Chris Kirby (GM of store #1520) and his team were flat out AMAZING! Very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I cannot stress enough how much we appreciated the exemplary service in what for myself and my traveling companions was an emergency situation. Prepaid for tires to be put on my daughters car. Asked for proof and when I showed it to the "General Manager" as he called self he said my order receipt was not proof I paid. He continued to follow me out of the business waving money saying I can take my business somewhere else and a few other derogatory words about me and my daughter. Also said the tires will be thrown away if I didn't take them with me because he was not returning them. I as a business owner and customer have never be treated so poorly. In fact if I treated ome customer the way he dis me I would not have any business. I guess the up side is my daughter sat there waiting for me amd said he was rude to everyone that came in amd called. I'm currently waiting for a call from corporate. If no call in the next week keep your eye out for dash cam video of entire situation with audio. This is a prime example of hir8ng someone that wants a job title and has zero customer service skills.

I stopped in last week without an appointment because I had a slow leak in a tire that needed to be repaired. The guy at the desk was courteous and told me he could take me in if I was able to wait 20 minutes. I was happy with that and they did bring the vehicle in within that amount of time. I waited an additional 20 minutes while they had the vehicle in the back, after which the service manager returned to let me know that they were wrapping things up. He told showed me a screw that he identified as the culprit behind my leak. It took another 20 minutes before a service tech from the back came out. He appeared confused and looking for some information at the desk and after a time he asked me if I was the owner of the Toyota. When I confirmed that I was, he said abruptly that I was "all set, no charge". Surprised by the free service, I asked why, and his response was that they didn't need to repair anything. He claimed that the tire appeared to have had no bead seal, so he applied sealant, remounted the tire, and "the leak was resolved". The whole thing seemed off to me, and I should have asked more questions, but instead left a little perplexed. In fact, by the next day the tire was low again and it became clear that it was never fixed. I'm not sure what happened - I'll give the benefit of doubt and assume it could be some sort of miscommunication between multiple people involved with the work, as opposed to an intentional blow-off. While it didn't cost me any money, it was a waste of an hour (although I did get to watch half of Step Brothers in their lobby), plus the time involved with topping off the tire at home all week and finally a return trip to their competitor up the road to actually get the patch done.

I got a flat during prime winter tire change-over season. I called all local tire places and everyone said they were booked and could not fit me in for an emergency tire repair. I called Tire Warehouse and they had availability the next day. They were able to fix the tire and re-installed it for no charge whatsoever. The entire process took less than half an hour. Thank you for your help and I will definitely be going back to give them future business whenever possible.

Stumbled upon this gem of a shop. Manager was super helpful and staff were nice and efficient. Will surely be back. Added benefit is the Goodwater Brewery a few doors down. Great spot to wait for you car to be finished!! Try the Mac and cheese. You ll thank me later.

Service over the phone was excellent, and promptly found the tires I was looking for and scheduled a booking. On the day of installation however, there was a 3 hour wait. No water, coffee or any refreshments other than a vending machine. 3 huge tv s on the wall that were all off. Trash can in waiting area was overflowing. The waiting area was gross. Also no one communicated to me that there was a delay or that they were running late, I just had to find out from others in the waiting area. Overpriced compare to Costco. Won t be back. I had high hopes, but unfortunately didn t make the cut. Sorry guys.

Great customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff. Had a wheel bearing screaming for attention and called in the morning they got me in that afternoon. Price was in line with my expectations for parts+labor and they finished an hour quicker than I figured. Brewery next door for lunch made the wait alot easier. My new goto shop. Thanks!

Ordered winter tires through online company and had them shipped to tire warehouse in Williston for installation. Arrived for scheduled appointment that was made online and was told they could not honor the online appointment. I was rescheduled a week later and then told that the tires I had ordered were not there. This was after confirming twice with two separate tire warehouse employees that the tires were physically there. Refunded for tires and installation through online company but incredibly disappointed with the customer service received and professionalism at tire warehouse. Will not be bringing my vehicle back in the future.

Chris the manager and his staff went beyond the call of duty and paycheck! I was having an ongoing problem that the dealership never identified and they did. I will definitely recommend. It is all about the people you hire and this shop got it right.Thank you

Awesome service. My son s tire had a slow leak and tpms was not working. They fixed the tire and reprogrammed the tpms with very short notice and at a very reasonable price. Great service.

Don t bother making an appointment, or confirming that appointment, or attempting to confirm that appointment a third time. It won t matter. I had one appointment canceled on me when I showed up to get my tires changed over (after booking online and confirming with a follow up call), made another appointment in person. I showed up and they had no record of the appointment I made in person. If you value your time take your business somewhere else.

Good place for a tire service. The staff is friendly and treats customers with respect. Amazingly, having an appointment time actually means something, so wait times are very reasonable. Unfortunately, the Tire Warehouse on-line system is non-functional so you have to call or walk in to make an appointment and they have no way to advise you that your online appointment is worthless.

I had an issue with one of my tires and they squeezed me in to have my other set mounted and balanced. During this appointment, they discovered an issue with my brakes which I was unaware of.They were able to get me in less than 48 hours later to replace my rear brakes.Excellent service and the team is wonderful.

I have been a customer at this location for over a decade and had an experience today that will have me servicing my car elsewhere.I had an appointment for for an oil change and tire change over. These services took 45-60 minutes longer than usual and my maintenance light was not reset (I figured that out on my own). The tire change over was over $100 which is $40 more than Townfair Tire, (about 1/3 mile away). I have been treated well and given a discount at this location in the past when the service took longer than anticipated, but not today.The new manager and staff seem nice, but given the significantly greater cost and slower service, I will be going elsewhere in the future. We had a good run.

