Does not answer the phone, makes appointments for people and does not text or email them confirmation incase they forget pretty sure there going ghost now because i was overcharged for an oil change and told them i want the price displayed on there website. I payed $72 first time i went there for a synthetic oil change and now i told them i want the 59.99 price they display.. you think they confirmed that appt or called me to confirm or answered when i called them back after making that appt ? No This place is the worse auto shop in the burlington area.

Bought the 2015 Toyota Tacoma from Adam. Little hard to get an answer from but once you get things to go through he was great. The truck is fantastic and Adam even bought me a seat cushion as I am a very small person and the drivers seat was a little warn out. Thank you!!!

Bought a car a few years ago here. Over all it was a good car. I did need to replace the water pump within a couple months of buying it though. Additionally the sellers said they would give me another key or find me the second key. They never got back or contacted me they found it. In the end I made due with just one. The vehicle had a scratch on the bumper that they said they would fix. They ended up fixing it with some simple stick paint. Something I could have don t better myself. Ok fine whatever. What really gets me is that when I went to trade the vehicle in I was told it wasn t worth anything because it was a salvaged title. Something they never told me about. I won t be shopping here ever again.

solid fair deal...waited three ,months after purchase to write this. My vehicle was one of the older ones on the lot and therefore more subject to be having issues. NOT in this case. I fully endorse and support the integrity of this business

I just bought a used car here (February of '21), and overall I had a great experience with Earthycars. I came in only having a rough idea of what kind of car I wanted to buy, and the owner was quite helpful in presenting some options and giving me some info on various cars I could get to fit my needs. When I ended up finding a car I liked and brought it to a garage, the mechanic there said that the vehicle was in great shape, and told me that Earthycars is the best/most trustworthy place to buy used cars in the Burlington area. That definitely made me more inclined to buy from them!Buying from the owner there was great, he was very down-to-earth (no pun intended) and respectful throughout, and was never pushy with sales at all. The website is also great, features all the necessary information about the vehicles, has great pictures, and perhaps most importantly includes a free Carfax report on all the vehicles (this definitely made them seem more trustworthy and made me more interested in buying from them). Some of the vehicles may seem priced slightly higher than competing used car dealerships, but I genuinely think that's because they tend to be in better shape than the competitor's vehicles.I'll update this review if I have any issues with the car in the next 6-12 months; if there's no update by then, then my car's still running great!(Also he doesn't always answer the phone immediately, as he seems to sometimes be busy working on the vehicles there, but if you leave a message he'll get back to you.)

My respect and appreciation for the folks at Earthycars knows no boundaries. Seriously. Over the last two decades we have purchased a few used cars (always Subaru's) from Earthycars and have also had them do all servicing of the vehicles when that was needed (including winter tire changeovers and inspections). These folks have superb insights and expertise in not only selecting and purchasing autos based on the customer's request, but Cesare and Adam are always just a joy to work with during that process. Extremely thoughtful, respectful, and thorough. Whenever friends of ours are looking to purchase a new used car, we always recommend they check out Earthycars without hesitation. The breadth of their auto knowledge is extraordinary.

I absolutely love EarthyCars, I come here all of the time whenever I need anything for my vehicles from inspections to maintenance. I trust the team here and am glad to always offer my business. You can (and probably should) always call up and let them know what you need/want and schedule an appointment but they are also very accommodating to walk-ins within their ability, of course.

I have to give a big shout out to the amazing service at Earthy Cars! They got my car in for new brakes, new battery, and an inspection with less than a day notice, did AMAZING work, GREAT customer service, and didn't charge me for the inspection because of the other work they did to my car. Plus, the cost was WAY less than other places I called. I have been going there for oil changes for the past three years, and they have always been amazing, but they won my business for all my car repairs! They are incredible and everyone should go there!!!

I went shopping here to purchase a car with my teenage son. Adam was helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. No pressure experience - we test drove many cars. We got a good deal on a quality, used car, which was confirmed by my local mechanic. Everything from the initial car shopping to the financing and purchasing was pretty easy and completed in just a couple of hours. My son was very excited to drive home in his "new" car...and so was I, after finding one in his budget price range. I would easily return to purchase another used car.

I would not recommend this place no matter how desperate you may be. You will get ripped off. I believe the buy most vehicles from auctions and do the most minimal repairs to see them. And if you have any issues or questions, you will never reach anyone or get a return call. Know this before you purchase anything from these people.Purchased a vehicle a few years ago and immediately had issues. Tried to call them back and they never answered or returned my call.Buyer beware.

Have had regular servicing of four cars over the past 12 years at Earthycars. Always a pleasure. Repair or service is always done on time at a fair price by friendly, and competant staff.Today, I took my CRV in for its 45,000 mile scheduled maintenance check, expecting that a lot of work would be necessary, but Adam reviewed my service history with me and explained that nothing was needed, because Earthycars had been tracking and performing scheduled maintenance each time I took it there since day one. What a pleasant surprise!Such honesty in today's world is rare. One happy customer here!

I'm shocked by the bad reviews on here. I found Adam to be really personable and friendly, he was willing to negotiate the price of the car I bought and gladly checked/fixed a few things I was concerned about before taking it. The price I paid for the car I bought was extremely fair, the customer service is great, and I would recommend Earthy Cars to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car. I went to a few dealerships looking for cars as well and I felt that the more laid back attitude at Earthy was way more preferable to the pushy harassing sales people at the dealerships (Berlin City Kia and Poulin).

