Recently purchased a 2023 Forester here and highly recommend. Keegan was our salesperson and handled the transaction very efficiently and smoothly. Manager Mike and Dave were also very helpful. My third Forester but the best purchasing experience.

The routine service was cordial and efficient. My car was ready when promised. The personnel in the service office were friendly and respectful. I typically stick to the dealership for service so that my car's maintenance is performed as recommended and consistently recorded. I highly recommend this branch. Service is always top notched. Nick was thorough and everyone was helpful and accommodating. Plus the waiting lounge was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Brought my wife's Toyota there for the pricier level 1 service because I have given up on the local Toyota dealership's subpar service. Nitpicking but little things like resetting maintenance lights, setting tire pressure and topping off windshield wiper fluid weren't done at White River Subaru as per the maintenance brochure's description. Don't know what to make of the attention to detail yet but it doesn't inspire confidence that I am getting the service(s)that I paid for. I did buy a Subaru from them recently and the process was great. Strongly recommend Abigail Wing. We'll see how the next service goes...

Brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. I came in at 7AM and was greeted by the lovely staff at White River Subaru. As soon as I pulled up, they immediately took my car, then checked in with Nick the friendly service advisor to confirm the services that were to be done that day. After the quick check in process, the staff led me to the lounge. The lounge was comfortable and had coffee and light snacks and a clean bathroom. The services were done after about an hour, but before that they sent me a video of the multi-point inspection which detailed what they looked at my car and whether each thing was in satisfactory condition or not. Overall, it was a very easy process and the staff made sure I had a comfortable time while I was waiting. I also loved the ease of scheduling this appointment online.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Nicholas was an incredible help. We've been shopping for two vehicles (mine and my mother-in-law's), and he was readily available, very honest (hard to find!), and pleasant. He helped us make purchases for both vehicles in advance of their arrivals. He also was efficient with notifying us about vehicle delivery updates. He clearly worked hard with all the customers he had on all the days we were there, and to my knowledge and at least for us, maintained a high level of personalized attention. Thanks Nick! Finally, the finance department knew of our need to immediately leave and did not try to chivvy us and bother us with upsales or hidden prices. On the final delivery date, we were in and out within an hour.

I found a great car at a good price right away which has all the features I wanted and is exactly what I was looking for! I would give 5*'s to the overall Subaru business and they did a great job getting my car undercoated and remote starter installed, even with the recent flood pending! Didn't get much trade in for my older vehicle, which was disappointing. Only taking off 1 star because the rep I worked with, Shayna, while very knowledgeable and efficient, was also impatient and pushy, bordering on rude at times. Wished I went with one of the guys instead. My car is great, though! Highly recommend them. Just stand firm on what you want and what you don't. They have a great selection there and they will help you find something great if they have it! I got the 7 passenger Subaru Ascent and it's exactly what I wanted with low miles, features galore and it's beautiful!

I highly recommend White River Subaru. They are competent, fair, and go the extra mile. And everyone I dealt with was not only friendly but genuinely kind.My son and I were about to start our 10 hour drive home after a week long vacation in Vermont when my car starting acting and sounding unusual. I called White River Subaru on a busy Friday morning. Evan understood our situation and said he would do his best to at least take a quick look at my car. When we arrived, he test drove it with me, and managed to squeeze in a diagnostic despite their packed schedule. The entire time, he was helpful, patient, and kind. He made sure we were able to make the long drive home that day with peace of mind about our car. Andre at White River Subaru fixed my alignment and replaced my tires. He communicated with me throughout the process and also about pickup/drop off of my car which really saved stress since I don t know anybody here. I would definitely recommend White River Subaru and appreciate their service. 5 stars.

I had a broken gas cover release lever in the front seat of my car. I got a quote of $200. to replace it but found a Subaru replacement part online for $27.99 delivered to do myself. Wonderful service! They worked hard to fit me in during a day when they were fully booked. I was traveling from Brooklyn and had a lot of system lights come on in the middle of my trip, and wanted to make sure it was safe to continue driving. The staff was super communicative, giving me updates throughout the day while it was in their garage. I also appreciated that they didn t pressure me into fixing more things on my aging car that I couldn t prioritize. Overall excellent experience!Service: Electrical

Best tire change of my life (and there have been quite a few). The service was absolutely amazing and Sonya went above and beyond! Halfway through my appointment something came up and Sonya got me a loaner within minutes to solve the problem! I had the 30,000 mile service on my 2018 Subaru Impreza and I had an amazing experience. I am generally very cautious about going to dealerships for this type of work as I ve heard stories of people being ripped off and pressured to spend money/do work that isn t urgent; however, my experience was the complete opposite. Andre Malool-juneau was my point person and he was incredibly helpful, extremely professional, and very friendly. I will be driving down to NC and asked if they recommended i get new tires and new brake pads before my trip (expecting them to try and persuade me to do it now) but they told me I should be ok for my trip and should look into doing them once i arrive in NC. I really appreciate their honesty and respect that they didn t pressure me to try and spend more unnecessarily. I will also add that i was told the service would take all day when i dropped off my car at 8am but i was pleasantly surprised to hear my car was ready for pick up at 2pm. Evan is a thorough and professional mechanic; I have been working with the mechanics at Subaru WRJ for years now-- I always hesitate to write a review because I like to see how people's work is sustained over longer periods of time as well as see how their work *works.* My car has accumulated 50-60k miles under Evan's care and I have yet to have any dramatic breakdowns or even minor failures. Evan is someone I trust; my car could use many repairs and he never fails to help me prioritize the repairs that are necessary vs can be postponed. Evan is personable, accessible, and very customer centered. I am decently busy and so is Evan, yet he is still able to give updates as needed and has made himself available for helping me understand more about my car. He is a people person who is also a great mechanic. I would also like to shout out all of the people who have worked on my car behind the scenes; thank you for caring for my car and helping me drive to different places without fail!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This was a very disappointing service visit. I ve used White River Subaru for close to 20 years to purchase and maintain four separate Subarus. While the service representative did a reasonable job in keeping me informed, and found that a substantial portion of my required repairs was covered by an extended warranty, two things made my latest service appointment very unsatisfactory.First and foremost this was a disappointing visit because of the time it took to complete the work, which included an oil change, safety inspection, replacement of a leaking power steering pump and rack, and swapping summer tires for winter tires. When all was said and done my car was there for roughly a month, spending weeks simply sitting in the lot. Fortunately, I did obtain a loaner once it became apparent that for reasons not made clear it was going to take several weeks to get my car in for rather routine work.The second problem I had with my most recent service appointment was the costs. While thanks to my extended warranty my total due was a hair over $400, a $125 of that was to switch over to summer tires from winter? (It would have cost another $129 for the alignment but that was covered by the extended warranty that also covered the costs of replacing my leaking power steering rack and pump.) I know inflation has been raging but $125 seems a ridiculously high amount to swap tires, since I recall paying much less in years past for the annual switch over from winter tires to summer tires and vice versa.Thus an overall disappointing service visit, and one that makes me hesitant, after many years of relying on White River Subaru for routine work, to bring my beloved 2017 STI back for any other servicing. It s assertion that it s service department conducts fast repairs seems all bluster. The place must be seriously short of the technicians required to perform work required by its customers in a reasonable amount of time.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Battery

Always a good experience here. I purchased a car here and have had a few services and regular maintenance done with no issue. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. They have a few amenities like free water and coffee while you wait. Wonderful , friendly helpful business.
