I don't trust just anyone with my vehicles. When I started bringing my vehicles to K&G, I was amazed. Their customer service is top notch. My vehicles are done promptly and the pricing is great. I don't feel like they're trying to pull one over on me. Very honest company. I tell everyone about them. Thank you to the whole crew at K&G. You all are the best!!!!

K&G has always been friendly, professional, and honest. They provide not only great customer service but great work as well, they never seem to disappoint. I haven't taken my car to anyone else since I moved to Northern Virginia in 2020. I highly recommend them! Sasha I believe is her name who is always there to greet me at the front desk is always so welcoming and very knowledgeable. She definitely knows what she's talking about. Kostas the owner of the shop whom I also had the pleasure in meeting was kind enough to check my vehicle himself and saved me from spending unnecessary money that I would have spent at the dealer. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Very impressed with how well and professionally this repair shop is run. I had a scheduled appointment, the staff looked at my car immediately, did not have to wait at all. (unlike my normal shop that is often "...we are busy come back later"). More importantly, I received a recommendation and estimate that was well explained and I trusted. Overall, a much better experience than going to one of the national chains, where some of the work that they had recommended was actually not needed. Will use K&G again for sure.

I would give this place zero stars. Through an insurance claim my car ended up in this shop for mechanical work. When I picked up my car, steering wheel was vibrating, which it wasn t before the repairs. The collision shop referred me to these people who did the mechanical work on my car. I gave them a call and all they told me that I needed four new tires. Which isn t true because I just got two new tires last year as well as my vehicle inspection a week prior to my claim. They also made the false claim that my steering wheel was shaking prior to them having it at their shop. They also suggested that State Farm might ve worked on the car prior to them looking at the car but there s no documentation State Farm send it to any other shop then there s. I, in the other hand have documentation of my vehicle inspection and my receipt of the tires I got LAST YEAR. When I called the shop again to ask what specifically is making my steering wheel shake, I talked to who I suspect was the owner and he repeated that I need four new tires. When I let him know that that s not possible because I had two tires replaced last year and also vehicle inspection passed a week prior to the claim he did not want to hear this and he told me not to call shop ever again and hung up on me. I wouldn t go to this shop voluntarily even if it was the last shop on earth. I d rather crawl across the country, then have these people touch my vehicle again.

Wow!!! . I had my Vw Passat TDI SEL Premium detailed at K & G and my car looks like new, seriously! I have light cream (ugh) leather and suede interior which is impossible to keep clean. Add a 90lb puppy and it was in desperate need of a deep, deep clean. I m amazed how the car looks better than when I purchased it!! They did an amazing job inside and out, even deep cleaned the engine bay! Called updating the status several times so i always knew what was going on. Can t say enough good things about the quality of work they do here. Definitely top of the line service and an amazing result. Thank you Kostas and team, I was smiling all the way home, which is really hard to do in afternoon VA rush hour traffic!

Excellent detailing!!! They did a full exterior detail on my 2021 Audi RS5 and it looks spectacular. Great customer service, your car is done when promised. Make sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time.

Honor where honor is due, and the team at K&G deserves only the highest! I've used these guys several times, and they have been consistently outstanding. I've brought in a 2014 Genesis sedan (before I sold it), my 2014 Equus, and my wife's 2012 Audi TT.Although the Audi sleeps inside the garage, it is parked during the day in an area that gets a lot of sun exposure, leaves, tree sap, and bird droppings. While I tried my best using clay bars, and all kinds of waxes, the paint was quickly deteriorating, and the car got a couple of dents that I was unable to repair.So last week I called Kostas, and he asked me to bring the car on Monday (yesterday). When they took a look at what had to be done, they asked if they could keep it for two days so they could get it perfect. I told them to keep it for a week if necessary!Well, when I went to pick it up today, the car looked magnificent, seriously, inside and out, no dents (thanks to their partners at Dentless repair), and the quality of the detailing was outstanding!Thank you Kostas and team for the phenomenal work, my wife LOVED the car when she saw it, and if she's happy...! :)

