For over 20 years, I have relied on United Diesel for major repair or replacement of fuel injection pumps and fuel injectors for all sizes of diesel engine driven generators. They are the region's foremost expert on fuel injection pumps, fuel injectors, turbos, and more. Expertise, knowledge, and customer service are the best.

Scott was very helpful diagnosing my diesel injector issues over the phone. Brought them in and him and Rusty cleaned the nozzles quickly so I could get my vehicle back on the road temporarily while new ones came in the mail. Friendly, helpful and prices were fair. Would definitely recommend to others.

I ve traveled the country and worked with many diesel mechanics along the way. This was hands down THE BEST experience I ve ever had working with a mechanic. Scott offered so much knowledge and saved me thousands of dollars by offering recommendations for preventative repairs and maintenance. And I m not talking upsells that you ll get from a standard mechanic. These were legitimate issues that he recognized and shared with me.Scott also helped diagnose an issue that would have left me stranded had he not been there to advise. United Diesel provided customer service far above the norm, and at a considerably reasonable price.This company has earned my trust, and they will be my go-to mechanics from this point forward. Very grateful I found United Diesel, thank you Scott and Rusty!

Had three repairs here, none of which were cheap; but, if you have a 6.0L diesel you know that there aren t any cheap repairs. These guys do the best work out there, know their business better than anyone else, and can actually save you money by getting to exactly what the problem is instead of making guesses. My truck is a 2004 and it s never run better. If you have a diesel, especially a 6.0L, this is where you need to take it.

I was having a fuel leak issue on my 92 Cummins, I searched up diesels shops near me and found United Diesel. Scott helped me over the phone, and after coming into to the shop he went into greater detail with my issue and shared a good amount of knowledge with me regarding my specific truck. He was more than generous with his time and knowledge, and I look forward to working with United in the future.

Our '05 6.0L diesel Excursion had a failing oil cooler and needed all the normal 6 liter upgrades and fixes. Scott helped us navigate the array of aftermarket parts and upgrades available for the 6.0. Scott seemed knowledgeable and was very willing to answer all my questions and offer up good advice during the first phone call. We scheduled an appointment and had several Bulletproof Diesel products and Ford upgrade kits installed. We also had all the 100K mile service done, as well as replaced all normal wear parts such as the water pump and thermostat. A month after we picked the Excursion up, the new water pump failed one Sunday morning. I called Scott, he said to drop it off, which we did Sunday evening. 24 hours later we picked it up, good as new. Scott and crew, thank you for the excellent service .

Called to bring my truck in after it was stalling. Said they were a bit backed up and wouldn t be able to get to it this week but let me read him the codes and explain what was happening. He ran through a list of possible issues and what I could do to on my own before I brought it in.One of those did the trick.Thought them taking the time to sit on the phone with me was at least worth the review. Know where I ll be going next time there s an issue.

Incredible service. Scott REALLY knows his stuff. Had a never-before-heard-of issue with my 03 Excursion which required extensive fault chasing between the FICM and injector harness. Rather than charge me considerable hours for him fault chasing or trying to "throw parts" at the problem, Scott actually told me that since I knew how to chase wiring faults, he did NOT want to charge me for him doing so! He has literally spent half an hour walking me through, explaining issues and showing me IDS readouts... I've NEVER seen or heard of such open honesty and zero-pressure tactics EVER in the automotive industry. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

muy mal servicio definitivamente estoy hablando por mi mismo , no quiero saber nada de ellos , llegue con mi truck por una falla que al hacer stop se jalonea y apaga , al llegar me dieron un discurso de problemas por filtro y sus t�rminos t�cnicos bla bla bla , al final dijeron que ten�an que hacer su diagn�stico y que dependiendo el resultado me har�an saber de cu�l ser�a el siguiente paso , al siguiente d�a solo me avisaron que ya hab�an cambiado filtro de aceite y el cam posici�n sensor y que el diagn�stico hab�a mostrado solo un c�digo de cam position sensor pero que ellos cre�an el filtro era necesario , fui por mi truck y me cobraron m�s de $500 y dijeron ya hab�an ido a manejar el truck y que estaba ya trabajando normal , fui por me truck y no termine de llegar a mi casa cuando comenz� a hacer el mismo problema y a�n peor les llame y era un viernes dijeron que la regresar� el lunes que ivan a revisar de nuevo , al preguntar que era lo que Arian ya que pague m�s de $500 para nada , dijeron que me dar�an una hora de labor y que si se pasaban mas tiempo que tendr�a que pagar yo por el resto!! Definitivamente parecen principiantes que si la computadora no les dise que hacer ellos comienzan a cambiar piezas a lo tonto sin pensar en el bolsillo de el cliente s�lo piensan en ellos .
