Great customer service. didn t have the tire size I needed in stock, he was able to order them and have them delivered same day. Tire change was fast. Highly recommend

I had to make 2 trips to get my tires because where he gets them only had 1 in my size and I needed 2. He should have called and let me know they didn't show up. It was about a 40 minute drive but I enjoyed the drive because I haven't been there before. There wasn't a set time so we had to wait about 30 to 40 minutes but my friend and I found a great thrift store to occupy our time. Process are great and he was friendly.

It was a last minute thing and so he didn t have the tires size I needed but he ordered them and they came the same day brand new. Very good customer service.

Prompt and friendly service, The owner is knowlegable in his field, same day pickup on tires if ordered early enough in the day, Good hours of operation and personable staff.Update: About 2 months ago, I had an issue with my tire, one super busy morning. When I was walking back to my car from a store, I noticed something protruding from the rear passenger tire. Upon closer inspection, I saw that it was large nail, hanging out about 1/2 inch, (near where the tread meets the front of the tire). I headed straight to Will's and he was able to plug it for me, until the new one came in. In addition, he brought to my attention and demonstrated for me, that the hub was moving more than it should have and it turned out that I needed it replaced. I am grateful that he was not only prompt, but observant enough to offer advice on what else was going on with my vehicle and subsequently helped to save the lives of me, my children and others on the roadways. He is one of the good guys and I appreciate his services, he had nothing to gain from mentioning it, still, he felt I should know.

Had a flat tire one morning, I called Will. This man came to my house changed my tire, took my car to his shop put a new tire on and bought my car back. There's only one word for him, AWESOME!

This place is awesome they were the only guys to help us in Altavista we had a tire that kept going flat, they stopped what they was doing to take time to fix our tire God bless them.

Prices very affordable and the owner didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need or want...Great treads for a used tire and they now sell new ones at a good price
