I had a great car buying experience; I decided to test drive a Tundra, choosing to stop in at WR Toyota without an appointment on a Saturday. I was immediately greeted by a sales consultant, Brian Moore, who could not have been more welcoming, accommodating, friendly, and funny. He immediately set us up with a test drive. Afterwards, we spoke and went into detail about what we were looking for. At no point were we pressured or pushed in any way, it was a great experience. Brian followed up throughout the process and we finalized the deal a week later. I highly recommend both White River Toyota and Brian Moore!

When my husband and I hit a deer with our 6-month-old Rav 4 totaling it, we contacted several Toyota dealerships in our area to find another car just like it. The first thing that Jason at White River Toyota asked us was if we were both okay. The other folks we worked with, Darrin, Zach, and Chad were equally kind and great to work with. We like buying new cars about as much as we like going to the dentist (maybe even less), but the folks at White River Toyota made the process easy. We were able to find the car we wanted at a fair price. We highly recommend them!!

Incompetent service department put a simple skid plate door in upside down. They followed that up with denying responsibility and blaming their customer. 2021 Tundra TRD Pro in pristine condition brought in for a simple routine check. My advice is drive to Concord or Claremont for service, it's worth the trip.

I m pleased with the outcome of what was a challenging process for me and my 1-car accident. It must have been a challenge for the dealer service department also, for I was without my car for a month. However, the service advisor Mr Raney kept me informed regularly and finished the job earlier than I expected. The vehicle is running good as new. Thank you!

The service advisor, Ricky, was annoyed by me for some reason, no sense of humor, snotty attitude, maybe he was having a bad day - old ladies don't get any respect :-) . When I was presented with a plan of service for $2500 he was surprised that I was not happy that the only option was renting a truck for $90 a day, starting on a Friday afternoon with no clear promise of a solution by Monday, so at lease a 5 day rental - $450; he finally offered a discount of $75/day . What happened to all the loaners when you were paying a premium for service? I had to drive an unsafe truck home and will now have to wait 2 weeks for a service appointment. The Honda service isn't that much better - they regularly fail to do what they say they will - but at least the service managers are nice to talk to.

I ve had great experiences on the sales side with white river Toyota, but not the service side. Today I went in for a state inspection for my 2022 RAV4 to be told it failed inspection and that my rear brakes were severely rusted. Maybe because I m a pregnant female I was presumed to be gullible? I took it to another shop same day and it passed with flying colors. I was quoted $700 to fix the rear brakes. Absurd.

Very easy to work with and gave me a fair deal on a Sequoia ( when many dealer are marking up). Justin was my sales person and he was great! Highly recommend White River Toyota!

Don't waste your $$ on the extended warranty that never pays!Toyota USA makes some great cars and trucks, but like any vehicle, problems arise. For that reason my hubby was sold a service contract/extended warranty when he bought his used Tacoma. Yeah well, they don't tell you that repairs aren't covered if you need them done right away and you're out in the boonies, far from a Toyota USA dealership!!!!When the A/C compressor went out while he was on a road trip the weather was fluctuating between 90+ degrees and freezing rain. Yikes! Misha needed the A/C one day and the defroster the next and realistically couldn't get home safely (driving into more winter storms where the defroster was essential) without having it repaired. He was fortunate to find a place that could get to it right away, even though it took 24 hrs to get the compressor shipped from Toyota USA.When he got home he went to White River Toyota, where he purchased the truck and warranty, to find out how to get reimbursed for the repairs. Much to our horror, he was told that the repairs were not eligible for coverage because the work was not done at a Toyota USA dealership. When he said there was no dealership nearby they told him he should have called Toyota USA to get pre-approval for repairs at a Toyota USA certified shop.The only previous repairs on this Tacoma were done at a Toyota dealership and they refused to cover it under the contract either. They said because it was an "electronic" issue with the safety cameras it wasn't covered, even though it caused the truck to brake abruptly and without cause, creating a hazard rather than preventing one. That cost us over $700 just to have the cameras and sensors realigned!!Now, we're out another $3000 because we had no idea we needed to call for permission to have the compressor replaced!How can White River Toyota push these warranties at the point of sale then,1. Not explain what your obligations are if/when you are traveling and have no access to a dealership,2. Refuse to reimburse customers for legit work that needed to be done immediately to drive the vehicle safely?All the dealership could could say was, "Sorry, you should have called first".My mom swore by Toyota, many of our friends drive and love Toyotas, and my husband actually does love his Taco. But me, I'm pissed at this whole "warranty" without coverage BS! I'm sticking with Subaru where I have always had excellent coverage and service with my warranties (and yes I've used them for everything from minor jobs to full engine replacement!)My next step will be slamming Toyota USA and White River Toyota on every review platform I can find so more buyers don't get screwed by this evasive warranty sales pitch!

