They could not have been more professional and helpful after we totaled our car hitting a deer on I-81. Arrived at the scene quickly, dropped our wreck at their facility and then drove us 40 miles to Tri-Cities Airport to pick up a loaner. It s great when a service like this is professional but it s a bonus, especially during times of stress, when they re nice folks as well.

These life savers! After calling every other place around only these guys were able to help us out after being stranded 5 hours away from home with our puppy, after calling, the tow truck arrived within 30 minutes, he was so nice and quick and took us over to the garage and took great care of us! We were in great hands!

Had a tire blow out near Abingdon Virginia State Police for worthless never showed up State farm roadside assistance never showed up. Abingdon towing was there to help us and went above and beyond thanks again

I have had the unfortunate need for a tow three times stuck somewhere off the road in less than a year and John came out for all of them. It is never convenient to be in a tow situation and John s communication, helpfulness, and ease to work with on each was stellar - a genuine person providing a great service - you can never beat that!Service: Car towing

My son in law locked his keys in his truck (on a SUNDAY) while we were having a wedding shower at the Hilton Garden Inn at exit 7 in Bristol. I called several locksmiths from the google list and this gentleman was the first to answer and willing to come to Bristol. He quoted me $60 and would be there in 30 minutes and he was exactly within the 30 mins. Super friendly gentleman and it literally only took him about 30 seconds to get it unlocked. I gave him an extra $20 for a total of $80 dollars. It was super worth the money for fast, friendly and professional service like that. The same low quality service in garden city, South Carolina last year costed me $195 from a different provider. Pricing here is very reasonable I feel like. Highly recommend!Service: Car lockouts

Very professional & courteous. Came & towed my vehicle immediately after it'd been hit by a deer. Currently arranging for another tow to an auto repair shop in hopes that my ride isn't totaled.

Owner is rude and unprofessional. Nobody was there to answer the phone when we were trying to figure out what to do with our wrecked car that was sitting on his lot. He does not have a voicemail set up so we were unable to leave him messages and he was not there when we stopped by to get our tags off the car and leave him the title. Very difficult to work with, if given a choice I recommend using another service.Edit: 11 months after I posted the review, the owner replied saying that I must have him confused with someone else. I assure you that I don't.It is Abingdon Towing and Lockout located on Old Jonesboro Road in Abingdon, VA. He operates out of his home garage and stores wrecked vehicles in his driveway. All I wanted was to see if I could get more out of the car for scrap than he charged for the lot fee since I had to attempt to get another vehicle on a very limited budget and every dollar helps, but it seems that was not happening with this service. He heavily pressured me to let him have the vehicle to sell for scrap, and when I told him that was not what I wanted to do he was unreachable until I gave up and let him sell it anyway.I do understand that business is about making money, but when you treat your customers who are already in a tough spot with the loss of a vehicle badly it doesn't make them see you in a very positive light. I stand by what I said and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

They were quick. Locked keys in truck. From the second they arrived it took him 8 seconds to unlock it with a tool he made himself. You pay for what they know not how long it takes. Only lockout service I ll use in the area.Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

I got locked out of my car and my office, in the snow. The locksmith came quickly, got my car open easy peasy and charged a fair price. I HIGHLY recommend them!

This should be the only towing service you have in your contact list! Sunday after dark, no 'familiar garage for service in area', no idea how to solve/fix mechanical problem, and I called Abingdon Towing & Lockout (Googled 'Towing service'). They were the only service that committed to 1/2 hr or less response. They arrived in 30 minutes, prepared for tow, and volunteered to 'help analyze' the car problem b4 towing. They found the problem, drove back to their shop for tools, returned to fix problem, AND did not charge for this service. Thank you Abingdon Towing &Lockout!.

This man had a review that says not to be trusted? Wow I can't even believe that. I was locked out of my car an hour from him and he was the nicest, sweetest man I have ever met and only charged me half of what I thought it was going to be.

Called needing a tow because of a flat tire. Stuck here in Abingdon, called them and all he said was I can t do it, I m in chilhowie basically end of conversation right there.

They unlocked my car and took a gun out of it . No one knew anything until I said the cops locked my car up that night then it gets pulled out of a desk drawer.. wouldn't recommend them

Very prompt just needed a battery jump and pull out from a spot so I can roll my car off and very prompt he didn't charge me an arm and a leg and that was a rush or a refreshing reminder that there are still good people in this world thanks guys at Abingdon towing and lockout
