Ruined my machined wheel tried to fix it and gave it back the wrong finish and are telling me to file a claim with insurance. Would never trust this place: Frank refused to make it right.Edit: They sent my wheel to a place and it was not fixed as it should. Due to the wheel being machined the Audi dealer said it would not be safe to machine the wheel again since it requires cutting the wheel. They recommend a new wheel Frank s solutions included going through my own insurance and me paying the deductible and me going after the company they used to get the wheel fixed. A company I never chose or did business with. Those were both solutions. Frank also offered to pay for a rental car and claimed to send a check in the mail but it never showed up over a week later and I live in Arlington

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Road Res-Q has truly been a life saver these past few months. My family and I have called on them for towing, battery changes, general car issues, and tire rotations and I cannot say enough good things about them. They've been easy to schedule with, they're fast, communicative, and most importantly honest and trustworthy. A trustworthy mechanic is hard to find, so I'm grateful we found our guys! We won't be going anywhere else. As a bonus, you can pick up/drop off your car before and after hours and pay online. It doesn't get easier than that. My car broke down late in the day, so I had no other options open nearby. Road Res-Q came by quickly when called and correctly diagnosed a broken starter. I ended up having my car towed to their shop for repairs, and it was fixed by the end of the next day.Overall very happy with the service. The starter was replaced properly and everything still runs weeks later.I thought they had good communication and did honest work.

I ve used Road Res-Q multiple times for various issues with my car and they have always been amazing to work with. They are always upfront with issues and you never feel like you re being nickel and dimed for services. Everything is super convenient with after hours drop off and pick up, online payments, and easy to reach via phone. I ve recommended them to multiple friends and family members and they ve all been extremely satisfied with services received.

I have requested services from this Company twice and was not disappointed. This morning Jason (who was extremely personable) arrived 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. When he called me he was already at my house. He not only explained the procedure step-by-step, he showed me what he was doing. He also showed me how to properly start my car, and what signs would appear on my dash and how my specific car will act when there is trouble with the battery/alternator. Both times the guys were prompt with professional service. I definitely recommend this company - their prices are reasonable - I will not hesitate to call them for any future roadside assistance. Oh gosh! Moving day. Tight timeline. Flat tire on the U-Haul. U-Haul special services had no roadside assistance and called them. THEY WERE AMAZING! On a 15 foot truck hooked to two u-boxes on a trailer, they got the tire changed in under twelve minutes!!! Cannot recommend enough!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Found Res-Q Roadside Assistance online called and spoke with Timmy very courteous and good listener as I explained my situation he told me they could help. The Repair Technician Jason Martinez arrived promptly he was good-natured, explained what he would be doing and also provided some helpful advice. Their prices are affordable and fair, I was very fortunate to have found Road Res-Q Highly recommend!!Service: Tire change

Great Service, Exceeded Expectation!An unfortunate event, tire blowout at 1130p enroute to pick up my wife from the airport, turned into a simply "SPECTACULAR" example of service and professionalism. As a 16 year @AAA member, calling for service, I was more than shocked to get a 240minute or approximately 3:30am 'possible' response time to a roadside distress request. The service person on the AAA line wasn't rude, he was simply 'disinterested' in helping with information or encouragement to resolve my situation, why do I spend $350 annually to be ignored - membership cancelled today.I found Road Res-Q on Google. Spoke to Frank who was on another service call, told me he could be at my location in 30 mins. 26 min later Frank (owner working the 3rd shift) pulled up and greeted me, assessed the situation and set about educating me on compact spares and the need to probably replace mine since it was the first time it's been used ever on a 10yr old car.Frank was outstanding, personable, efficient, even encouraging as I thought I should have tried to change the tire myself - quickly realizing I would have taken hours to do what he did in about 20minutes. This is service! While there are many companies struggling with service levels, staffing and client retention, organizations run by leaders like Frank will always have success in the marketplace. Huge Thanks and congratulations for having a stellar rating record in recognition of how you serve your customers. My insurance sent Road res-q to help when my car wouldn t start. The technician was at my door within 40 minutes, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. I asked him to come back later in the week to switch my battery so I d be ready for the winter. The new battery comes w/a 5 year warranty. Frank was courteous and responded quickly. As promised, he came by within 20 minutes, replaced my car's battery, did his best to find replacement of a spare-part that apparently was broken, and delivered an excellent service to make my car start again. Road Res-Q is a great service of you ever find your vehicle in need. My tire had gone flat in my parking lot. Called them up and they were out to my car within 15 minutes on a Saturday mid day. They changed the tires in less than 10 minutes and I paid. The worked was very professional and nice. It was a very reasonable price for the service. I will definitely calling them if I ever need roadside assistance in the future. They are even able to fix the tire if it has minor damage to get you back driving on the road.Service: Tire change

My husband and I had a flat tire while crossing the Wilson Bridge. We initially contacted our insurance company for roadside assistance. After waiting over 1.5 hours in the median with rush hour traffic whirring past us and making multiple calls without anyone coming, I found Road ResQ online and called for help. Frank answered the call. He assured me that he could be to us in 15 minutes. He asked me to text him a Google map pic of our location and confirmed that he knew right where we were. He sent an update to let me know he was a minute away from us. When he arrived, he made sure that we were okay and secured the location with cones. He quickly changed the tire with the spare (that needed to be filled with air). He advised us on how to drive on the spare. Highly recommend Road Res-Q if you need roadside assistance in the DC area. Frank is awesome!! Dependable, empathic, professional, and quick! Don't waste your time with anyone else.Service: Tire change

