I purchased a used pickup truck this summer, and Chris has been super helpful in diagnosing and fixing some problems. He recently helped me out in a hurry when my heater fan stopped working during a cold spell -- a much appreciated fix for both my safety (defroster) and comfort. He's very knowledgeable, sends photos of problems as he finds them for discussion if needed, and his prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

Chris has been my go-to mechanic since I purchased my first car. He's one of the only mechanics I've met that will share photos of where repairs are needed and will walk you through what he does. Consistently satisfied with his work, and if there's something he doesn't work on, he's always able to refer me to somewhere he trusts. Excellent customer service, honest communication, and somewhere I will continue to recommend!

Can't say thank you guys enough, great service, communication was top notch! I knew exactly what was going on with my truck from start to finish through txt and lots of pics and videos! They determined my last brake job wasn't done as I was told and made all necessary repairs at a very, very fair price and timely fashion! Was a pleasure meeting you both! I asked Chris to listen to my 13 year old economy car engine, as the mechanic I was advised to go see was booked a few weeks out (the good one usually are). I didn't ask him to jack it up onto a lift, but after he had insistently and sort of irritably ushered me into the waiting room and closed the door so I couldn't see him, he had jacked it up and took about 5-10 minutes to diagnosis it. He then tried to charge me $95+ dollars of labor time, after telling me his rate was $75/hour. He didn't even offer to put it towards the repair labor charge. That's more than many lawyers make! If he had been reasonable and professional, I would have taken my car there for repair. Instead I just feel taken advantage of. Afterwards, I took my car to someone else who gave a different opinion and two possible scenarios, one way less costly.

After calling 7 or so businesses on the day before a holiday, Chris was the only one that answered the phone. They got me in pretty quickly. They were very straightforward and upfront person. They told me all the details and was willing to take pictures if they ran into other troubles during the job.Would recommend to others in the area.Services: Auto brake repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Thank you so much Chris for fixing my low air tire and taking a nail out. I was on my way to work and my tire pressure light came on. I pulled in to Chris s shop. Explained the problem and he had me all fixed up and back on the road in 20 minutes. Even though he was busy he squeezed me in. Much appreciated and I will definitely be back for all my car needs. These guys have a nice shop set up and are interested in doing quality work diversity and growth. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris today, and reconnecting with Kyle. While I was there I witnessed Kyle very politely tell a customer exactly long their car was gonna take gave details to local business and bus info. It was great to see someone you know working hard and doing right and trying to share that with the community. I suggest we share back with this local business and bring your vehicles to Chris's Auto for services and repairs they do all auto work except for transmissions...and Kyle don't forget to give me a shout when you are ready to hire... I would love to work in a shop with ethics again.

Thought it was a great place untill they shoved a filter in that was to big for my 2013 dodge Avenger and broke one of the latches and got charged 109 dollars thanks guys for breaking my parts.wont be going here again.and now in order to get my latch fixed and the right filter I have to take down this bad review no I will take it down when you fix the problems you created. here's some screen shots of the conversation on face book and we were happy because we thought you were honest people and looking at are car for free instead we get a broken latch and a filter to big for are car.

have know Chris it seems like forever. Chris is honest, dependable, is fair to everyone that comes through his door. Is always willing to help out, even when your stupid (referring to me) and leave your lights on and need a jumpstart. He was even dependable then. He will do pretty much anything to work with and be fair to his customers, I know cause he works on my car and sometimes in a moments notice and someone needs help with their car, Chris will go out of his way and his schedule to help if he can. I won't take my cars to anyone but Chris because I know him very well,, I know his work and I know just how hard he works. The only thing that I would say about Chris is his dog Abby is cuter and will give you a heart full of love. So I recommend Chris, if you don't believe me well I challenge you to give Chris a try, you also get free popcorn and a comfortable couch to sit and watch a huge TV if you are staying while he works on your car and you will be amazed at all the old time things that he has. I m elderly but they were very clear and what was needed and costs. Air conditioner works really well now. They did discover other things that needed to be fixed that my old dealer missed cracked muffler. Car is now silent and cool. Small and friendly.

My mom, myself, my daughter and my granddaughter drove 250 miles to a family wedding and my service light went in as we entered Vermont. It was Monday, Labor Day and I called my 24 he auto service. I also called AAA and the Vermont police station. I even went to a gas station that gave me a name of a shop. There was no internet so we drove a ways because everyone couldn t help. I looked up local roadside services. I called everyone and left a message on the ones that didn t say they were closed for the holidays. I was so nervous about driving another 250 miles and breaking down on the way back home since there was no help available Chris auto shop called me back and actually drove an hour to meet up with us. He looked over my engine and topped off my fluids. My oil was in bad shape but I could make it back home. You can t imagine how helpful he was to us. And he didn t charge us anything!He said it comes with the job and it was part of his business! I told him the dozen names I called and he was the only one to respond. He went above and beyond the average person. I am so grateful he is that above average guy!Thank you so much!!Service: Transmission

Chris and his staff are professional and friendly, and make you feel very welcome. They provided a quality service for a reasonable cost. They even detailed my car at no extra charge. Highly recommend!

They tried to scam my 75 year old father by upcharging on parts, changing the price of the job after they already agreed to a amount, then refused the job after they where called on it, definitely do not recommend this shop to anyone especially the elderly,Service: TiresService: Tires
