The appointment was a ways out but that was known and agreed up front. Good shops are busy. I'm happy to wait for a quality repair. They were on-time with the agreed upon date and got everything fixed properly and with an excellent finish (on time too!). I always recommend Washburns for a quality repair.

Someone rear-ended me and I was able to get my car fixed within a couple weeks of calling and getting an estimate. They worked with the insurance and set up a rental car for me. They made the whole process effortless. My car looks like it was never hit.

Had the sprayed in bedliner done by Washburn's 9 years ago and when I sold the truck it looked great. Just had my new truck done and once again they did a great job. I'm sure it will hold up like the last time, wouldn't take it to anyone else. Aaron and the gang are friendly and are very accommodating.

Lynn was great!! Very helpful throughout the process and offered to help in many different ways. Could not have been treated better!
