I almost never write business reviews, but I've only had the best experiences with Zack and his team. Great service and quality, great people, and honest repair costs. I wish I had found them sooner. They've gained a loyal customer. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to this establishment for over 15 years. I will not take my car anywhere else. Zak is honest and always there if an emergency arise.

My husband has a 2000 Chevy Silverado that mostly sits until it s time for state safety and emissions tests. This year the state inspection found the rear breaks had rusted over and didn t work properly. The mechanic said I needed new rotors, pads and to make sure the guide pens weren t seized up.I called Zack, and told him about my issue, and he was able to take the truck right away. When I asked about the price his quote based on the work was about the same as the other mechanic at the inspection shop. But Zack clarified that he d let me know what needed to be done, and would only fix what needed it. He said the trucks have a tendency to have emergency brackets issues and it was likely not going to require new rotors and brake pads.He was right! The work was less than I d anticipated and so was the price. Building trustworthy relationships with vendors is so important these days. And it s a relief not to have to worry about someone over charging you for work that s not really needed. I ll be using this shop again.

Alexandria Car Clinic is a local favorite that provides exceptional customer service. Mr. Zack, the owner, and his staff are informed and efficient. They immediately detected the problem and completed the repairs in a single day. They did an excellent job!

I only have great things to say about ACC. I have had the owner Zack and his crew work on my car multiple times, from body work to transmission repair, it has been a smooth and pleasant experience every time!

Good: Cheap service. Work completed same day.Bad: Unclear whether the quality was good. Had an engine torque strut and rack & pinion boot replaced due to failed state inspection. I never got to see either part, and the car runs a bit rougher during idle now. May update later.

Zack and his team took care of some body work on my Jeep. He was quick, professional and fair with pricing. I hope I never have to get work done on my cars again- but if I do this shop will be the first place I head to. Highly recommended!

Zack and his team are AMAZING! He is honest and doesn t take advantage. I first went somewhere near where I live to service my car and they said i needed a new transmission. I went to Zack for a second opinion and he told me my transmission was in good condition and it ended up being a completely diff issue. Zack saved me thousands of dollars. Him and his team are the only ones I allow to work on my car.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

This establishment was recommended to me by someone who works in the used automobile industry. Zach is amazing. He worked me into the schedule, assessed my vehicle for several possible issues, and determined that my radio was indeed broken and that my 1 year old Interstate battery was the issue. He then told me how to get my battery replaced under the warranty and told me where to order a new radio. He refused to charge me after spending an hour on my vehicle. All of the customers that I met while waiting were eager to share their positive experiences with this business. I've found my new mechanic!

They offer fair pricing with knowledgeable mechanics that work hard to get to the root of the issue; as an added bonus, they genuinely care about client satisfaction. We tell all our friends to go there!

Zack did a great job on my car with a reasonable quote and a prompt service. He is always honest to the customers and cares about the quality. Definitely a good place to go for regular mechanical services and body work.

Sakina the office mgr. is excellent and very professional. They provide quality parts and work is executed on time. Overall I had a very good experience and will recommend all of my fiends and family to Alexandria car clinic. Keep up the good work guys!

I ve been going to this shop for the last 10+ years for small and major repairs. Zacks an honest man and his quotes are usually much lower than other shops in the area if not always. Surprised to see 1 star reviews but there s always more to it then what s written in the review by some people.Nonetheless, if you have any auto repairs or in need for buying a used car, I would highly recommend that you consider Zacks shop you ll be pleasantly surprised.

They did a great job of painting sections of my MB wagon. Work was well done, at a reasonable price, and in a short period of time. A good and honest business. I strongly recommend.

Had my 2013 Lexus LS 460 L worked on recently.Excellent place for quick efficient work on your vehicle. They not the best on keeping you in the loop, but I guess it's because they are usually very busy. So where they lack in up-to-date communication they make up for with quality work. One little caveat also is that I was able to get a rental car from Enterprise Rental at just about a 30% discount for car repairs with Alexandria Car Clinic. I just had to mention the repair shop's name. Thanks Zack!

Great mechanic team, there work is stellar. I itch to give 1 stars when they are apprioappro but I'm also fair. This place gives it to you straight whether it benefits them or you. Great quality service, fair prices and honest mechanic

The car repair shop is no where close to being honest. My husband purchased a cadillac escalade from Fred's this repair shop is the shop they use for their warranties. Took the truck the power steering to be repaired. Low and behold it wasn't repaired. I purchased a Mercedes-Benz from Merelex it needed a front wheel alignment. When I found out they use the same repair shop I was not happy. Dropped the car off to get the wheel alignment done. Of course it wasn't. This shop is a rip off. I advise anyone not to take their vehicle's there.

Zack fixed the A/C Compressor my 2007 Mercedes Benz R350, his charges were reasonable and got my vehicle back the next day. Please service your next vehicle at Alexandria Car Clinic.