The reviews are legit! Brought my wife's 2014 Honda Pilot in for interior and exterior detail. They successfully buffed out yellow paint from who knows what and cleaned ten years worth of wear and tear from the seats, floor mats and floors. Every single part of the car is clean. I'm not sure what they used to clean the exterior but the car feels smoother to the touch. Thank you K&G auto fantastic work. Exceeded expectations

After reading several reviews, I chose K&G auto Detailing. My Black Camaro had many small scratches, as well random patches of stains in the paint. I wasn't sure that some of the marks could be removed. To start, when I made the appointment, it was very quickly confirmed and a reminder was sent. When I dropped the car off, Kostas, the owner, went over the car and made some recommendations. The office is clean, the associates are polite, and they are all knowledgable and professional. When I came to pick up my car, I was honestly shocked! Literally looked like a brand new car. The most important part of this interaction was the incredible work ethic and desire of the owner to live up to his great reputation. They used a more expensive procedure to remore the scratches because they didn't want to give me the car back without being perfect. I wasn't charged for their extra efforts. Now in this day and age, how many businesses would do that? My car looked brand new inside and out. The price was very low compared to other detailers. I will definitely bring my car back for detailing, and service, and I highly recommend K & G Auto Repair and Detailing.

I m super satisfied with the work K&G auto repair and detailing has done for me!I have a white Nissan sedan, I had never taken it to get detailed since I bought it so let say about 5 years! I asked to get the interior and exterior package! They left it like it came straight out of dealers! Kostas took good care of me and my car! So thankful I highly recommend them! I can not say enough about the establishment. I was having trouble with a check engine light that randomly came on. I googled repair shops in my area and K & G Auto Repair and Detailing showed up.I contacted this shop inquiring about the problem and if they would would be able to help me with this issue. I was greeted on the phone by Sasha who was able to relay their availability and said they would be able to fit me in the next day.Once I arrived at the shop I was greeted by Kostas (Owner) who said they would do a diagnostic on the vehicle and tell me the issue. They were very up front with pricing and did not steer me in the wrong direction or try to up sell me on any other services.After a thorough inspection Sasha called and said there was multiple misfires in the engine. They would order the parts and start as soon as they received them.I was back in my vehicle after a full day of work without any issues and more important, no check engine light. Thank you again K & G Auto Repair and Detailing for your amazing customer service and awesome experience.

5 stars is simply not enough to describe the quality of service I received with K&G auto repair! It was excellent from start to finish. I spoke with Sasha over the phone about cost estimates for new breaks. She was incredibly pleasant to speak to and assured me top notch quality service and she didn t disappoint! I originally brought my vehicle in for the front breaks, but after inspection Sasha called me and informed me that my back break pads were wearing down as well and recommended that I get those taken care of also. I always appreciate thoroughness as we don t get enough of that in the world of customer service. My car was ready in no time! And the cost was much cheaper than I anticipated Kostas, Sasha and the rest of the team are a wonderful bunch and truly make this establishment what it is. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone with car issues in the Alexandria area and beyond. You won t be sorry!Service: Brakes

Had my mom's car fixed here and everything was fine for about 2,000 mi and then we noticed a small noise. We brought it back and talk to Costas and he said well, I'm going to take a look at this and figure out what's going on. Long story short, it was a defective part and they found it replaced it and had it ready for me to pick up the next morning. They couldn't have been more polite or professional. I highly recommend getting your car fixed here. They do excellent work and they stand by it.

I went to K&G for detailing and was greeted by such friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. There was a woman at the desk, Sasha, who was so friendly and sweet it felt like I ve been going there for years. Customer service and the quality of my car detail was beyond my expectations. Kostas does an amazing job running his business from cleanliness, to his staff, and his services offered. Not to mention they are honest people with honest prices! Will definitely be retuned and recommending!

Absolutely fantastic customer service, quality work, and my car was finished earlier than expected! The bill was also less then I expected. I needed the right fender reinstalled and a headlight replaced in my Prius. After having a horrible experience at another shop recently, I was bracing for the same and was so pleasantly surprised! I will recommend K & G Auto Repair any chance I get! Thank you, Kostas to you and your team. True professionals...

