I can not recommend Upper Valley Honda enough. The best car dealer experience I ve ever had. Matt King was my salesman and did an exceptional job answering my questions and being attentive while multi tasking other job duties. During the few slow moments he took the time to get to know me and share some experiences. The sales manager and finance manager really put in some hard work to make the purchase meet my family's needs. I WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! We all feel anxious at the car dealership and I left knowing I was treated very well.

I LOVE my new Honda Pilot!! The respect and care we were given at the dealership was top notch. Shaunna was so pleasant and personable. She listened to our needs and got us the deal we needed to make our purchase happen! She simply is the best person in sales I have ever worked with. :)

We have been looking for a reliable vehicle for our daughter for many months. We stumbled into Upper Valley Honda and were surprised to find a salesman we have worked with at another Dealership. Matt King was very helpful, pleasant and worked with us to find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Matt before and were happy to see him in White River. The experience was smooth, honest and our daughter loves her new whip! Thanks Upper Valley Honda, specifically Matt King!

Jessica, Ed, Shaunna, and Craig went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I felt comfortable every step of the way. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. We were looking to trade in our Honda CR-V and had the pleasure of working with Matt. He did a fantastic job at answering any questions we had, he s always available through email, and really went above and beyond for us. Unfortunately it turned out it wasn t the right time for us to buy, but I would highly recommend Matt and we will definitely come back once we are ready!

Worked with Matt King and he was easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and understood the vehicle we needed. There was zero pressure, and I walked out feeling like I got a great and safe vehicle. First positive experience I have ever had at a dealership and I will definitely go there again to purchase my next vehicle.

I hate buying cars. The games and half-truths bother me, so I stick with my old car until it's close to keeling over. With that in mind (when I was in the market for a pre-owned Passport) I was extremely skeptical about Upper Valley Honda and their "People Come First!" attitude. Wouldn't they be just like all the rest of the auto dealers in the area? Give a low price over the Internet and then max out the price with a bunch of silly fees and then hard-sell me on a bunch of junk I don't need? Nope! These folks are the real deal. I got a sensational deal, and my salesperson, Brendan, and his manager, Craig, made the experience very easy. Evan, the F&I guy was knowledgeable and expedient, as well as friendly. I live an hour and a half away, and since the car needed a few services before it was ready, their team drove the car down to me! Jim and Steve were great guys and right on time! If you go anywhere else for a new or used vehicle, you are wasting your time---trust me, I've been to all of them, and these folks are the only honest auto people I've met in over two decades! Keep up the great work, team!

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. From not telling me the car I just purchased was sitting on a lift for 2 hours when they were "cleaning it" to the paperwork they constantly kept forgetting and calling me to take care of months later. To the laissez faire attitude the entire management staff has regarding conduct and returning calls and emails has I could not recommend a dealership less. If your buying a car in the area you will get better service from a tree. Do yourself a favor and punch yourself in the face instead of shopping here. I promise it'll be a better experience.

We were thinking of upgrading our 2019 Honda HR-V due to going to the expense of repairs needed and met with Matthew King, who is very personable, knowledgeable, and eager to help us. Any questions we had were answered and he went through financial routes with us in order to make a decision that would be the best way to go. After putting things together we decided to give ourselves a little more time but when we make a decision we will contact Matthew to go through the process.

We had such a marvelous experience once again at Upper Valley Honda. Thank you especially to Brooke Deane, who was kind, pleasant, and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with her, as well as Kyle in the business office, sales manager Craig, and general manager, Steve. Everyone made us feel welcomed and appreciated during the entire process. Thank you!

I purchased a 2017 Hyndia Elantra in August of 2023. I like the car and the great gas mileage. But within 2 months I had to replace the wipers because we're no good. I then bought winter tires for it and had expected that the tires on it would be able to be put back in the spring, not the case they were no good. So I will have to purchase new tires again for summer time. Then my rear right blinker light stopped working, I took my car down to Upper valley Honda and they did a test on it to which cost me $75.00, they said to fix it, I was gonna have spend $350.00. I took it to my garage and they fixed it in 10 minutes for almost nothing. And now my right side front door won't open from the outside. A little frustrated that they won't cover anything, or even give me a little discount. Won't buy there again.

Upper Valley Honda has its act together . Shaunna Simmons was very proficient in all aspects of trade , sales , product knowledge ,offerings in accessories, service and all current promotions. She has followed up after sale a few times to answer any questions that may have developed .Would recommend to family and friends . All I interacted with at dealership were helpful . Finance Manager Jessica Benton made some adjustments to my benefit and made the paperwork move smooth . It s a new facility decorated for Christmas holidays and nice place to buy .

Great group of people. Ben helped get us in a new CR-V after our previous car was totaled. They made an unplanned car purchase as pain free as possible. Everyone was very nice and personable, never felt pressured or uncomfortable like other dealerships in the past. In fact, we might have been the impatient ones as we were beyond eager to get back into our regular routine. Highly recommend Ben and the Upper Valley team.

It was time for a new car... looking locally, the dealers didn't have much to chose from. I came across Upper Valley Honda and their inventory was massive! I made an appt and took a Friday afternoon and drove down (about an hour and 1/2 from home). Let me tell you, it was definitely worth the drive. Shaunna Simmons went above and beyond, pulling out every car I wanted to test drive and was happy to do so. When I finally made a decision, she worked, alongside with Craig Tatro to get me the best deal for my trade. It's hard to beat the service, the selection..so much so that my sister was in the market for a new vehicle (not a Honda driver)... took her with me on my "pick up day" and she also dealt with Shaunna and Craig, tried out multiple vehicles and ended up buying her first ever Honda. We both bought the 2024 CRV Hybrid Sport L (she got fancy and went with the Touring).. but we both love them! Thank you to all that were involved! I would highly recommend UVH to anyone in the market.

