Truly professional craftsmanship. Expedient. Easy. Made sure it was done right and worked with insurance to cover the correct expenses. My Audi never looked better. Bodywork and wheel repair was phenomenal.

If you look over all the reviews, you will see a sharp decline which happened recently. OT Auto Body and Paint used to be my "go to" for any type of body or paint work. They were fabulous! The quality of work was second to none. During my last visit to the shop to have a door repaired and painted was a disaster! I gave the shop a pass on the parts being on back order for some time, but that was only one of many, many issues I had with the repair including: Three areas where the paint sagged or there were clear runners, something a rookie could have prevented or fixed. They blended the front fender without fixing any of the small paint chips in the front, clearly a rush job. The door was misaligned which I had to fix myself because I can trust them to make things right. Finally, they conveniently forgot to replace the "Trail Rated" badge they removed from the fender, likely to avoid paying the $70 for it. The shop changed owner about a year ago and it's a disaster.Service: Body & Trim

Service on the car was in took only two days, but they had my vehicle for over a week. Had several issues throughout the whole process:- When I first tried to talk to someone to set up the repair, I spoke with three different times, all told me that an estimator would need to call me back. No one ever called me back over the course of a week, so I just made an appointment to drop off.-Second issue, the staff WOULD NOT reach out to my insurance agency instead I had to three way call Yates and my Insurance just to get Yates to make some progress. I have had the same Insurance for years and have never had this type of issue with a breakdown in communication between a shop and an insurance company.-Finally when I went to pick up my tire, one of the managers drove it from the shop floor out to the front with a flat tire. Not a low tire, a 100% zero psi flat. I noticed it as soon as I sat in the car because the entire dashboard lit up including the main screen saying there was a flat tire. How this was messed by their staff I have no idea. Luckily they did not give me much pushback when I asked for it to be fixed. But nonetheless this is something that should've been taken care of long before I arrived as well as noticed by the manager when he brought my car around. How they missed this detail makes me concerned they probably missed other details and or cut corners.As an Old Town resident I have had great experiences with Yates family owned services but clearly this shop needs some help. Truly amazes me that the family got the start in the automotive repair business and yet this is how they run their shopsServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This team goes above and beyond. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the team at Yates Auto Body is truly motivated by a job well done. After doing a spectacular job on repairing a minor fender bender (like nothing ever happened - clean as a whistle), they didn t hesitate to take the car back a second time and fix a slow leak in one of my tires connected with the incident, providing transport and delivering the vehicle upon completion. They also agreed to take the car in a third time when I noticed a battery issue. Even though this issue ended up being unrelated to any work they had done, they happily contacted a dealership and followed through on figuring out what the issue was, working with me to resolve it free of charge. Throughout all three of these instances where I had the unfortunate role of being the difficult customer , they were patient and proactive. Kevin was always responsive to my concerns, and knew the status of my car any time I called in. Jordan was equally solutions oriented, offering to take my car to the dealership and following through well beyond what was related to the original job. These guys are top quality!

I went there for an estimate after a fender bender. I explained that i just wanted to get the door to open again and didn't want costly repairs because it was a 15 year old car. The guy went back inside, came out with a tool, straightened out the door, and didn't even charge me. It only took a few minutes but it was really nice of him to go out if his way to help me and I'm extremely grateful.I went there this time because they've fixed my car after two other accidents and i was happy with their work and their service.

Excellent service, and they stand by it! I had work done on my car over a year ago and had a minor sensor issue afterwards that I didn't notice for several months. I've been dreading bringing my car into the shop, fearing unforeseen costs and time without a ride to work, but I shouldn't have worried! I brought my car in at 4:30pm after work and it was finished by 7:30 the next morning, completely covered under the warranty. WOW! I was blown away. Would recommend to anyone!

This place doesn't exist anymore. It is now a Yates. They charge for estimates.

I had damage to my car caused by a moving company from Hawaii (dents & scratches, paint damage) and after struggling with the other party s insurance company, was able to bring my car into Old Town Autobody. From the beginning (even before I had the insurance aspect settled) Irwin and Kevin were beyond helpful. Once the insurance portion was taken care of, I was able to drop my car off right away and they they repaired everything within a great time frame! They made the entire process hassle free which I really appreciated! Kevin and Irwin were extremely friendly, transparent about the cost & timeline, and thoroughly explained the repair process. My husband and I both plan to return for any vehicle servicing we may need in the future!

