Always a great experience! They're always polite, they do exactly what needs to be done (and it's right the first time), their prices are fair and reasonable, they don't overcharge or add made up stuff just cause you're a girl. They can't do everything, but they will refer you to a mechanic that can do what you need done if they don't. Just all over a mechanic shop I can appreciate!

Easy experience! Worked my vehicle in even though it waa the weekend. Fixed my brakes and I didn't need to take out a loan to pay them. Very reasonably priced.

Been going there for years, also my mom goes there to have her car service. Been knowing Shelly and Chris for a long time. They are very good mechanics as well as good guys. Consider Shelly to be a good friend.

They have been my mechanic for several years now. I ve always had a good experience, they have always done good work. I trust them with all my vehicles and my trust is hard to earn. I have never been disappointed with them and will continue to use them as my only mechanic because of their honesty and good work.

Have been taking my cars here for 6 years now. As a female you can't trust most mechanics, but these guys never come with the rip-off game. Honest and dependable. Recommend to everyone!

Great service/ Shelley and Chris know what they're doing. Easy to deal with, listen to what you want done and let you know if other problems exist, they always ask b4 doing extra unexpected work. Hope they can maintain what they have built into a very reliable place to have vehicle repairs done.

Been going here for 15yrs! Dude that runs it is honest and polite about what's REALLY goin on with your car!! Mechanics have a license to steal, but this shop does not take advantage of anybody!!! my whole family goes here..and friends! :-) if you want a good price and you want it done right this is the place to go I feel comfortable handing my jeep over to a good group of good old country boys that know what they're doing

Hands down the best place to have a vehicle serviced, repaired, or inspected. Fairly price on labor, they've NEVER tried to sell me things that I don't need, and they have always preformed at a top notch professional level. If I can't fix it myself I have no hesitation taking it to these guys.

The guys are great there and you always can count on them to do the job right the first time. Unlike those dealer shops where you never get what you pay for. I have never had to second guess Shelly or Chris on anything they've done for me in all the years I've known them.

Great experience!! I go every year. I was living in Henrico and I traveled all the way to this spot just for them to do my car. The best in town would not take my car anywhere else! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I had purchased a PA state owned vehicle thru auction in PA and went up and trailered the 2015 Chevy Impala that had been driven for a couple years and 65k miles or so by the DA in York County. At the time Haley Cheverolet at 288/360 had just been open for a few months so I thought I give them a shot and complete a once over to let me know what would definitely be needed as critical to pass inspection and for safety as this was a vehicle I had already sold for a friend and considering we live in Amelia and it was on my way home. The next day I get a call to come by to discuss. I felt some sort of pitch was coming for up sell and was I shocked. I stopped the gentlemen that had been relayed the msg to give me at $2.5k and said I d be by to pick it up shortly. I had already spoke to the County Superintendent of York County and he went over the maintenance since new and when I got to Potons Store and spoke with Shelly he confirmed what it needed which was under $100 with parts and labor and we were on our way. I took this back up with the GM of Haley Cheverolet and never got a response after calling the service manager out who shockingly was gone two months later. I ve brought several vehicles by Pontons Store and Shelly and the Crew and always upfront, honest and never misleading. I definitely recommend and will continue to bring our personal vehicles as well as work vehicles by for service and repairs. As a matter of fact I ll be by there this week to have work truck serviced.

Asked for a quote for repair. Had them do the work and was then charged more than $50 over the quote because he said parts were not included. Should have said so to begin with. Also said one day for service and took 2 days. Not how business should be conducted.

Great Tire prices and one of the most honest automotive repair shops in the area, top notch mechanical expertise and when they quote tire prices with installation, it is arcuate NO BS, great shop to work with. thanks.
