We were an hour from home and had ran over a pretty big bolt as soon as we got into Abingdon. They got us right in and patched my daughters tire quickly! They were super friendly!

Had my engine light come on just before a long trip. I was having trouble finding a place to look at it at such short notice. Finally called Abingdon Auto Lube and they said to come right in.They diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me all the information I needed, fixed the issue, and sent me on my way. No upselling, no hassle, nothing.Extremely pleased with the service and interaction with the mechanic, Bill. Thank you to the whole team. Will definitely be returning (under better circumstances hopefully).

Amazing service and even better people. The owner is not only great to talk to, but is honest and truly cares about the customer. They found our specialty size tire after I called twenty other shops while my family and I were stranded with a flat on the side of the road. They had the tire waiting on us when we arrived and immediately serviced my vehicle and got me and my family back on the road! The mechanics here truly know their stuff as well!

Really good and genuine people. I had taken my car to another mechanic over a holiday weekend, who tried to rip me off and convince me I needed unnecessary repairs. I left there and found Abingdon Auto Lube. I didn't have an appointment, but they squeezed me in and made sure my car was in good condition. Friendly service. They take good care of their customers.

I came down from NY for a funeral and my change oil light came on. I called and the owner was very nice. I came in and was able to get my oil changed in about 20m. I gave 4 stars because I would have liked a sticker for mileage reminder, and the price was much higher than I am used to. About $73, usually for $80 I can get an oil change and a rotation. But they were able to get me in with no notice and they were nice folks, so 4 stars from me, a more reasonable price and a mileage sticker would have gotten 5 stars.

I absolutely trust Ritchie and all his guys to work on my cars. All the guys are friendly, and he greets me by name when i walk through the door, which says a lot for a business now a day. Any time I have a catastrophe he always finds out what is wrong and fixes it. If he can't he will tell me honestly, and usually has a suggestion as to where I can take it.

We were in Abingdon for vacation and the day we were going to leave we noticed the right rear brake was squealing and the wheel was very hot. They were able to get us in and replace the stuck caliper in less than 2 hours and we were able to still get home that day. Great service, great work, they saved our bacon.

Called them before I decided to stop in. I asked about tires, rotation and balance, and oil change cost. Spoke with Richie who told me tires where $88 a piece on my Chevy Trax and that if I bought them threw him it would not cost anything on rotation and balance, and that the oil change would be $40 not including tax. We got there later that day, he was the one at the front desk, bad customer service, didn't even look me in the eyes when I came in or greet me. Second, didn't disscuss with me cost, just took what I wanted done and went out the door with my keys in hand. Third, for an oil change and tire seevice, when it wasn't busy, took them over 2 hours to due, due to waiting for tires to come in, that I was told would be in soon, not an hour and a half later. After all of that once the car was done, he did not come to tell me it was done, I saw my car sitting in the parking lot. So I went to the front desk only to be ignored by him. He finally gives me the total and the tires went up to $120. When I told him I discuss over the phone that they were a different price, he tells me that those were a different sized tire. I let him know that I wasn't told another price for the different tire and if that was so, then maybe he should have said that. In the end I wasn't going to argue with him anymore, so I payed. He got the job done fine, but I have had way better customer service then this at an auto shop.

Not really satisfied...i was told one price on the phone but then charged another price once my car was serviced...i also had bought fluid that I wanted put in my car but got home and saw it wasn't even used...they also kept my car for two days!! I finally had to go up to theplace...very unprofessional..... update..... the guy was understanding once I explained what had happened. It was a misunderstanding. Even gave me some of my money back. I m ok with AAL...

Would not recommend this place to work on a bicycle!!!! Few years back I took my Isuzu rodeo to get an oil change, they drained the oil and didn't put any oil back in and caused me to burn the motor up within the 4 miles it took me to get back home,I called and told them what they had done and they said that they noticed there was oil leaks, it never used one drop of oil from oil change to oil change and they tried to tell me it leaked out every drop of oil in the 4 miles I drove it back to my home, they done break work on my sister's car and after they were done with it it cost her another 2000 dollars to fix what they done to it

Awesome service, they took us in and changed a tire for us when we wereabout to wreck with our daughter in the car. WalMart turned us away and we even offered them xtra money!!! The guys that worked there was great.

Absolutely horrid! Terrible service and full of incompetent workers. Don't complain though, it's definitely you're fault. If you value your vehicle, please stay away. Honestly, it would be hard to do worse for yourself...

They did not call me to tell me if my car was finished or if they where keeping it over night so now I have to be late to work the following day waiting for them to open up so I can get my car
