Wouldn t lower price, but this dealership did stand behind their word on some issues that needed corrected (as any vehicle needs). They put me in a rental till issues resolved and drove over an hour to me! Chynna, my young sales lady, was great! She made me feel very comfortable. If she didn t know the answer she d find it quickly. Would definitely go back to them again to purchase a vehicle, love my RAV4!

Shopping at Blue Ridge Jeep was a wonderful experience and the entire staff was so easy to work with. My husband is a Jeep nut! He has owned more Jeeps than I care to share. Wade was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to without high pressure sales tactics. He made us feel comfortable to ask any questions and look around at different models. Our experience was a positive one and we certainly will recommend the Blue Ridge Jeep dealership to our friends.

Clay Cantrell at Blue Ridge worked hard to get me the best deal possible, utilizing every rebate and discount available on this Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. He was able to find exactly the right vehicle, even though they didn t have it in stock at the time. He went all the way to Ohio to find and bring back what I specifically wanted, as far as color and trim package, and still did it at the price they had quoted. Bought a car from here, the staff were exceptional! This was by far the best experience I've ever had, they took their time and helped me find the car that was right for me. Everything was explained so well! I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out when searching for a new car. Everyone was so friendly and was extremely helpful during the whole process. Let me start by saying that I try to be an informed buyer. This means I do some research before I ever get to the dealership. I also like for things to be very up front from the start so I can compare and contrast comprable vehicles on other lots. I don't like surprises, hidden fees and inconsistencies. I want a fair deal and I respect honesty. It always helps to have a sales team that is pleasant, cordial and enjoyable to work towards a deal on and that is willing to compromise too and they were.With that being said, I thoroughly enjoyed Kerry as a salesman. I did not feel that he was pushy at all, I felt respected even though I challenged everything. I felt that he cared about how I was feeling throughout the process and he would ask me what was on my mind. This allowed me to speak my mind freely without feeling judged for my thoughts. He addressed all of my concerns as they arose with the Sales Manager. He would address my proposal and come back with a solution or compromise. It took some time for me to understand all of the fees beyond the list price and to finally settle on what made sense for me to make the deal and buy the jeep. It was quite a challenge for me to keep asking for clarification and compromise. I was pretty worn down in the end but I am glad I bought the jeep there and got to work with a fine young salesman; I consider him a friend and I would buy from him again. I am not saying the process was perfect and that I am perfectly satisfied with everything that transpired. I am saying that I learned a lot, I enjoyed the interaction and am 95% satisfied with the turn out. I do not have buyers regret and I love my jeep!!! I would highly recommend this dealership but nothing worth having comes easy!

I was very impressed with how Blake helped us create the order for our new Jeep and how he was on top of its progression through the manufacture process, updating us with each transition. He was very responsive to my queries about various things. I felt I got a good deal and when I found another source for cost savings he was able to validate and use it. I give him and the dealership the highest marks.

We recently purchased a 2024 Wagoneer L from Blue Ridge CDJR. The entire team at Blue Ridge was outstanding: from our saleswoman to the finance officer. I went to the dealer to get a cash offer on our current vehicle after being contacted by Kayla, their Internet Sales Rep. The appraiser, Mike, gave me a decent quote and then introduced me to the Jeep Wagoneer L, which is comparable to the Yukon XL I wanted.I took it for a test drive with Chynna; she was extremely pleasant to deal with and had a low-pressure sales technique. Chynna quickly responded to my texts and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I went home to do a lot of research and brought my wife back the next day to drive it.We made the decision to purchase and settled on a fair sales price for the Wagoneer after a lengthy negotiation with the Sales Manager, Brad L. We also received a higher trade-in amount than our original quote. I appreciated the fact that when we were at a standstill, Brad L. agreed to sweeten the deal in order to close it. Jason, the Finance Officer, enabled us to complete the purchase in a timely manner.Chynna, Kayla, Mike, Brad L. and Jason were very helpful through the entire process. I d recommend Blue Ridge CDJR in Abingdon to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I told Hunter that I was headed back home to Kentucky and just passing through town so he was a major help getting me in even though I didn t have an appointment. They were able to take a look at it and get me back on the road!

Great place to shop new and used. We have issues getting new vehicles and this place was the only place that sat down with us showed us what we would need in order to purchase and found a way for us to build our credit and get a new truck!! Great customer service and even called to check in on us to make sure everything was going great with our new vehicle! I generally post reviews for outstanding or conversely, poor performance. In this case it is for absolutely superior service. Without going into all the details, suffice it to say that wrenches were thrown into the buying process from completely outside mine or the dealership's control but Jackie F. from Blue Ridge CDJR did not let one of them interfere with the sale of my new Ram going through. He continuously stayed the course keeping me aware of my financial institution's issue with my loan and the vehicle but remained cool and continually assured me the dealership supported me and more than anything TRUSTED me. Knowing that I would pull the loan off in the end, Jackie insured the vehicle would remain mine as long as it took to resolve the loan issues. You just don't find automobile dealerships like this anymore. Most are interested in one thing....your MONEY. Not this one! They have to have it in the end but there was no pressure and the deal closed exactly the way we hoped it would, but not without the efforts of Jackie and all the support staff at Blue Ridge CDJR. Thanks guys!!

Best dealership in the area. They don't try to hound you into buying something like so many others do. You tell them what you're looking for and they are super helpful. Service dept is also top notch and much faster than most. Great customer service! Had a very pleasant, no-pressure experience at Blue Ridge Auto. I was very fortunate to find the used car I'd been searching for at this Dealership. All the staff I dealt with were pleasant and professional. Things have changed since the last time I bought a vehicle, so I appreciated Jason's patience as he explained how pricing and other aspects of the purchase process work these days. Jake, the sales person, went "above-and-beyond" to meet me with the vehicle so I could return my rental car then drive off in my new-to-me car. What an amazing experience! We purchased our 2019 Ram 1500 from Shane. We happened to be his first sale, and it was a flawless experience! We have purchased many vehicles over the years, with many different dealerships, and this by far was the best experience we have ever had! Everyone that we met was very helpful, not pushy, professional, and treated us like family. Even as we sat and conducted our business, I watched the personnel interact with each other. Everyone that I saw worked professional with each other, and showed supportive team work. This showed true with Heath being supportive of Shane helping us with the sale, and encouraging Shane in his work. I ve come to realize over the years that if there is evidence of a healthy work environment, then you are more apt to have a healthy customer experience! We are excited to be a part of what they are doing, and look forward to doing business with them in the future!

We bought a used truck from Shane at Blue Ridge. It has been a wonderful experience all around. We went to four dealerships before we ended up here and the difference in their customer service and attention to detail is outstanding! When we pulled up Clay Cantrell was there to welcome us when we got out of our car and introduced himself to us. We where very impressed when we told Clay what we where looking for and wanted to stay within our budget he went right in and came out to show us some cars. Usually when you tell a salesperson what you looking for and want to stay in your budget they don t take time to meet the needs of their clients but we are so glad that Clay had our best interests. Thank you for that. Clay was there with us until we made our decision on buying out Jeep. Clay took the time listening and answering any questions we had and showing us the features in our car.
