I came in around 4:00 pm on a snowy Tuesday after a DC area snow storm to get a new key, new battery, and have the tire pressure monitoring checked, because the light was on, and I was expecting to leave the car, but they were able to take care of everything the same day by 6pm at their closing time. I was surprised. The environment is very clean and professional. The prices for the work today were reasonable. I will definitely be making this my regular service center. Thank you service advisor, Maurice B, for the professional and friendly service.

I love Passport Nissan in Alexandria. The staff is great, and they always take care of us. We have been calming there for our vehicles since 2014 and we have never ever had any problems there at all. They always go above and beyond to make sure that our vehicles are taken care of and we get the absolute best service and that s why we keep coming back and we keep buying vehicles there so that they continue to get the best service.

I have never had a problem with Nissian, they do fantastic work with no surprises, the video inspection is very informative and shows from bumper to bumper and under the hood, so you see what the technician sees with explanation and easy to understand..Great stuff .

One and done. The customer specialist was nice but left me waiting 3 hours when was told check engine light was 2 hours max. I came earlier as recommended than my appointment. Arrived before 10:30 am and left st almost 1 pm. I felt llke I had to beg to get someone to give me my keys and car back after quote provided. If I didn't stand in front of desk and ask 3 x for my keys and car back who knows how much longer I would have waited. It was a busy day but definitely can go somewhere else. Would never buy a car from this location either due to such poor customer service.

If service was able to view my car as I was getting inspected in real time I wish the sound was a little better maybe get a better microphone other than that I could see what he was referring to and I was picking and choosing what I wanted to get fixed.

I've used Passport Nissan Service and Parts across multiple Nissans and I'm a happy customer so far. Service advisors here never push unnecessary repairs and services. This isn't just for me but other customers as well. I know this because you can listen to the service advisors talking to other customers in the waiting lounge and it's the same. They'll honestly tell you what needs to be done immediately vs. what can be held off for later. Obviously, they're expensive because it's a dealership but they don't make up lies to scare you into doing repairs like some other shops a few doors down, W**G*L ---cough cough---. Every single service advisor I've worked with has been a joy. Keep it up Passport! Be careful with purchasing used cars from this dealership. My husband purchased a car in February here it is June and they still can t produce a title. They offered to pay off the car and we can in today to do a trade in. We were told the car depreciated 8k. How does a car with no scratches or accidents depreciate 8k in 4 months? It seems as if they shouldn t have sold him the car in the 1st place. A month after purchasing the car he heard a strange noise and took it to get a diagnostic done and turns out the car needed 2k worth of work. They purchased a car from the auction boosted the price and sold it. Even the bank has suggested we take legal action. We were trying to work with this dealership but they gave us the cold shoulder. This experience has been a nightmare, especially with this being his 1st car purchase. I asked for the GM info and had to go through a lot to receive it. To be continued

I literally leased that orange Altima in the picture at the front of the store! Cris, with no "h" processed my lease for a new 2021 Altima. He was very thoughtful and knowledgeable. I'm a faithful Nissan owner so the process was very simple. I've gone there for several cars.

Y'all I want to preface this review by stating how little I post reviews. That this experience I had was just so infuriating that I am sitting in their parking lot writing this message out. Passport Nissan of Alexandria has god awful communication and a wildly inaccurate website. I highly advise not trusting anything that the Nissan Passport of Alexandria states on their website or in person. I called prior to driving and asked if they still had the 2023 Nissan Versa in stock. Rico says yeah we have one incoming that someone bailed on and we can purchase it. I tell him Im otw in about an hour. I drive a full hour and some change in absolute violent rain to talk Versa. I get there and ask for Rico. The guy cant seem to find him so I'm waiting more (maybe 5-ish minutes okay fine whatever). Rico gets to us and says yeah let me check on the availability (you didn't utilize this hour and change to check on it before I get there..did you lie to me??). He leaves and we're waiting..more waiting. Rico finally gets to us and says the versa will be coming in November. The 2024 Nissan Versa. Now I'm just really upset because why in the fresh hell did I drive all the way to the Passport Nissan of Alexandria for a car that's not even going to be here until 2 months after. I was specIFICALLY asked for the 2023 Nissan Versa. I asked about the 2023 Versa and Rico says "ohh yeah no that's completely sold out" as they're "flying off the shelves!". I apologize I dont care that its flying off the shelves; I care that you all cant seem to take a minute and gather a single thought to review my actual inquiry and tell me that the car i am asking for is sold out. Which would save me the trip I made in torrential rain. I'm honestly afraid for what people are getting into when they buy a car from here because it truly seems like there's a lot that isn't being said. Buy safely, trust wisely, and dont be poor if you want a car!

