Here now. They re running 1 hour and 42 minutes behind schedule.What s the point of making an appointment if you show up 15 minutes early and end up waiting for 2 hours? I m taking time off work to do something that should be possible over the internet.The ticket system is gibberish too - making it impossible to track how close you are to the front of the line. Some tickets start with A, others with L, and still others with R. At least display a queue or something so I know if I m person number 5 or 25 in the line.Just unforgivably poorly run for this day and age. I m giving 2 stars because the staff are friendly and the space is clean and not wholly unpleasant to wait in.If anyone from the DMV reads this, I d encourage you to reach out to Dartmouth College - perhaps your process can be a case study in the ENGM 183, Operations Management course.

I ve been to multiple DMVs in several states, and this was by far the best DMV experience I ve ever had. Amy was the receptionist that checked me in and she was incredibly helpful in making sure I had all the appropriate documents in order. I definitely erred on the side of caution and brought more documents than I needed with me, which I would definitely advise. ESPECIALLY if you have a leased vehicle to register - bring all your lease paperwork with you!Dawn was the employee who processed my license application and registration. She was very friendly, patient, and took her time to explain everything to me. She was awesome!Never thought I would say this, but overall a 5 star experience at this DMV. :)

They have limited hours posted on the door. Made arrangements to come during one of the days and no one there. Multiple people outside upset

The people gave a very difficult time waited for 3 hours to get one thing done. Couldn't do second because they took the teenagers first no appointment!

Inconsistent hours and incredibly long wait times. It is faster to go to Springfield, doing all your business, and coming back to WRJ. Don't go to the WRJ DMV unless you are wholly reliant on public transportation and have all day to spend.

I m originally from New York City and I just received the worst DMV experience I ve ever had. Really rude lady at the counter who will try to make you feel like an idiot for having basic questions

The hours here are simply absurd.I've been trying for months to get the days off to go in to get my license but they're always closed when I try. And just now I was going to schedule it for my next early weekday off and for some reason they're closed then too!!

White River DMV has me steaming right now. Just spoke with someboxy ovet the phone, show up after they opened at 8:30am. Doors are locked and nobody's inside. It's Monday morning and other people are trying to get in. IF YOU POST YOUR HOURS, MAKE SURE YOU'RE THERE!

These guys are great! I feel like every time I've had to renew my license, registration, etc, they've gone out of their way to figure out how I can get everything resolved. Completely not the stereotypical "DMV".

Walked in expecting to have to make an appointment for two ID updates, walked out an hour later with our full mission accomplished

A lot of the phone numbers do not work, and I did receive some misinformation over the phone that forced me to leave and come back. However, the staff were very nice, and I had a pleasant visit.

Second time in two weeks that I ve taken the day off to come here and it shows online they are open but the place is closed.

The hours of this dmv location varies, don t assume it is open based on the google info
