Johnny was super helpful and quick at identifying my suspension issue. He was not salesy at all to fix the part allowing you to make the right decision to fix your vehicle at the cheapest possible and safest way. Great mechanics

Great experience! I took my Jeep Wrangler to get after-market parts installed. The owner greeted me and shared his knowledge. The prices we reasonable. Great workmanship. Thank you for a great experience.

I came to prime auto off a recommendation that the service was top notch. Totally wrong, i asked if they could install coilovers on my 2007 ls460 and was told yes. Once my vehicle was in there possession I was called the next day and was told i had the wrong parts(which i knew the parts were correct,because i order the previous ones ) i told Vanna if you don't know what your doing ill take it somewhere else. So needless to say he got the coilovers on and it was totally jacked up, on side was lower than the other(he said it was the parking lot) i also asked about the alignment he never did and tried to charge me for it, saying i was waiting until you got the back done. At 60 mph on the highway I'm experiencing vibrations and rubbing so i can't even drive the vehicle. I called the shop the last 3 to 4 days and haven't spoken to Vanna at all.I would not recommend this shop to anyone,unless you would like to pay for poor service.

Came into the shop to get the starter replaced. Starter was okay but would not work occasionally after shutting the car off. Car got even worse after two weeks and had to get it looked at (used a different shop next time) because the mechanic from this shop did not seem interested in helping/did not want to spend time discussing the issue or how to move forward with a fix. Waste of a $500+

Great service, great price and very honest team. I had purchased parts that didn't fit or were not needed for the repair and they let you know. That's honest services!! Saved over $200 from buying my own parts!!!