Jose from Nissan Passport Service Jose from Nissan Passport Service consistently surpasses my expectations. Jose not only has been my trusted advisor but he even advocated for me during the process with an insurance claim. There was a leak in my car and it wreaked havoc. I immediately called him and he set in place a a seamless process that allowed me to be supported. The insurance company was handling the claims and they often were unresponsive. Jose Mejia served as a great liaison. He has significant car knowledge consistently surpasses my expectations. Jose not only has been my trusted advisor but he even advocated for me during the process with an insurance claim. There was a leak in my car and it wreaked havoc. I immediately called him and he set in place a a seamless process so that I could have a loaner carbut that I would have only the best mechanics repairing my car. The insurance company was handling the claims and they often were unresponsive. Jose Mejia served as a great liaison. He has significant car knowledge and his commitment to service is topnotch. Disliked Service. Miguel is the name of the agent over there. I bought VW jetta 2011 from the dealership. Surprisingly I found it good just had few problems which they promised me to solve. But here is the twist. After buying the car they just fixed one thing latch only. I had issue with steering which I m still facing. It is so hard and over 60/65 speed it vibrates. I mentioned this issue and they just changed power steering fluid and then again never helped me out with that at all. Another thing they didn t mention anything about cruise control not working and then when I addressed this issue they clearly said that no we cannot do anything about that it s your issue that you bought old car and we can just fix issues with safety inspection things. But actually still they didn t even fix steering thing. So they re just fooling around. For me they lied a lot of things. I would suggest that don t trust these guys at all.

Thats my car dealer. I have a lots of love about this place, but honestly service advisors need to be lot more flexible and friendly. It is not a place you expect amazing service from the people around.

This is regarding Miguel, Anmar, and Edgar!!I purchased a car December 2022. I worked with Anmar and Miguel and they were both very professional, patient, and attentive. They were also very quick to respond when communicating with them by text and they made my car buying experience less stressful. After I made my purchase, Miguel went as far as to sit in the car with me and gave me a quick and informative tutorial on everything about the car regarding the functionality of each button, which was more than helpful and of course made things even less stressful. Miguel went far and beyond his call of duty as a salesman to provide information about my car without me even asking him, he was very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge by providing important information that he knew would be helpful for me to know about the car that I just purchased. I was very impressed and pleased with Miguel s service! I was very impressed with the professionalism of both Anmar and Miguel. Go see Anmar and Miguel they will help make your car buying experience a little easier and less stressful. Also, Edgar, the Finance guy, is wonderful and funny too, he has a good sense of humor! Pretty good experience. Their car detailing/wash could use some work. I have bought part from this dealership before . But customer service in part department down to the ground . Made me wait 15 minutes while the guy goes in the back . After 15 minutes another guy comes and did not even acknowledge I was there . He start looking around doing things in computer and doing things about 5 minutes passed I told him if the other guy is coming back . He turned around with an attitude and told me I don't know why you are here and who is helping you out I come from my lunch and at the moment the guy who was helping me comeback and I told him I thought you are not coming back .He said all you had to do ring the Bell . He wanted me to ring the bell while he was in the back and the other employee who was working at the part department not even acknowledge I was there . 100% markup on parts when I told them the same part the price was almost half in other Nissan dealer .He said that is the price he did not knew i already checked what was the price on other dealer which were a little far . But Hey I drove and order it from another Nissan dealer with great customer service and 40% cheaper then Nissan Passport .Service: Tires

We had a very positive experience buying a car from Passport Nissan. Mary A was very responsive to our issues. While we think the dealer fees were higher than we thought reasonable, they made an adjustment in the price AND fixed body issues at no cost to us, so it came out fine.Strongly recommend the dealer.

I'll admit to being VERY skeptical of mechanics. I have a 2016 Nissan and found this place two years ago after cycling between local mechanic shops. These are the only guys I've trusted with my car car. They don't nickel and dime me. They don't overcharge. They don't upsell. I got a free inspection, all recalls covered, safety inspection and a tire fix for $50 that Mr. Tire down the road was telling me "required new tires" (~$200).Service: Tires
