First-time buyer at NPS, Great servica from Craig throughout the whole purchase experience. Although I had already researched a lot of the bikes features, Ernie took the time to explain its features in detail. Thank you and see you on the next purchase.

I called the business to service a car to replace a master cylinder for the clutch. The guy who spoke with me wasn t friendly or cooperative. He refused to give me a quote on the service I need just because I mentioned that I ordered the part needed. He said I am not interested in that. My response was that I could returned the part and I am willing to purchase it through them. He said there is no point in that and hung up the phone on me. I felt he was disrespected and that I was mistreated based on my accent.

I had a terrible experience with other places nearby giving misdiagnosis and unable to fix my bmw. After 3 shops (seriously) this was my final resort especially since I had used up my aaa towing allowance. They were busy so I had to wait a few days but they knew the issue and was confident in being able to fix it. If it wasn t for them, I wouldn t be driving my car. They get the job done, that s probably why they are so busy. If you want a competent mechanic and a guy who s not afraid to say yes I m sure that s the problem contrary to what you ve been told and I m sure that we can fix it , then bring your car here.

NMS has cared for our multiple Saabs and our venerable Volvo for 25 years. They are responsive, responsible, prompt, and friendly. They know what they are doing! I can t say that they are cheap , but - as the sign in their shop says - If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try a bad one! Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

2000 Audi A4 - I had a problem with the heating. These are my observations -1. They will make you wait. Never deliver on time. Said one day, took three days. It was hell without a car.2. They will get money in some form. They said that my radiator is leaking and they cannot let the car out without replacing it. Cost me $600.3. My heat was bad, and I knew it was the coolant flush problem, but they wanted to replace the heater core. Luckily I insisted that I won't go for that option, so they ended up improving the heat by flushing.4. They are always understaffed, so they will never look at the car right away, even if it's a small, urgent fix.I don't think they understand how modern businesses work. You have to be nice to customers, not overcharge them, bring in some loyalty and show them some respect and attention.I went to Subaru's Car store, after someone told me that they are open 7 days and also look at other cars. There I can simply drive into their service bay. No appointments, and the guys are so nice and professional. It's how car service centers should be. While NMS is run like a mom-n-pop shop. Nothing wrong with that, just that they could have at least done their work perfectly and followed it up proactively.

I've had good dealings with NMS for many years regarding service on my 1972 Datsun 240Z, and they were very helpful with a prebuy inspection on my latest car. They are thorough, very competent and reasonably priced. I will continue to rely on them with my new car.

Am stunned at the negative reviews, though am not stunned there only are a few. I have had three Audis serviced here exclusively. Extremely happy. Just needed a couple of sensors but almost 900 dollars later (which they didnt quote or warn me of) and the sensor still didnt work right. Nice guys but theyll run away w your credit card if youre not careful
