Stranded in Norwich, VT, these guys did the best job on my MINI Cooper, kept me informed of progress, and did the work in a timely manner. It was complicated and they figured it out. BRAVO!!!!

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at a mechanics. They are trustworthy. They walked with me through my car pointing out everything that needed to be fix and brought me to my car so I could visually see it. They explained why it was necessary, and took the time to give me a quote and gave my options (third party parts vs OEM parts and let me choose). I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I've been looking for a new garage to take my sporty cars ever since Northern Motor Sports closed, and I found one. This place is great! I brought my WRX in for a basic oil change and a general look over after another "garage" refused to work on it. They were very nice, knowledgable, and charged me a very fair price for the work they did. They helped me come up with a long term care plan for my WRX and even recommended other shops for performance modifications and dyno tuning. 10/10 will be back with the Subaru and my Porsche as well.Service: Oil change

Have a great reputation of being an honest family business. I know they did right by my daughter and are really friendly to talk to. When I've called with questions, the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and patient.

The Merchand Brothers (and now their sons) are fair, honest and the kind of mechanics that oil your hood hinges and tell you what fixes can be put off for another day, and which fixes shouldn't be delayed. They are busy, so you must schedule in advance. They do everything from oil changes to brakes to snow tires to engine rebuilds, and they work on electric cars too. We take both our cars there for everything--it's worth it.