I worked with Frank and can 100% recommend him and Road Res-Q for emergencies. I found my car battery completely dead, and my car being older (~8 years), a bunch of 24-hour places didn't have a replacement on hand. The office here called me within 5 minutes of me placing my request online, confirmed they had my battery, and Frank was at my place about 2 hours later. Even after a warehouse snafu causing him to come out twice with new batteries, he then got me on the road in 15 minutes, with a discount for my troubles. I thoroughly enjoyed the service I received from Res-Q. The technician was very professional and communicated effectively letting me know the time that he would arrive as well as keeping me informed. When he arrived he was very efficient and quick with the whole service taking less than 15 minutes. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!I never write reviews, but this time it s my pleasure to do so. These guys were EXCEPTIONALLY excellent at customer service, time, professionalism and price. I had waited over 2 days for a towing company to do their job, but nothing. So I said I ll see if can have someone come to the car and the tire on the street. These guys did it 14 hours EARLIER than I agreed at the same quoted price. Rockstars. I needed roadside assistance on the side of highway 95 around midnight and Road Res-Q was there in less than 20 minutes. After testing the battery, it was determined my car needed to be towed. Frank stayed with me until the tow truck arrived. He provided safety for my car and my family. It was almost 2am when we finally got towed. I highly recommend this company. Frank went above and beyond!

My car wasn t turning on and I figured it may have been the battery as I could hear the clicking noise when I turned the key in the ignition. Road Res-Q was the first place that showed up on google when I searched for a battery service, I spoke to Frank on the phone, who was also the same person who came to check out the battery for me. He arrived in less than 15 minutes and checked the battery life and recommended that it still was working fine and I don t need to change it out, I appreciated that bc most of these other car/battery services out here will say anything to get you to spend money with them. He explained the corrosion may be what s causing it to not allow my car to start and then jump started my car and recommended I leave it on for 30 minutes, it was a very smooth process. This service is SO simple to use! Just make one phonecall, and then receive immediate and constant (not pestering--just thorough and reassuring) communication, including text updates and a call from the individual provider (in this case, Jason Martinez) letting me know he was coming, his ETA, and then another call when he was 10 minutes away. Jason immediately got to work starting my battery and let it run long enough to then test its strength to determine if I might need a new battery. I'm the kind of person who always asks a lot of questions, so while my battery was charging up, Jason gave me a tutorial on how a car engine works--very informative! Fortunately there's a Mercedes service center across the street from my home and they would definitely have the right battery for my car, a Mercedes AMG, so Jason suggested that I take my car there to get the battery tested to make sure it's SAFE and won't die again, which I immediately did. (It's there now.) They're also going to check (and probably replace) the hood support struts because Jason discovered they don't work, which is another SAFETY concern. (He had to prop the hood open with a support rod.) This service beats the heck out of AAA, which I used to have and typically had to wait 1-1/2 to 2 hours for their arrival (with zero communication during the wait, although perhaps this has changed. I don't know because I dropped AAA figuring why pay for something that bad.) This entire event from initial phonecall to driving to the Mercedes across the street took a total of about ONE HOUR! Amazing! Thank you, Road Res-Q, and thank you Jason!Service: Battery service

They arrived quickly (15 minutes) and made sure the battery was replaced correctly. They also made sure my alternator was working correctly. They practiced safe social distancing as well. This was excellent, prompt and attentive service. My car battery died at a gas station after station hours and within an hour Frank with Road Res Q was replacing my dead battery and got me on my way. My insurance had originally called another road assist company. When that company hadn t come after almost three hours, Road Res-Q Roadside Assistance was called. They came within 15 min. The first company disregarded the cancellation and came anyway. However, they could not open my car. Road Res-Q came within a few minutes later and was able to open my car without any problem. Very professional in their manner and uniform. I will certainly save their information to be able to recommend them to everyone and to be able to request them by name should I need roadside assistance in the future.

I called the place to check out my car's battery, and within 15-20 minutes, they had arrived to check everything out. I needed a new battery as it turned out, and they had one already packed and ready to replace. Everything all together took around 45 minutes to an hour tops. I called my insurance company after my battery gave me some problems while on a military base. Initially, the insurance company sent a local vendor that refused to help me, twice! After calling the insurance company a 3rd time they assigned Road Res-Q and I was assisted by Frank. I cannot thank Frank enough for his quick response. Not only did he arrive fast, he called me to keep me informed about his ETA. When he arrived, he gave me advice on what to do to mitigate the problem with my battery. I went from the base to Pep Boys where I bumped into Frank again, he helped me pick out a battery charger. If I ever need road side assistance, I will make sure USAA sends me Road Res-Q! Excellent !!! Thank you so much for coming to my rescue! I cannot thank you enough. I had been stuck on base for 2.5 hours before USAA reassigned us to Road Res-Q and they had me back on the road in 10 minutes!Services: Battery service, Battery

Had a dead battery, searched and found these folks highly rated... they sourced a new battery (didn't have mine in invetory) and had me sorted in <2hrs. My car was dead at my apartment, so it wasn't even an emergency. I was on the highway and had a flat. I pulled off and Road ResQ came to my rescue. The customer service provided by calling and keeping me in the loop regarding their ETA was greatly appreciated. As you know having any type of car trouble can be hugely distressful. The service provided upon arrival was excellent. The gentleman that assisted went above and beyond the call of service.
