Rosslyn Auto Body came to my rescue just when I needed repairs on my Tesla. They were recommended by Tesla, so I decided to elect them. And from the moment I dropped off my car, the staff, Oscar and Veronica, were absolutely indispensable. Oscar updated me every step of the way, providing me with detailed information on the progress they were making. In fact, the timeline Oscar gave me regarding when to pick the car was accurate. And the car was in a better condition, clean, and pristine. I was obviously very pleased with the work they had done, and can't thank Oscar enough for showing such professionalism and care. Thank you, Rosslyn Auto Body!

This is the only place I d take my Tesla. I had to take my car in for repairs twice this year and they did an excellent job both times. The first repair shop my insurance company recommended didn t even service Tesla s so I had to call several Tesla certified shops. I was told that it would take months to get the parts. Rossyln gave me a reasonable expectation when other places would not even take my car. Bryan was great at keeping me up to date and Veronica always called to keep me informed. They worked with the insurance companies to get supplemental claims done. They are efficient and professional and the quality of work is top notch.

Rosslyn Auto Body Co certainly knows. how to take care of your natural concerns during the entire repair process i.e.prompt and courteous answers to your questions.The repairs on my Tesla Model X are flawless not withstanding the car was returned in detailed condition.A 5 star review for sure if you ever need your car repaired.

I saw that this place was highly rated both on the Tesla website and online for its quality of repair for those cars. I had nothing but a good experience with them from beginning to end. They made the appointment and insurance process easy for me, they were in credibly hospitable, and Oscar, who worked on my car, was so helpful and turned around excellent results on my vehicle. Was incredibly happy with my experience.

I used Rosslyn Auto Body to repair the busted-out key locks and missing body panels after my truck was broken into while working in DC. Veronica and Brian are excellent to work with and have great communication. My truck was ready in 4 days, 100% complete with no reason to return for additional work. I would definitely recommend.

Bryan was very transparent and honest about what a repair quote for my Jetta would look like, whereas other auto body shops tacked in unnecessary expenses and parts. Rosslyn Auto Body was able to make my vehicle good as new, with a high attention to detail on part installation and painting. The paint job is near perfect!

They tripled the labor rates after having my vehicle for four weeks. In the end, the final cost was 7x more than the original estimate.There was no proactive communication of status updates or transparency related to charges. They never returned my calls as the receptionist promised.

Hello all in the northern VA DMV area and of course Tesla Owners and non for sure the best auto repair shop in Alexandria is Rosslyn Auto Repair off Eisenhower ave and south Van Dorn street . They did a remarkable excellent job on my 2021 Tesla Model Y was very on point with the repair time and great prices and quality of work is amazing definitely check them out if an when in need of auto repairs thanks again Rosslyn Auto Repair Oscar and Veronica we re awesome great customer service

Cannot say enough good things about Rosslyn Auto Body. They did everything right.Chris was extremely up front and honest from the very beginning. He helped me understand what I would be getting for my budget. I was kept updated through the whole process and they finished the fix and delivered in a very timely manner (within 2 weeks). The final bill even came in under the initial estimate, which I felt was unheard of.The car looks absolutely amazing.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My contact was Oscar. He kept me informed about the progression of the work. My vehicle was a Rivian R1S. Had problems getting the parts. But they kept working with insurance and Rivian. Work was done well. Very happy. Will highly recommend Rosslyn.

The mechanic for my Tesla Y kept me informed. Applauded when I put pressure on the insurance company to accept the additional work that needed to be done to bring the car back to acceptable working condition. The insurance companies tend to drag their feet unnecessarily. My door was dented and scatched horribly but everything looks good as new now. I am a happy customer.

This is a great shop to work with! I brought my blue Tesla Model 3 here for repair after a small fender bender accident. Chris, Mike and the team here gave me constant updates and took great care of my car. When picking up the car I had questions about alignment of the trunk and bumper because I thought there appeared to be a gap. To give me confidence there wasn't a problem we walked around the shop and looked at other Model 3s. I love that the team went the extra mile to give the customer confidence in the repair!Pictures of before and after the repair are attached.

Highly recommend Rosslyn Auto Body. Car was side-swiped taking damage to the driver side panels, door, and mirror. The Rosslyn team was super friendly, and the repair work was fantastic (see before and after pictures below). Kris was great to work with and provided regular updates. We recently *finally* received our Rivian R1S and within a few months someone left a few dents in our rear panel and a scrape on our bumper when they were unable to parallel park properly. Rosslyn was the closest Rivian-certified service center so we reached out and Oscar at Rosslyn was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about the repairs generally and Rivian specifically. He kept us up to date as the repairs processed, they even got our vehicle to the nearest Rivian service center, which was over an hour away, to have it all recalibrated before we picked it up. While I hope we don't need to use them again, it's the only place we'll use in the future.

Rosslyn Auto Body did an outstanding job on our Tesla 3. Oscar took great care of us throughout the entire process, from the estimate to dealing with insurance to picking up the car. What an amazing team!Where others failed, they triumphed!I recently acquired a new Tesla Model S that ended up requiring extensive work on the air-ride systems plus a few critical safety body works.While other Tesla Certified shops were scared stiff, not this team. They executed the job successfully with original Tesla parts & supports.It s been over a year and no further issues.Kudos! This is the only Tesla Certified Body Shop I can confidently recommend in Northern VA.

Got my Model Y fixed up here. Rosslyn Auto Body worked with my Tesla insurer with no problem. I was pleasantly surprised when they finished the job faster than the estimate time they gave me. As someone who works in customer service I can confidently say Rosslyn Auto Body was second to none. Starting with Veronica at the front desk, she is a consummate professional, who coordinated just about the whole show; starting with drop-off, rental delivery/drop-off and vehicle pick--up. A true professional from start to finish. Cannot forget about Oscar, thanks to him and his team they were able to identify further damage that was unseen by the insurance company and address it on my behalf while still maintaining a quick turn-around on delivery of my vehicle. I received continuous updates insuring me my vehicle was a priority and the timeline in which it would soon be available. Further, they returned the car to me cleaner than what I dropped it off, even going as far as vacuuming the entire interior. With all the help I received from Rosslyn, they helped me get my Model 3 back on the road in no time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The team over at Rosslyn Auto Body did a great job on my Tesla Model 3. I had a huge dent and scratch on the right side of my car and they made it look like new. They even went the extra mile to detail the car upon pickup and touch up some chips in the paint. They made sure to keep me updated along the process and I cannot thank them enough. This is a Tesla certified body shop. Most body shops are not. They do great work and kept me informed. Staff is courteous.