Bought a car from them this weekend. Very happy with my purchase, and Matt King the sales associate made sure we got exactly what we wanted, and he stayed late to get us oriented to all all the System Settings. Thanks Matt, much appreciated!

Working with Matt was a fun time, buying a car isn t always the best experience but he made it great. He was super responsive and if he didn t know the answer he d have one for me in no time at all. He really listened to what I was wanting and needing and helped me get exactly that.

I was extremely nervous about my first car buying experience but Shaunna Simmons at Upper Valley Honda made it a breeze! She went above and beyond to help me pick out my 2024 CRV and made sure that it was exactly what I wanted. I cannot say enough amazing things about her and the staff at Upper Valley Honda!

Made an apt the day prior via text. Gave exact stock numbers of 2 vehicles I wanted to see. Was told they were still available. Funny. When I got there no one was prepared for my arrival, the vehicles were not ready, and one of them was sold 4 days prior. I needed a new car so was OK checking out some comparableOptions. After waiting 25+ minutes for the rep to go get the keys I left. Thanks for lying and wasting my time I won t be back.

I had traded in my 2018 Honda Odyssey for a new 2024 Honda Odyssey. The manager Steve, sales rep. Shaunna, and the financial team Jessie and Kyle were awesome and made the transition easy. I've always had great experiences at the Upper Valley Honda, because all their employees are so helpful.

I've had to take my CR-V here twice for a recall. I don't get it serviced at UV Honda, yet both times I was made to feel grateful that a "multi-point inspection" was done for FREE. I didn't ask for this and both times it added quite a lot of unanticipated, so unplanned-for, wait time for the recall repair to be done. Out comes a long list of repairs that are needed, most at several times the cost that my mechanic would charge. Beside each "critical" repair is "FAILED", as if I'd taken the car to UVH for an inspection. My (respected by legions) mechanic looked at the lists from both times and said many of the "critical" repairs weren't needed. Shameful, and so presumptuous and pushy!

Great experience test driving a CR-V hybrid with Shaunna! The whole dealership had a nice atmosphere and Shaunna seemed to know everything possible about the model we were interested in.We didn't end up buying a car here due to an issue with the dealership's email system not working and kicking back our emails and responses, but that was not the sales person's fault at all. We'd have a Honda parked outside our house today if the technical issues didn't happen, but since we couldn't reply easily we started looking at other makes.I'd still recommend anyone looking for a Honda in our area to go see Shaunna @ WRHonda.

I would give zero stars but can t. I made an appointment. Confirmed the appointment the day before at lunch (the dealer called me). I received an email that evening from CarGurus that the vehicle price was lowered (on the lot for 40+ days). I showed up first thing (drove 90 miles one way) and was treated like I didn t have an appointment (they had to find an agent to help me). Then was told the car was sold. Test drove a different lower model, tried to sell it to me for 2k more with a ridiculous amount of fees. I walked out because I will not give money to a business this shady. BEWARE BAIT AND SWITCH. Also, right now, 5 days later they have the vehicle I test drove listed for the lower price that they would not honor.

Reposting my update AGAIN as I sold my car to this dealership in June of 2022 and had a set of BRAND new winter tires on it at time of sale. Their service department was closed when I had to drop my car off, so they ensured me they would remove my winter tires and I could come get them another day. When I emailed to arrange pickup, it appears my tires had grown legs and walked away because UVH had "no idea where they were or what happened to them." I told them that they needed to send me a check to compensate me for what THEY lost, nope. Didn't happen. Instead, they offered to drop me off a pair of used tires that I could sell to try to make money back from mine that they lost. When I told them I had no interest in a pair of tires that weren't even my own that I was going to have to try to sell myself for a profit, I never heard a word back. I would recommend anyone to avoid doing business at this dealership. Go somewhere that they are honest and fix their mistakes, in the event one is made. I'm still out over $500 from my interaction when them.

I bought a 2014 Subaru Outback from them a few years ago. A manager assured me that it was the only car on the lot he would feel good about me being in. My family has purchased 8+ cars from them through the years, so I trusted his word. Now trying to trade it elsewhere I found out it had 6 previous owners has had the odometer rolled back so I don t know how many actual miles are on it and has been in a car on car accident. All things that should have been disclosed before sale as I would not have gotten the car otherwise. I will say they did help me get out of my previous car that the engine blew so is why I would not give 0 stars but think twice before buying from them and if you have to please ask for the carfax. I am now stuck with 13k on this car that s worth almost nothing because of previous drivers of the car.

I dove over an hour to look at a new car. Somehow they wanted $34,000 for a $27,000 car. They added $1,500 in ceramic coating to the price. No ceramic coating is worth more than $500 at most. I ve detailed vehicles for 4 years, I ve never seen anyone charged $1,500 for a ceramic coating. When I mention this to the sales person Emily, she laughed at me and said why don t you want it? It s definitely worth that much . I definitely don t appreciate being laughed at, and I especially don t appreciate being lied to about the cost of a ceramic coating. The specific product they re selling isn t worth more than $200. These practices will continue to drive people away from dealerships as a whole. You should never laugh at a customer. Do better.