Had my week old Tesla model 3 waxed here. Everyone was really nice and professional. They made it look better than when I got it new. Their website mentioned a vacuum and window cleaning on the inside along with the wax, and they did a very thorough job with that too, cleaning out cupholders and dust. I will be coming back in the future for cleanings or any other work I might need.

K&G Auto Repair and Detailing has surely restored my faith in auto mechanics! I have been utilizing their services for my Lexus and cannot emphasize the excellent work that they do. Kosta is a hard-working, honest professional that cares about leaving his customers satisfied. He's very knowledgeable about all makes of cars and always give prompt, courteous service. Their prices are very reasonable and they only repair items that legitimately need to be repaired. I highly recommend them for all of your maintenance and repair work.

I brought my car to K&G for maintenance on May 9, 2016, and am so grateful for the wonderful service, kindness and exemplary customer service! They took time to hear my concerns about the car, gave me great options to get everything done, and the price was great. It is unfortunately rare to find quality automotive care that is also trustworthy, so I'm thankful to have found K&G. Their top service seems to be TRUST, which I love, and that will keep me coming back for all my auto needs!

I am SO HAPPY to have found such a great place to take my vehicles to get detailed! The service is excellent and the work is exceptional! The attention to detail is amazing and I just can't express how awesome this business is.Kostas and his staff are wonderful, honest, and trustworthy. K & G Auto Repair & Detailing is an extremely reputable car repair shop. They provide high quality and fair service. I have been a loyal customer of the owner, Kostas, for many years. K & G not only provides competent repairs and fair pricing, they also excel at customer service. I appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and that they keep me informed of the status of my car. In addition, the receptionist is very kind and welcoming. I feel like a VIP every time I go there. I cannot recommend K & G highly enough.

I first met Kostas as a lead mechanic for another garage 18 years ago. He provided excellent customer service. When he opened his own shop, I was more than happy to migrate over to his new garage.As you see from the many reviews, K & G Auto Repair and Detailing is the BEST garage in the Metro Washington area. My favorite characteristic is that they will prioritize repairs (we are on a tight budget) and let us know honestly which ones can wait until the next check comes. They have in the past allowed me to make payments over a couple of weeks when we had a $750 surprise repair occur.I will never go any where else and I will always recommend Kostas and his crew...they give mechanics a great name

We had K&G detail our Ford E-350 van. It had become super dirty from our five children, and it was really pretty bad. K&G did an amazing job! They got it looking as close to new as possible. I was very impressed, and they were very good at communication.

Every since my BMW warranty ran out, I started taking my car to K&G auto. I have received better service than any dealership ever gave me. But most importantly, K&G auto has given me the peace of mind knowing that my car is in excellent hands and with competent and honest people. I highly recommend K&G auto if you are looking for excellent service and reasonable prices.

When I first moved to this area, I took my car to Kostas based on how high K&G s ratings were online. Now that I have saved over 500 dollars as a K&G customer, I can confidently confirm the high ratings are an accurate reflection of the service you can expect to receive here. I am normally too lazy or busy to leave a positive review on Google, but I am so appreciative of Kostas and his shop that it s the least I can do.

After some thorough research for automotive shops near my work I decided on K&G Auto Repair & Detailing. It was close to work and my car needed attention ASAP. With a low tire pressure light on and some light steering wheel jerk, I knew it was time that I needed service. I was greeted on the phone by Sasha who was pleasant and polite, and able to get me scheduled in for the next day hassle free. I dropped off my car, they gave me a ride back to work, and I was able to pick up at the end of the day...alllll for a VERY reasonable price. I would 10/10 recommend again and will be telling any and all co-workers about this establishment. Thanks again to Kosta, Sasha, and his very profrssional team at K&G! I usually wash and wax my own car because I am very meticulous about how my car looks but I couldn't get around to it before Winter 2014 came around. So I searched out places who could do this for me. I took a chance with K&G and did the overnight drop with them so they could get my car washed, waxed and vacuumed the next day - it's nice they are open on Saturdays! They did a really great job. They vacuumed all the dirt out of the tiny nooks and crannies that you can never seem to get out with a regular vacuum cleaner! The wash and wax job turned out very nice as well. I'm very pleased and will consider going back to them again.