Great folks! Dude was overwhelmed due to the fact that the marginally bright person who checked me in quit on him, but maintained composure, gave excellent service, and got me on my way with a smile. Definitely going to come back.

Booked an appointment on the 30th. 10 minutes later I had got an email with an appointment confirmation stating that they were all set for my appointment. Came in today for what I thought, an appointment to get my winter tires to be put on, to be told I don t have an appointment at all.

Service sucked was told I would get refund today 11/27/2023 never received anything the reason for refund was saying I was going to have brake rotors and pads installed and only installed the pads when they said that s all I needed now they are telling me I need a new wheel hub before I can get rotors installed after paying for wheel studs why not just charge me for a new hub instead of just replacing the wheel studs common sense

Went here on August 26th 2023 to purchase a tire for our 5th wheel trailer, as we had a tire pop on the thruway and had to use the spare and put it on the trailer. First my dad called to make sure that they had the tire in stock. (as we were already in our campground in South Hero,VT) They did, and we immediately drove down to pick up the tire. The person at the front desk was very friendly, and helped us right away. They did take time to find the tire in the back, but once they found it, it made my dad happy. The price was about $400.00 for the tire. which isn't bad for a tire for a 5th wheel, probably could have been worse. Just want to say Thanks for the helpful service and for getting us our spare tire!

Went to Gills Point S Tire and Auto to put my new tires on a couple days before I left to drive down south and they refused to install them because I have wheel spacers on my truck. Had just spent an hour digging them out of my storage unit and did not want to have to bring them back and make room again. So I stopped at Tirewarehouse, told them I was in a pinch and asked if they could get me in before my trip and Joel got me in first thing in the morning. Most places are not taking appointments for a week or two right now. I am very thankful and will be taking my business there from now on. They are short handed and probably didn't have the time but he helped me anyway. Joel was very kind and I will definitely be going back!

Had an appointment for new tires today at 9:30 am. Arrived to find that the store was closed. Doors locked and no employees to be found. A courtesy call to notify me that the appointment could not be kept would surely have been appreciated. I'll be making my next appointment at Town Fair Tire.

Chad, Joel, and the entire team at Tire Warehouse, Williston go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! Our family has been bringing ours cars to this shop for years. If I could rate this shop with more than 5 stars, I would! The staff are not only specialists at tires, but also provide professional and sincere customer service!

I came in with a 11 year old car in need of some serious TLC they provided that in spades. They had wide availability in scheduling, which I was so greatful for. I received fantastic customer service and was greeted by an adorable pint size dog who is just the sweetest girl. She loves to be petted and will be happy to announce your presence to the customer service team. She wants to make sure you get very prompt service. The technician I worked with was very informative, earnest,and helpful about the repairs that were needed and provided very reasonable pricing. The turn around time and availability in scheduling were incredibly fast which I found hard to find in the Burlington area.I would highly recommend them for your winter tires and inspections. Get ready folks winter is coming! Everyone will be scrambling to get their tires changed over and their inspections done. The great people at Tire Warehouse will make sure to help you and their pup will keep you company as you wait. If you have kids or just love dogs this is a great place to have your car serviced!

I set up an appointment to purchase and have new snow tires put on my vehicle. I was able to select the tire I wanted installed on their website, which I did. When I got there for my appointment, I was told that they did not have the tires I selected from their website. They then offered an upsell tire for 150% more than the tire I selected. Further, I was told that the estimate to install and balance the tires I was given from their website would be increased by at least $40. I said no thank you and left. I tried to give this local business the sale but they just ended up wasting my time.

We are less than impressed with Charlie and his customer service skills. We had an appointment scheduled through Goodyear for a month and when we went to drop the car off from an hour away he tells my husband there is no app scheduled. I called Charlie and he is very rude and should not be covering their phones. Maybe his boss Tim should take a look at this. Since Charlie s words... he won t contact you back..... really??? He should have found a way to get me in as I was already scheduled and his words to me and to Goodyear about what happened were totally different. So he also lies. I need to be able to trust the people working on our vehicles since we invest a lot into them for high quality parts and service. Thank goodness Goodyear is amazing and got us scheduled elsewhere, not a tire warehouse. I m driving around with studded tires that are expensive and don t want to ruin them. I would never recommend this place. Bringing my business elsewhere! Lost 2 good customers.

These guys are the best. Honest and trustworthy. I ve been going there for years, and they found out recently that a former employee either made a mistake or did something shady (hard to know; he doesn t work there anymore) over two years ago. (!!!) They went above and beyond to make it right. They are willing to take all the time necessary to help a car na�ve person like myself understand what they re doing and why. I will never take my cars anywhere else.

They guys here are absolutely there for the customer. My girlfriend was here from Wisconsin and we had some problems with the front tire on her SUV... The day she was going home. 1200 miles away. She was terrified to drive on the tire and she didn't have the money to replace it. I had just replaced the alternator the day before and she didn't want me to pay either but i was not going to let her drive on that tire. The guys took the truck in right away and pulled off the tire. They even came and got us and let us look at the problem. Then they proceeded to fix it for free. Yes for free. They saw the look of fright in her eyes and took care of her. That tire is still on the road 2 months later. Customer satisfaction is an understatement. These guys love their job and the people they do it for. And it shows. I would give 10 stars if i could. Go here, get treated right.

Young gentleman and young lady were fantastic today .My rear passenger tire was going flat these two young people brought my car in and patched my tire quickly and had me back out on the road in no time
