NT Auto Body staff and work was excelente and so fast. They greet clients with a smile, guide you step by step, help you deal with getting a rent a car and dealing with your insurance company.The work done was perfect. I can not even tell I even was bumped.I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Great service. Professional staff. The repair work on my car was precision, with close attention to detail. Beautifully done. The office is clean and neat and, amazingly, so is the garage and work spaces?Chris, the manager, explained each step they took to repair the side mirror and the 2 driver side doors where the paint perfectly matched.This NT Auto is a hidden treasure!!Ann in DC

Excellent customer service and they did a great job on my car s repairs with a very quick turnaround time. I was actually shocked by how fast they were. They truly went out of their way to make the process as painless as possible, handled all of the insurance claims stuff quickly and efficiently, and every single person I interacted with was friendly and kind. My car looks brand new (they even cleaned the inside), and they returned my rental car for me to save me a trip. I hope to not need any car repairs in the near future, but I wouldn t hesitate to go straight to them. They definitely have a loyal customer now.

I had my vehicle repaired by NT Auto. By far the best auto body shop in the DMV. The owner, Chris, is a person of integrity and he is extremely knowledgeable on body repair and vehicles in general.I found the entire staff to be friendly and accommodating.I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with NT Auto Body. I took my car in for an estimate and despite the busyness of the office, I was met in a timely manner. The owner looked my car over and gave me a reasonable estimate. Two weeks later the ship called me to set up the repair. It was completed in less than two hours. Quality of work is excellent. They used OEM parts.

The BEST... NT Auto body is the hidden secret of the major auto dealers of the DMV. They treat you like family and are open and honest. The sales and work crew are great. Extremely fair and reasonable pricing and exceptional craftsmanship. They are Covid-19 compliant.

I called the Toyota dealership to see where I can get it some work done on my car and they recommended NT auto body. I had a great experience with them and their customer service was on point. There was never a time where I called them and they didn t have some type of update for me.

Excellent customer service. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The process from dropping the vehicle , ordering the parts and fixing the damage, all done in very professional way. I will highly recommend this place if you re fixing your vehicle personally or through the insurance.

We were rear ended in our 2022 Honda Pilot. NT Auto Body completed the estimate immediately, ordered parts within 2 weeks and completed the full job within 3hrs. Fantastic service; the rear end looks brand new! Their staff, to include all the technicians, cashier/front desk receptionist, and the gentleman who brought the vehicle up front were fantastic and kind. I got my car back within 2 weeks despite the delay in receiving parts. When I picked up my car, I noticed some issues. When they were made aware, the fixed it on the spot. Amazing body shop!

I took my car here bc it's one of the shops my insurance company has a relationship with. The work on my car was good, they finished pretty quickly, and Mike, the owner, did a good job of handling a customer service issue I had with one of his employees. However I will say that when I got my car back it was filthy inside. I only noticed the full extent of it all after a couple days of driving it. There is dust everywhere and I noticed what looks like scratches in the interior and my floor mats were really dirty. I'm disappointed bc I would expect them to return my car clean or at least not dirtier than they got it. It bothers me a lot but sometimes you just want to be done and move on. Three quarters were also taken from the console which I found to be weird. It's not even about the money, its really the principle and I only bring it up bc a Yelp reviewer also mentioned that change was taken from their car. It just makes you a little leery is all.

6 Stars, highest recommend. I never bother leaving reviews.Last October, rear ended in a brand new 21 BMW X3, parking assist, rear cameras, all the bells and whistles. NT auto body assessed the vehicle in 48 hours -- when everyone else I tried had a three week wait. Could not total it out. (no damage to the frame). They communicated with me regularly to update the status of the complex repair (22k in damages during the supply chain crisis) Incredible follow through on a few questions I had almost a year later. Drives like new. Courteous and professional staff. Refreshing to see a business still value customer service.Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

Oh my goodness the customer service here is unparalleled. They always answer their phone, always friendly and know exactly who you are (not sure how), quick to respond, quick to answer questions, quick to fix damages, I mean I have been telling friends and family to start working only with this company for insurance claims for their vehicle damage and they all agree. My mom was shocked that we dropped our car on Saturday and by Wednesday was done! They even told us to leave the rental there and they would organize the pick up from Enterprise, what?! So happy with their service and I wont be going anywhere else for my vehicle issues. Thanks Set!