I would not recommend this shop or the Automotive Service Garage next door. My truck had a flat so I had to have the truck towed in because the spare tire winch was rusted out and there was no way to get the spare tire down. I asked them to to fix the flat tire and give me a quote for replacing the rusted out winch. When I picked up the truck and drove it home I measured the tire pressure and the tire is still not retaining air.... They quoted me over $500 to replace the spare tire winch which is a $50 - $150 part and all it takes to replace is unscrewing two bolts. They also tried to up sell me $220 to have a repair made on one of the rear tires which does not have anything wrong with it.The person trying to up sell me on the rear tire repair did not even know that I brought the truck in to have the flat tire in the front fixed.I originally had Old Town Auto quote body damage on the front of the truck, they quoted a little over $1000. My insurance re-quoted the damage at $2,900 and then Old town ended up charging over $3200 for the repairs.I was quoted to have the repairs made in 7 days and it took over 2 weeks for them to finish the repairs.Do not trust this shop, they are dishonest and will not charge you a fair price.

These guys are awesome! My front bumper got pulled out of the frame slightly front a cement parking block, and I was unable to get it back in myself or with the help of friends. Old Town Auto Body and Paint were kind, courteous, respectful and fixed it in 10 minutes. I will definitely be coming back here again next time I need a fix up. Thank you for your great service!

Yates Collision did an AMAZING job!!! My car looks like nothing happened to it! Marjorie is the BEST she is very professional and always kept in contact with me to let me know what stage my car was in. I HIGHLY recommend this body shop! Called this morning to try and get an estimate on a scratch I have on my car and the person working there rudely told me to stop blowing up his phone even though that was the first time I called him. Must be toxic work environment.

Best auto body shop in town. These guys did a great job getting my seriously scratched/dented side door to look as good as new. Service was timely, professional and expertly done. If you need any work done on your car, this the place. You won't regret it.

Had a 2005 Mazda repaired here in 2008- Fender, rear door and rear bumper. Initial experience was good, recommended by USAA. Staff seemed competent and prompt. Unfortunately, two years later, the repair on the door split/cracked. I now have two choices, find a junked car with a door in good shape, take to another body shop, or attempt to do it myself. I may cautiously recommend them to a friend.

Have to give a really big thumbs up to Old Town Auto Body. We have taken our cars there multiple time through our insurance for body work and they have always done an outstanding job. Several weeks ago our air conditioner went and our regular mechanic asked us if we had ever been in a front end accident, saying that an incorrect bolt was replaced that eventually punctured another part causing the air conditioner to fail. He saved the part so we could take it to Old Town Auto Body to ask them about it. We thought it was a total shot in the dark but we asked them if they would pay for the repairs since it was 100% caused by the incorrect part that was installed when we had repairs done following an accident. We dropped off the part, talked to the manager Erwin, and with no questions asked (after reviewing the situation including inspecting the part) sent us a check in the mail for the cost of the repairs.When it seems like its hard to find businesses that do the right thing, Old Town Auto Body really stands out in purposely choosing to do it right and honestly.

I just want to give Damian a shout out. He recently gave me a ride home while my vehicle was getting worked on. His professionalism and outlook on life was just what I needed to offset my frustration with my car being worked on. I had some damage on my right front passenger door. But until I can get the whole door replaced, Irwin kindly offered to buff out the scratches as a short term cosmetic fix. Amazing job!!! I'll definitely be back!!!

USAA approved and lifetime warranty. Trunk and bumper looks brand new (replaced bumper, repaired trunk trim, removed scratches on trunk, and painted). Great customer service, as well as professional and friendly staff. Kept me updated on progress. Listened to my concerns and took care of them. Highly recommend this place.

I stopped by to get a quote for a cracked bumper and guy tells me they're pretty booked up. I clarified I only needed a quote to get a replacement 2010 Hyundai bumper + painting, and was told I'd have to come back later to have it looked at. I don't know about body shops, but I know about business... Can you really be so busy you can't give a quote? If that's turning away business? Oh well, on to the next shop.

Took my car here after a fender-bender. The other person's insurance company was being a little difficult about providing the supplemental costs but Old Town Auto Body worked through it and got my car looking brand new in a relatively short turn-around.

Over 10 days and they still haven't been able to come up with a quote for my car. Called two more times and they still haven't completed quote. Plenty of other options in old town for body work.

I came to this auto shop for the first time regarding scratches on my rear bumper. I was expecting to pay a few hundred dollars to have it fixed and they offered to buff it out first. After a quality buff I can barely see the the damage done to my car and I wasn't charged a dime. This place is a prime example of how a business should be run. Ask to speak with Irwin.

Had an accident. They were quick and helped me get a estimate for my insurance. They helped me get a rental. And their work was fast. Fixed my car in 1 day. I would recommend this place.

They're lazy af. If you want someone really helpful call Body & Paint over on Huntington Ave because the person I spoke to on the phone was not trying to help me at all. When I spoke to the other people he did his best to help me and told me he would call back. You all deserve better than a lazy store.

I took in my 1998 SUV to see what could be done about its dings and dents. Irwin advised me that it was not worth my spending a large sum to fix them as the car was so old, at the same time the shop removed an ugly splurge of yellow paint from a door without charge.

I came to obtain an estimate for an out of pocket service, yet something that should be fast apparently can only be accomplished in a few weeks. I sincerely do not understand how they can lose a client this easy.
