Just to replace fuel filters, they will charge you $900. They do not listen customers and just do diagnostics, communication is below zero

My truck was having an issue with the engine randomly de-rating. I got to their shop about 4 pm. on 7-27-23. i was told they would check it out in an attempt to identify the possible problem.The problem was found to be a part that was not in their shop.the part was ordered and shipped over night, it was installed, the truck was road tested, and I was back on the road again by 5 pm the next day.thanks to all of your guys for doing an excellent job on a short notice.Commercial Carpet Logistics is the company I drive for.We have had a number of our trucks fixed here and will continue to use them as a FIRST choice for our trucks.Thanks again,Randy Clemons (driver truck # 4013)

50k on motor turbo fell off the manifold. 1 broken bolt other got loose. In the shop by 11am done by 4pm. Friendly staff Suttle available comfortable reclining couch.

Got my truck in fast, only had to wait an hour on a Monday morning and I was the third in line when I arrived!Really nice people, provide a shuttle to the motel as well as just a lunch run for drivers who have to sit through a repair!Drivers lounge is good, hot coffee in the pot at all times.

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Extremely helpful. My parts were on back order and I had to stay the weekend at the local Motel 6. The staff at Worldwide went above and beyond driving me to and from the motel. They even delivered a blank com-check to me at the motel when I ran out. Spoke to the service manager personally and he was extremely helpful and courteous.

Replaced turbo and egr valve. Everyone were friendly and helpful. Usually I pay away more for repair on the road, but this guy's are not money grabbers. When they didn't finished my truck first day, they took me to motel and bring me back tomorrow. Discount I get is more then I could expect. I just wish they had their own tow service and maybe doing things little faster. Good job!

Rusty in the service department is tha man. A lot of people on here must have had a much different experience, because this place got me back on the road within 24 hours with a DEF issue and some other stuff as well. Thanks guys, I appreciate your work!

I had a problem with dpf filter, I stop by this dealer to make force regen, but mechanic said that my dpf filter is gone, and they have to order new one, and need to wait couple days or just for options they offer me to put used dpf filter in good condition. 2k difference.After 30 miles when I start rolling from the dealer I get same problem.

Stopped in to get a battery replaced. Mickey was quick & professional, wasn't too busy (day before Thanksgiving). If we need anything & are through here again, this'll be the place we stop

Very professional friendly staff.. Arnold Day went out of his way to get my truck repaired as quick as possible.. Gary, the shop foreman shared a very professional assessment of the trouble with my truck and fixed it accordingly..Maranda was extremely patient working with me to get the bill paid and my driver back on the road.. The review from my driver ,David Park is just simply not true and I apologize for his immature remarks..My experience with worldwide couldn't have been better..

Took my trk in with a fuel pickup issue 6 hrs later still diagnosing the issue I get trk back no repair done and I have no horsepower what so ever. Quick to get ya in but plan on a vacation.

The people who work here are great especially Becky who works in the service department she is awesome everyone is very friendly and goes out if their way to help get you back on the road as quickly as possible

Thier service deptartment staff is very unprofessional and racist! The female Maranda (the same one who left a review on here as well????). Thier sales department talks a good game and is great at selling tge product to you, but thats it. They will sell you equipment that won't pass DOT inspections. I'm just the company driver the boss made the purchase, if it was up to me I wouldn't do it. Waited for hours just for them to rush the work and than says they will call the boss with the quote and not do it. Thats just annoying, but what is wrong is when you simply ask for am update after being here all day, Maranda gets an attitude and rude.

Nice place fast service had been to 4 other Kenworth shops none had fixed the issue these guys fixed it in 2hrs and back on the road
