My husband hit a deer back in March and we took his car to flat creek. The owner went above and beyond trying to find parts to get us back on the road as fast as possible. When parts were not available from "approved" manufacturers he worked with us when we purchased them ourselves. Great to deal with and do excellent work. I would highly recommend them for auto body repair.

Terrible experience. Took my car there after hitting a dear. My front end does not line up now. He didn't do half the work he charged for. Then I took to another body shop my insurance will not pay twice. So I have to pay close to 1500 out of pocket for the repairs. Nobody will do anything. They tell me to take him to court. But as we all know just because you win in court does not mean you'll get paid. Don't take your vehicle here unless you know him!
