Want to give a Huge THANK YOU to Kamel Whirley for helping me with my purchase of our new to us 2021 Dodge Ram 1500. Kamel and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make this purchase no pressure and they found exactly what I was looking for without settling for something less. Would definitely recommend working with Kamel Whirley if planning on making a purchase of a vehicle. I promise you will drive away with a great experience and a new friend. I didn't wind up buying my vehicle from the Virginia Auto Outlet, but I definitely had the best experience with a salesperson here. Sydney was patient, informative, and made me feel so comfortable. She is by far the most professional sales person I have ever dealt with.

We worked with Sydney and probably test drove over 7 cars. She was phenomenal throughout the whole process. She never rushed us, pressured us, or tried to go out of our price range.Honestly I love that they put their best price forward because I am never good at haggling.I also received the Kelly Blue Book quote for my trade in with no issues! They made it so easy. Loving our new Santa Fe!

Started at a big name dealership in Richmond and had the worst experience of our life and ended up at the Virginia Auto Outlet. From Quincy in sales to Robert in finance, everything was extremely pleasant and easy. They valued our trade appropriately and we were driving off the lot in about 2 hours with the exact vehicle we had been looking for for weeks. I would HIGHLY recommend taking the drive from Richmond to Amherst to have the easiest car buying experience of your life. No haggling. Salesman are paid on salary so they are customer services based and not focused solely on commission. Forever customers.

I recently purchased a 2019 ram 2500 diesel from Virginia select in my sales person was Chloe. I started the process online and she quickly followed up with a convenient phone call and within 24 hours the deal had been done. I would highly recommend both Virginia select and Chloe if you were in the market for a top quality used vehicle as they are courteous and professional!Kevin

I shopped around a good bit with other dealerships and Virginia Select Auto are the only ones that took me seriously when I brought up concerns about a car. Everyone that helped me was fantastic. This was the first car I have financed and they made the entire process painless. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a used car.

Excellent service! We were able to get in and get out and on the road with the car of our choice in no time. Damian was our customer service rep and he was thoroughly knowledgeable about the car we wanted. He also explained the process and found the answer to our every question if he didn't already know it himself. Highly recommended!!

I just completed my third purchase from Virginia Select Auto! I know I'm going to get a great vehicle at a great price. Sydney is the BEST! She is easy to work with, knowledgeable on the inventory, and makes sure the process is smooth. The vehicle I wanted to test drive was ready and waiting on me when I pulled into the lot. Once I said let's do this, we were done in no time at all. They gave me a fair price for my trade in as well! I highly recommend visiting Sydney at Virginia Select Auto. Great experience and I couldn't be happier!

Sydney and Robert got me into a car I wanted and with the payments for my budget. Their fast friendly service is awesome!It was no pressure to buy and they actually listened when I expressed concerns of having my credit shopped around. They only did what was necessary in finding a bank for me.Sydney let me test drive several vehicles over the course of a few months until I found the fit for me. I greatly appreciate that! Lots of them looked good online but when I sat in them they weren t for me. She was ever so patient while I was deciding on what I wanted.Robert only sent my info to the banks that he said he would, and that is much appreciated too. I have had several experiences where I got 10 plus inquiries from one car shopping experience. His knowledge of where to send someone with my credit profile was top notch!

Bought my 2018 Charger from VSA and had a great experience. Once I decided to purchase my car, I told them I had to be at work in an hour and that I couldn't be late. I was out of there in about 50 min. They had time to go fuel car up too. :-) I highly recommend them!

First time I bought the silver one....2 years later I bought the one I really wanted. Nathan was great on the first one and Sydney was awesome on the second one. I told Sydnry what I was looking for and she found it. Thanks guys

I just bought my second vehicle from Emily and she always makes the buying process a great one. She is knowledgeable and ready to help, not to mention extremely friendly. She makes the entire buying experience a truly pleasant one and I will always recommend her to anyone I know. I recommend Virginia Select Auto to anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle because they have a great staff and excellent inventory for amazing prices. We will definitely be back again for our next purchase.

This was the best vehicle buying experience! First, Sydney was responding to emails and messages answering questions etc..she even responded after hours to ensure my husband questions were answered. Top notch customer service. Next, Chris is an awesome sales manager. He assisted my husband with the financial aspect of this process. He was forthcoming about what he had been approved to take ownership of the vehicle. Lastly, the other Chris made this an even better process by answering questions and providing insight about the paperwork. This place it the best!

Wow!!! VA auto select was amazing!!!Great deals and amazing customer service from everyone!!! Emily took her time with us and made us feel so comfortable buying a car from them! Also I was very happy that they mentioned the GAP insurance when Hyundai dealership did not do that! Easy to work with and didn t feel like they just want your money like other dealerships. Highly highly recommend this place!Thank you!!!!

I was nervous going to look at buying a new car, being that I am a young female. When I first called Va Select Auto, all of my questions were answered and I scheduled a time to come check out a few of the cars. I was so fortunate to be greeted by Quincy Robinson. He made the process easy and was the absolute best to deal with. I was so at ease because I genuinely felt like I could trust him. If you don't want to go through all the nightmares of buying a new car- call and ask for Quincy! He was so informational and helped me even with the million questions I had. He will be my go to when buying a new car from here on out!!!

Bought my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder from VSA and had a great experience. Once I decided to purchase it was truly a "no-hassle" experience. Great prices on quality vehicles. Worked with Sydney Light. Excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable, no pressure, and very transparent. She is definitely good at her job!

Came here to buy a car and had a terrific experience! My sales rep, Emily, was both professional and fun and kept me up to date on the cars I was interested in. The rest of the staff were just as great, even working past closing time so I could drive home that night! While I was there I saw a particularly rude customer and the staff were very professional and courteous to them. I will definitely be telling everyone I know that they NEED to buy a vehicle here!

I had an amazing experience purchasing a new vehicle from VSA. Chloe helped me in every way possible to know I could be confident in my purchase. She made the experience stress free and fun! The entire staff worked to ensure I had a good experience and were able to answer questions I had about vehicles and financing. Great car dealership with wonderful employees! We recently purchased a truck from VSA (our 4th vehicle purchased from them). Quincy was wonderful to work with on our recent purchase... from start to finish. This company is very different from a typical dealership. Having had past experiences that were not so good at dealerships, we were so happy to finally find a place where we can continue to go back when our needs arise.

My wife and I love this place so much that we just made our second purchase. Virginia Select Auto is, by far, the best in the business. I spoke to them on the phone about a very specific truck that I wanted and they found it for me! They did the leg work and all I had to do was sign my name (then drive away with a big smile on my face). I got top dollar for my trade-in and an unbeatable price on my truck. I am one very happy, lifelong customer. Excellent service, exceptional people, and the lowest prices that you are going to find. The same story goes for the family members, friends, and coworkers I know that have bought from here. Found VSA on carfax.com and I m so happy I did. Found a great, used Toyota. It s in amazing condition, and seems brand new. Emily was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Very upfront about the buying process and VSA s mission. She and other employee s were personable and flexible in order to meet all my needs. Well worth my trip to Amherst. Whole process felt super smooth and clear. It didn t feel forced, as if someone was breathing down my neck to get me to buy, like it did at other dealers. Overall perfect first car buying experience.

I purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue and I am LOVING my vehicle!!! They were fast, friendly and went above to get me exactly what I wanted!! The price point was well below Kelly Blue Book and the vehicle is perfect! I worked with Kelsey and Chris and they did an amazing job!! I definitely recommend these folks!!
