Odir helped me replace my battery (and by help, I mean he did it!). The interaction was friendly and easy. He cleaned up my connections and everything. I m glad I stopped at such a helpful location.

I remember this place being a 1-2 star location not long ago. And all of a sudden 4 stars? Seems fishyAnyway, bad experience today, employee had a very accusatory attitude about me returning an item that I told him I DID NOT USE.After he processed my refund for $7 he told me he won t be accepting anymore returns from me, I m blacklisted from making returns to advanced auto what a joke

I was at this location yesterday and the service I received was amazing. Jaxson and Isaac were very helpful. I recommend this location to people and i will also continue to go there for my car parts. Thank you

When I first walked in I thought a customer was the employee ...after asking if he worked there I realized where the customer service gentlemen was. He was extremely helpful with my questions about my power steering in a car that im driving. I'm not your average woman. I hunt, fish and will get knee deep on a farm....I want to thank the employee there for helping a girl out...My wheel problem is fixed...looks as though my phone tracked my needs perfectly with my fancy world wide web metro phone I got from around the corner next to the vets sunny place...Stop on there...you get reward points for tracking your pets!!!!Rose Hill...you are one if a kind. Thank goodness for the kind (in a round about way) dog playgrounds and owners...Whoof.

Gregory and the staff of Advance were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my vehicle and found Gregory very detail oriented. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I am not from the area and was very hesitant to ask for help. I felt very comfortable with the recommendations Gregory made. I found my new local auto parts store!

From my Yelp Review: Needed a new battery for my Nissan Pathfinder and Mr. Ordonez went out of his way to recommend a battery and even install it. What seemed easy at first - turned into a 30 min install job dealing with rusty bolts and corrosion. He had a positive attitude and the entire team was more than helpful. A++

Visited Advanced Auto Parts in Rose Hill because I needed new windshield wipers. I wasn t sure what size wipers I needed so I asked Jaxson for help. He looked up the right size, went over my options, explained the features of the different options and even installed my windshield wipers. Made the experience very easy. 10/10 recommend this store.

Jaxson was a HUGE help tonight! He was leaving work and stopped to help me pick out and put my windshield wipers on! He was already clocked off and did me such a big favor and helped me with his knowledge! I greatly appreciate his help will be back for the customer service!

Dylan was great and friendly. I came in looking for a headlight, he changed it with no issues and recommended changing my wipers. I got those done as well. Great employee!

the general manager john help me out a lot with my battery for my vehicle. than the young man with the curly hair, I believe his name was odir installed my battery and he did an amazing job. would recommend this place to anyone who need help with their vehicle. 5/5

Talk about great customer service! Gregory went above and beyond to help me with my needs. He was just about to clock out for the day but instead assisted me and was very friendly the entire time. Thanks for the great experience!

Many, many times, I have gone to this location and found the interior store lights turned off prior to closing time - sometimes as much as an hour before. It appears the staff on hand is turning the lights off to make it appear as if the store is closed to (I assume) deter/prevent pesky customers from coming into the location. Not sure what the actual reasoning is, but I can t imagine this is good for sales. Just my $.02

I always come here to get the windshield wipers on my car replaced. The staff here are cordial and always helpful.I've also had a battery replaced here as well.

I went today with my friend to get the correct oil filter because they sold him the wrong one, which resulted in dumping all 5 qts of new oil onto the shop floor. I asked the worker if she could refund or do a damaged swap for the correct filter and she said "no, because it's used." Her attitude and lack of customer service was uncalled for considering they were the reason my buddy bought the wrong part. He will no longer go to Advance Auto and go to AutoZone instead. If anyone deals with this female worker, I hope you don't waste your time and go to a different auto parts store.

Amazing customer service by their associate Shorty. He stood in cold for close to 30 minutes and assisted me with the installation of a front head light bulb. I will be returning for sure.

I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Issac! He was my guardian angel tonight and a true blessing and help to me! I can't even put into words how kind and caring he was with trying to help me with my disabled vehicle on 12/8/22! And thank you to Jaxson as well! You two are amazing and an asset to the team at AAP!

My husband rarely drives his car due to covid so his battery keeps dying and we weren't sure if it was mostly dead. I took the car to this location and our service rep, Leslie, not only let me know the battery was still good but saw that we still have 2 years left on the warranty if we need to replace it. I was thankful for the transparency and great customer service. Will definitely return due to this positive experience!

I came here this morning to test my car battery since my vehicle had trouble starting up and needed a battery change. At first, one of the associates who was very chill and helpful on testing my battery, however, he referred me to a different associate who helped install a new battery for my car. This associate only plugged in the red positive plug but refused to plug the black negative plug because the metal clip was rusty. I was told that "you will have to do this part yourself." When he said that to me, I got really ticked off since Advanced Auto Parts will INSTALL the battery at NO CHARGE. I know replacing and installing a battery can be straight forward for most people, but for those who doesn't know much about cars or needs assistance, they're basically left stranded. Honestly one of the worst customer service I've ever experienced, stay away from this location at all cost!!