They took care of our RAV4 Prime hybrid system malfunction. It ended up being a bit more of an involved repair than I thought, but they put us in Highlander for the two weeks it took to get approval from Toyota, get the part, take the car apart, replace the harness and recharge the cooling system. They kept us informed the whole time at each step of the way and it was all covered (rental, parts and repair) since it under warranty.

We placed a deposit on a car that we were very interested in and waited less than the expected time for its arrival. We went and did a test drive and there was no pressure or sleezy salesman. We bought the car and the entire process was quick and easy, unlike others we ve had in the past at other dealers. Lucas was fabulous and he spent ALOT of time with me in the car showing me how everything worked. That was a huge help.

I had one of the most positive car buying experiences yet at White River Toyota! (And I've purchased a lot of cars over the years ;-) ) I worked with Lucas Mudge and he was on top of each and every detail. He kept me informed and checked in with me regularly until the right car was available for us. The final buying process was smooth and effortless. The whole team was a joy to work with. We couldn't be happier with our new Rav4 Prime! I highly recommend this dealership and certainly would recommend working with Luke. He went above and beyond to make everything work for me.

Relatively pain-free process. Very impressed with the ease of and courtesy of meeting with the Finance Manager. Ironically, the truck I purchased was a vehicle transfer from Nashua NH. I originally contacted Nashua. They were horrible to deal with and more expensive for the EXACT same Tacoma. It was well worth the short ride to White River to deal with folks who appreciated my business.

I purchased a new car from this dealership on June 18, 2021. If you re looking for a first class service, ask for Lincoln Newton. He is the friendliest sales person I have ever met at any car dealerships. End result - I purchased a RAV4 Prime + made a new friend! I entered the showroom with a ton of questions (both relevant and irrelevant to Toyota cars) but Lincoln addressed all my questions one by one, calmly. The overall experience was really pleasant and smooth, right from the time I walked into the showroom for the first time -to walking out with the keys for my new car in hand! I d recommend this dealership and Lincoln for car purchase!

I went to White River years ago and I m gonna still keep going to White River long as I live I recommend White River they don t overcharge like the New York dealers they give you the fair price is New York deal is the charging three 4000 over price I wouldn t pay that much

Just a buyer beware for other people - I made an appointment at 9:30 AM with an online specialist to view a particular car at 12:30 that same day. After driving 90 minutes., I arrived at 12:15 to see the car. I met with a sales rep and was asked for my personal information, phone number, address etc. THEN I was told the couple at the next desk was in the process of buying the car. They said they did not have my phone number to let me know. Not sure why they could not have told these people someone was coming to look at it at 12:30 but apparently your word is not worth much today. I guess appointments carry no weight in the car buying industry anymore. I'm not sure why they wanted my personal information because I would not buy a car from them if it was $10,000 cheaper than everywhere else. This is the world we live in today. Good luck to you White River Toyota. I'm sure you have plenty of business today but it may not always be that way and you have definitely lost this customer and any future recommendations.
