Quentin Walters and Jeff Rosenblatt are awesome! I contacted the dealership in early January about a used 2013 Ford Explorer Sport that they had listed on their website. And was connected with Quentin. I told Quentin that I was looking for one of these vehicles specifically and was very interested in the vehicle despite being over two hours away. Quentin let me know that the vehicle had already been sent to auction. After I expressed my interest in the vehicle, the dealership brought the vehicle back from the auction and I made an appointment to go out and see it. I really liked the vehicle and decided to purchase it, but it needed some work. Ourisman did over $5,000 worth of work to the vehicle to get it show room ready for me. I got to pick it up about two weeks later and I was so very impressed with the work that they did! I could not be happier with my experience here at this dealership. Everyone that I worked with was great. Even weeks later I had a small issue with the vehicle and the dealership continued to work with me to get it resolved. I d recommend this dealership to anyone!

Possibly the worse service on the East Coast!a) My vehicle goes in for service on 01/23, kept for over 30 days, no communication, service writer quits. I'm told parts are needed for a recall and I'll be notified.b) A year goes by, out of the blue I get voice mail from Stacy that I have 4 recalls past due. I call back, no answer, I leave voice mail with no return call.c) The next day I call Stacy using my work phone, she answers.She confirms that my vehicle was there a year ago and it is noted a year ago that I was to be notified when parts arrive. She said she will check the parts department to see if my parts are there and will call me back within 15 minutes. Guess what, no return call.Absolutely the worst! It's sad, the sales people were great and very responsive.30 days for a repair, a year and still waiting for airbag recall parts, sad!

Currently, I m not happy with Ourisman Ford. I have continued setbacks with their customer service. I bought a F150 from them and it broke down within 18 hours back on July of 2023. They did their due diligence and got me into another truck. That truck also 2023 F150 has mechanical issue within 5 months of me getting it. I made an appointment for 13 Dec and I even dropped off one day early. My truck didn t make it in the shop till day after my scheduled appointment (Friday). They gave me a loaner car on 15 Dec- good on them thank you. But my truck is still with them for various delays on ordering parts and my truck is not the priority. I m still in the loaner and it s going on 26 days of today, 7 January. I m essentially paying for a vehicle I don t use.On a good note there loaner car is making things easier. And my service representative is awesome. She is apologetic and humble. I actually feel bad for her as she had to always tell me bad news. Why isn t a manager calling me? To apologize? Or give me a loaner commensurate to the vehicle I purchased from them. But to be honest I just want my truck back fixed.

WORST dealer service ever! I have been to countless dealerships for service around the US and none have been this bad. For starters they price gouge you on a engine air filter charging $97 in labor to perform that. There was no mention beforehand that they would charge a ridiculous amount for a 30 second job. Then dropping it off at 7am they called at 4:45pm to say it was done but on arrival at 5:30 pm they weren t ready and wanted me to wait another 20 minutes while they washed it. After repeated messages left to multiple people no one had called back to explain or resolve the price gouge

I purchased a used vehicle and, in the same year, in 2020, had repairs done on it. Since then, I have had repairs done on this vehicle. I will never purchase a vehicle, new or used, from this dealership.

I went to my appointment as scheduled (with a reminder email the day before from Chris Brown) to be informed by Jasmine Woody that just yesterday they had run out of the parts needed for my recall repair. Both my husband and I had taken off of work today so that we could get this repair done.A simple phone call or email could have saved us a lot of trouble today. This being my first experience with your service department, I am sorry to say it will also be my last.

Absolutely outstanding service. Engine splash guard/shield came loose en route to DC. We rolled into Ourisman Ford/Lincoln at around 4:30 pm and discussed what happened and he stated that if only the screws were loose, there would be no charge and if theres more, we would go from there. Only a few screws were loose and we were out of there with no charges in 30 mins. My family greatly appreciates the people of Ourisman Ford.

We worked with Sharnetta Harris, a Ford Product Specialist, who was very kind and helpful in our search for a new car. I would highly recommend working with her. Unfortunately, Ourisman did not have the car we were looking for and needed to go elsewhere. We wish her the best!

Even if you make an appointment, be ready to wait 2-3 hours for your turn + bunch of low skill customer representatives.
