quality work. They are always busy (because they are good). Well worth waiting for even if it takes a little longer. I recommend them to all my friends.