I had a great experience buying my first car at Earthy Car. It is a great place for college students who seek on buying their first car. Adam and his father are great people to work with and did everything they could so that I could get a good and affordable deal. Other places which I have tried to get a car from always denied me for a loan...or they didn't even help me look for banks that were potentially going to give me a loan without me having to rely on a co-signer. Thankfully Adam and his father Caesar made sure I got the deal that I wanted and made it so I didn't have to have my co-sign for me. Another great thing that made my first time buying a car so helpful is that they did everything, from registering my car to fixing the couple scratches that it had in the front and also helped with the engine light that came on. I would definitely recommend this car dealership to everyone because it will definitely meet your standards from the quality of the cars they have to offer and also the customer service is highly professional and helpful. I am very thankful and wouldn't trade getting my car anywhere else! Thanks Earthy Cars!!! :)-Yolanda

Bought a great car for a great price here. Almost a year later, Adam is consistently helpful and timely when things like tire changeover and inspection come up. Adam is a good guy with a no-nonsense, straightforward attitude. I will definitely continue to give EarthyCars my business.

I was looking for someone to handle my winter tire changeover. I knew from calling around that Earthycars had good rates (made even better by a coupon I received in the mail), but good rates don't always equal good service. While reading the reviews, though, I saw a familiar name -- someone I trust -- had given them a great rating, so I figured I'd take a chance.I called them on Saturday, hoping they'd have some time that day. No such luck, but Adam was able to book me for the first appointment this (Tuesday) morning. It should be noted that I was expecting my tire changeover to require more than simply swapping out the tires and reprogramming the TPMS system. When I'd gotten my tires mounted previously (not by Earthycars), I was informed that I had a bad sensor, but, luckily, the place in question had exactly one left in stock, which they could install for the low, low price of $150 plus labor. Needless to say, I declined their offer, and picked up an OEM sensor of my own for significantly less. Adam was very willing to work with my replacement sensor, and, if that didn't work, would be able to offer me a new sensor for about 1/3 the cost of the other guys. But, it turns out, I didn't even need it. Adam and his crew were able to get all of my existing sensors reset without replacing a single one. And, since he didn't need to run it through his full diagnostic setup to fix it, he cut me a deal on the reprogramming. While waiting for this work to be done (which took a little under an hour, all told), I had the opportunity to overhear Adam dealing with some walk-in customers, who were looking to purchase vehicles. He handled them fairly and respectfully, listening to their vehicular and budgetary needs, making suggestions and answering questions without pushing them in any one direction. He let them know some of the advantages of purchasing from him, but in no way tried to strong-arm them into a deal. If I had been in the market for a vehicle, I would definitely have appreciated this low-pressure, customer-centric approach. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely consider returning to Earthycars for certain future service needs, and will absolutely keep them in mind if I ever need a quality used car.

I was extremely interested in a vehicle they had recently. Test drove it once, broken power steering. Was said to be repaired and squared away, only to still have problems on a second test drive weeks later. I sent several emails expressing my interest, seeking updates and letting them know that as soon as it was fixed, I wanted to purchase the vehicle. After two weeks of silence I sent another email only to find out that the problem had never been fixed and it was sold to another buyer.Overall, an unnecessarily difficult and frustrating process for someone with cash in hand trying to purchase a properly functioning vehicle. Despite the positive reviews I saw going into the process, I would not recommend doing business.

Earthycars is, in my opinion, just another used car lot. You buy a car here, and you take your chances that it will still be running in the near future. Earthycars, like every other car dealer on this stretch of road, just wants to maximize their profit on every transaction. In my case, at least, there was no consideration that a car bought 2 1/2 years ago now needed major repairs on the transmission, motor, environmental controls, etc. Too bad. I was hoping, based on other reviews, that Earthycars was better than this.

I've bought several cars here. We are still driving a car from more than a decade ago and Adam helped get it inspected for one more year. If they don't have it on the lot, ask for what you need and they might just get it for you. Carfax always available. Fair and reasonable pricing and good on follow-through on things you need before you drive away. For us there have been no wrinkles or tricks in the deal. When we need another car Earthycars will be on top of our list (we've had an Echo, an Outback, a Prius C, and a Fit)

These guys are the real deal. Adam gave me a better trade-in value on my old vehicle than any other garage I visited in the Burlington area (one garage only offered me $1500, they gave me $5300). The car I bought came from a southern state, had no rust, and they even gave me the vehicle's history. Would recommend to anyone.

I moved to Williston about 12 months ago and brought my daughter's vehicle here. They did excellent work, was very honest in their assessment, and charged me a rate much lower than I was expecting. So now I'm a repeat customer and they have kept up the same experience for each visit.

Would give more stars if I could. 10/10 would recommend buying from them. Had a quick and easy purchase thanks to Adam. Had a few minor problems with the car but brought it back and he fixed it no questions asked.

They have good inventory but have a hard time getting you a loan. We were denied 3 times here and went to another place and were approved in an hour. They have a nice fecility and good staff. They are kind people. And I would say that I would go here again in future if I had more money

I was so nervous about buying my first car, but they simplified the process and made it really relaxed. Adam was able to discuss value like a mechanic, not a salesman, and I would happily come back for service or my next car! Thanks again, Adam!

Great service, great prices! The staff are always super friendly. They don't try and sell you things you don't need when you come in for your basic service. It is super easy to get an appointment if you just want to drop your car off for the afternoon.

Very nice people with a great reputation as trustworthy. Credit Union recommends and there's a reason. They're honest, kind, and offer fair deals.

My car broke down on a Saturday at 3pm (shops are rarely open on saturdays!) with an overheating engine and coolant leaking out everywhere. I happened to be passing by Earthycars and saw the garage bays open. I pulled in and within a half hour Adam diagnosed the issue and had me booked to replace my busted radiator on Monday morning. These guys helped me out in a real pinch!

For 20 years I've both enjoyed the company and felt satisfied with sales and service. Considerate, Earthycars takes care of my needs, not just their's.