Unfortunately, have had to use this shop twice. They are THE BEST. Do not bother going anywhere else for estimate. Best and quickest service for best price. Everyone is friendly, straight forward, professional. Super talented. They did a perfect job again in 24 hours! fixed a nasty scrape and dent, matched paint perfectly on my 13-yr-old imported car. Another place close by said they would have to send away for a part so would cost way more and take a while. NT just smoothed out and fixed. You would NEVER KNOW there had been any damage there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to NT Auto Body after my car was hit while parked on the side of the road. They were friendly and professional from start to finish. They had to order a few parts for my car that came in about a week later. I dropped my car off on Tuesday, and it was ready on Thursday. On top of quickly repairing my car, they cleaned it inside and out!I hope I don't have to go back anytime soon for repairs, but I will go back to NT Auto Body if I do. The owners are engaging, and the shop does excellent work. However, the long time, young Hispanic female working the front desk, is horrible!! She has poor customer service skills, and gave bad/inaccurate information, regarding the insurance process, without doing any research, or verifying with senior staff. Her actions caused confusion, and a delayed the process, of getting my vehicle repaired. Thankfully, the owners ultimately corrected her actions, regarding the misinformation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my wife's car in for body work and I was very pleased with the results. The rear bumper was replaced, although it was an aftermarket bumper (per the insurance company) NT did a good job getting it to fit properly and the paint match was spot on. They cleaned the car up nice, and we're very friendly and professional the entire time. The parking situation is a little wonky as there isn't exactly a parking lot for the customers so don't be intimidated when get there trying to figure out where to put your car! That aside, I will happily take my cars back to NT for body work. I trust them to do good repairs.Thanks for fixing my wife's car!

Great experience! The staff was nice, I think the pricing was fair, they did a great job, and they got my car back to me much quicker than I expected. I definitely don't want to need to go back, but if I ever need work done on my car, this is where I am taking it.

I went to NT Auto Body for a second estimate for my car that was damaged in a collision. The first place I went to said it would take a month to a month and a half to repair my car, which is obviously a really long time. I called NT Auto Body and they told me to bring in my car any time for them to take a look. When I went there I was immediately impressed with the level of service and professionalism they provided. They told me that my car would take a week and a half to two weeks maximum to repair -- way better than over a month! I dropped my car off on a Thursday and the next Monday they called me to say that it was done -- less than four days later! I couldn't believe it. The car looks amazing and they even cleaned and vacuumed it for me as well. My entire experience with NT Auto Body was incredible and I'm very glad I found them.

My Hyundai was recently be felled by a tree limb and needed a new windshield and some body work. Several friends highly recommended them, so I went with NT Auto Body. What I liked about them was the ongoing updates by a real person. I got a number of calls, including just after the car arrived via flatbed. While they did a great job, there were a few small things they could have done better, but in the scheme of things, I am pleased with their service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would not use this body shop again nor recommend it. There is a no attention to detail and a complete lack of respect for people's cars. After my car was hit in January I was directed to NT Autobody by my insurance company. They were able to repair my car quickly, however, the job was subpar. The paint was full of imperfections, they broke several trim and interior pieces, my leather steering wheel had several gashes in it, my rear window was covered in overspray, and they just tried to pass them off. My car was also filthy inside. The interior was covered in white stuff, something had been spilled in my cup holder, and my car was full of detritus. When I called to complain I was asked to bring the car in for them to look at it. Upon inspection the manager agreed to fix the issues and would call me after the parts were ordered. I never received a call. After waiting longer than I should have I called and was told they had the parts. I bought my car in to be fixed and while they fixed the issues I had identified, they once again did a poor job. Parts were not snapped back together, weather stripping was not properly in place, and they damaged more interior pieces in the process. My driver's side door panel had puncture marks and was scratched up. To top it all off, the paint still wasn't fixed. I brought the car in yet again, and it was repaired again. This time the paint was mostly fixed. I still continue to find spots that were not painted. The interior was "fixed" but you can still tell where it was damaged.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The staff at NT Auto Body was amazing. They fixed my door, its hinge, and the window from a work accident. they even detailed my car to make it look brand new.
