Hollin Hall Automotive has been working on my cars for twenty years. Always great customer service and fair rates. Don't be fooled by dealerships; the folks at Hollin Hall Automotive can handle the newest high end, technology laden vehicles. This past time was for 50,000 mile recommended services for a 2020 BMW. Ron and his team got the brakes, coolant flush, and fuel system flush done for $400 less than what BMW of Alexandria would've charged. Bottom line: Hollin Hall Automotive is: CAPABLE; TRUSTWORTHY;and RESPONSIVE.

Great service! I called the day before to schedule an appointment for an oil change and they fit me in. I was worried my car s mounted roof tent would cause an issue, but they got the job done. Recommend these folks!

I cannot say enough good things about Hollin Hall Automotive. They have always been honest and knowledgeable about our car maintenance and we have always been very pleased. But today, they went above and beyond for me. I called them and said that my tire is rapidly deflating and asked if they have time to fix it. They already had my husband s car in the shop, actively working on it. They said to please bring my car in and they will fix it immediately. They were so professional and assessed the tire for patching, but the whole thing needed to be replaced. They told me the new tire will be here tomorrow. They got my stroller out for my son to sit in, let me get his lunch out of the car, and offered us water. Then it started to rain, the offered for us to stand under the covered bay. They quickly put my spare on and secured it, and deemed it safe to drive. I am just completely taken back that Hollin Hall went the extra mile for me without any hesitation. Not only did they take care of both of our vehicles, but they were so friendly and genuine taking care of a stressed out mama and my son. I highly recommend Hollin Hall Automotive for any car maintenance and repairs. This is a great company with great values.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Hollin Hall mounted and balanced new tires on our minivan and performed an alignment. This was the second time we ve used them for one of our vehicles with tires we ve ordered from Tire Rack and both times the work was done well at a reasonable price and on time.

Great customer service. I had AAA tow my car there on a Saturday when my alternator went out while visiting family. They called early that Monday, kept me in the loop. Had my car done 2 days early. They were great to deal with and pricing was reasonable.

I don't go there anymore since I brought my VW in and they gave me a $2200 estimate... When I took it elsewhere, the total repairs cost less than $800. Thanks anyway.

Easily the best mechanic I ve ever been to. They re honest, knowledgeable about their trade, willing to answer any questions you may have, and incredibly hard working. On top of all of that they re the best priced auto shop in town, their service is fast, and they have always gone the extra mile when looking for difficult-to-find parts for my older car.

No hassle and super customer service, at good value pricing. No one works on my cars but Hollin Hall Automotive. Had a serious engine cooling issue. which they solved promptly. Hollin Hall Automotive has taken care of my cars for many years. Rons management has carried on, seamlessly, the tradition of service excellence. I searched high and low to find service availability to repair brake pads (service light was on). Everyone, including Hollin Hall Automotive, was booked solid. Sensing the nervousness I had in driving about with worn-down brake pads, they squeezed me in that day. I can feel the difference. Brake pad light is now off, and I feel safe driving. A computer diagnosis identified the catalytic converter issue and a repair estimate was quickly provided. Once authorized the work was done promptly and the car passed emissions inspection. I've been going to Hollin Hall for 20+ years. I was concerned about the change in ownership, but I just had a new-to-me car serviced and I'm pleased with the result. We have been customers of Hollin Hall Automotive for almost 40 years. In all that time we have received excellent service--even to the point of driving me home when I drop off the car and then picking me up when the car is finished. Over the years there have been maybe two times when I have had to return the car as something was still not working. Each time, adjustments were made to the work and to the charges. A wonderful asset to our neighborhood!

I brought in our 2001 van for service and Hollin Hall assessed its problems for me. They gave me a fair and reasonable quote for the work, but didn't necessarily suggest that I have the work done. After talking it over with them, I choose not to have the work done at this time. They were understanding of my decision and , in fact, encouraged it. We have been going to them since 1978, and feel that they are exceptionally honest, respectful, and easy to work with.

As a military family always on the move, we ve always used the local dealer for our service and repair needs. It s always been hit or miss with local garages. After hearing some good recommendations, we decided to give Hollin Hall Auto a try with my older 2010 Acura TSX and it s been a great relationship for the past two years. I completely trust them with our 2019 Mercedes and we haven t looked back since. I needed a significant amount of work done on my 2008 Lexus RX350 in December. I selected Hollin Hall based on google reviews, and their work was impeccable. Mark was very patient in explaining all details of the work estimate and answering my questions. They also dropped off the vehicle at my home when I was not able to make it there in person to pick it up. They trustworthy professionals who exceeded my expectations. Fantastic work.

Response from Hollin Hall Automotive was expedited when I needed a new battery. Employees were courteous and I was provided a ride to and from my home while my car was being checked. They are trustworthy and excellent in their work. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
