Went for a flow master muffler install. What are these welds? My buddy also got his flow master put on today and the welds got too hot and I m sure will be gone in no time. Customer service is not good either.

In this day and age when "service" and 'timely' seem be a challenge to find, I was really impressed with Bob's Muffler! They listened to the problem.They sourcedsimilar parts for a dramatically lower price than the Bristol Toyota. They had my vehicle in and out in one afternoon and, paying cash saved me even more. Plus, they are very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. I recommend them highly!

Called with an issue they said bring the car down. Looked over the vehicle and gave me an honest answer as to what was wrong and fixed very reasonably priced and fairly quick

Good honest people ;So many times it's hard to find a good mechanic that's not seeking money. While I'm sure they would appreciate any extra money, they aren't trying to swindle by getting you to believe more is wrong with your car.I'm a novice mechanic and knew what all was wrong, and not wrong, with my car before bringing it in. They were dead on with that repair and didn't bring out any more issues than I noticed myself.The waiting room, though, is a little plain with nothing for you to do while you wait like most places. They had a small TV, but nothing on. No radio either. Just some magazines to read.

If you want an HONEST opinion on your vehicle, look no further!! Most places aren't honest nowadays. However, this one is!!My check engine light came on in my little car. I went and had the codes read to see what was wrong. The codes were for "catalyst system." I took it to several different places-- all of them said the catalytic converter needed replaced. That didn't sit right with me. There were no loud or even abnormal noises. I couldn't believe it. I took my car here. They looked it over and whatnot. They told me that the catalytic converter was fine. That is was probably an O2 sensor or something minor. They could've easily charged me $1,000 and replaced the catalytic converter.Well, I replaced the O2 sensors myself (for a total of $60), and now the check engine light has turned off and is running better than ever!

Replaced my headlight bulb and got me legal after state inspection had expired. Long wait for part delivery but crew at Bob's were fast and efficient as usual

Customer service was awful asked the guy how he was doing and he didn t say anything, then I proceeded to ask him how long it would take to have a muffler delete and he keep saying he didn t know and that they couldn t do it today mind you it was 3:54 and they close at 5 so to me that s just lazy. He also couldn t give me a clear price for odd reason. Then after asking how long it would take about three times he finally said it would take about an hour for them to do the job even though you put the car on a lift and cut the muffler off and weld a pipe where the muffler was mind you I had a friend take his car down there and they completed a muffler delete in about 30 minutes. Then when I thanked him as I left he just stayed quiet not even have a good day or something. If you don t like where you work why are you working there.

Randy and his team are always friendly and strive to meet customer's needs. My family and I have been customers for many years. They have always provided great service at a fair price. Their work is outstanding! I've never returned for a repeat issue! Highly recommended!!!!

Waited over an hour for an inspection sticker. One car pulled in and jumped in front of me. Went in and asked how many more were in front of me and the man got real rude real quick. There was no one in the waiting room. This is usually my go to for stickers but this will be the last. They re always busy and it s always a minimum of 30-45 minute wait for an inspection sticker.

They get the job done in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. Customer service is not great. Around here I don't expect anything resembling professional courtesy anymore unless it's from Don's Garage or Abingdon Auto Lube. They tend to not be crazy busy though which is a plus too. Just call ahead and check how busy before you show up.

Tony worked on my truck brakes. Diagnosis was quick, easy, and accurate. Nice repair, very timely. Everyone there is nice. Showed me my old rotors and brakes. From mechanic to mechanic, this is where I'll go. These guys know their stuff and will do you right.

Went to get an inspection on my car. Asked how long it would take and if he could get me out of there before 4 o'clock. I arrived around 2:39, was told only one in front of me and Yea it shouldn't be a problem to get me outta there within time. At around 3:40 and still no cars coming out in front of me I gave up and just left. Went to the inspection garage behind bp across from Burger King and was in and out within 10 minutes.

Bob's has always done quality work at a fair price (first with my parents and now with me). When something didn't need to be fixed, they'd tell us so instead of charging for needless repairs. I will probably always business with Bob's and I'd recommend them to anyone.

We have used Bobs for years. They have never failed to fix any job that we have taken there. They are honest, reasonably priced and do best quality of work. Bobs has provided superior brake repair than the dealership and at a much better cost. Highly reccomended.

A good deal every time I've been in. Nice guys back in the shop, even willing to tell you if your car doesn't actually need service! They're not the fastest and mostly they don't take appointments. Waiting room is really dirty.

I totally trust the mechanics at Bob's Muffler to work on any of my vehicles anytime. They always do great work at an affordable price. I have always had a good experience anytime I have work done there. I always recommend them to anyone who needs some work done.

Didn't try to upsell me, quick easy service. My car got hit the day it was repaired--idk if it was damaged by the shop, or in the lot after it was parked so I'm fighting the urge to leave a 1-star, and I'm SOL because they don't have cameras. Check for damage before you leave (this is probably common sense).

Went here to have an exhaust system put on, told me to come back in a few days and they could do it. I dropped my car off and they ask me if I wanted to keep my stock exhaust system I said yes and told them I may have to reuse it someday. Took them about 3 hours to finish my car, which was expected. New exhaust system is on and sounds awesome but they hacked up my stock system! Hacked off all the hangers, hacked the midpipe in half to get it off! Its unuseable now! Plus there was 47 miles put on my car for no reason! Avoid this place.

Called for three days about getting my muffler fixed and finally got ahold of Bob's Muffler told me tobe here at 8 am got there told me his guy had a job to finish up to come back in an hour came back sat for another hour and then he comes out and said his guy took another job in didn't know when he would be able to get to me.
