I've had good and bad experiences with dealerships over the years and I have to say that this was by far the best experience I've had ever! It's not an exaggeration to say that Jesse (Guy) Wright went way above and beyond to get us a vehicle that we wanted quickly and painlessly and at a better deal than we originally thought we'd get. I don't think I've ever met a sales person with so much caring and who was willing to go that extra mile for you. We had an unusual situation and he was such a great help. I'd highly recommend him for any car buying needs you have. He's absolutely the best!

We were sprung with notice that our car had been deemed totalled so our cat shopping began. We googled and found a Ford Expedition at Key Chevrolet so we called and drove to check it out. The car was out front warming up when we arrived. Jesse was prompt to help us, had is test drive it while he helped another costumer, then got right to us. He answered our questions, made the process super easy, quick and we were in, test drove, papers filled out and put the door in just a couple hours with everything done and drove the car home. Jeff checked for financing prices for us and found us a good interest rate. Jesse and Jeff stayed after closing hours to make sure we had everything done and ready for us to take the vehicle. We recommend Jesse and Jeff at Key Chevrolet!!

I'm a relatively new customer (a few months). Each visit has been exceptional. The service manager Mike and the advisors Ben and George has been wonderful to work with. Very friendly and thorough with the repair work needed and at explaining what is needed going forward.!I highly recommend this exception service team to friends, when they need work or ask about my service experience!!The team and the work is exceptional! Jesse Leavitt was very professional and accommodating throughout my experience. Answered all my questions to best of his ability. Kept his cool when I didn t. Would also like to recognize manager Jason Gibbs. Kept coming to help whenever I had questions, redid all my paperwork due to an error on my behalf and assisted me with all my inquiries.

Leanne Bartlett was AMAZING! She was so helpful and informative. She helped walk me through the purchase process and definitely made it less intimidating for me. Excellent experience from the very beginning. Jesse made the whole process of buying a vehicle super easy and quick. We have never had such a great experience. He had the vehicle out and ready for us to test drive when we got there. We were only there for just over an hour from arriving at the dealership to driving off the lot with our new truck. He even stayed late to help us with the whole process. Highly recommend this dealership and Jesse!

Absolutely terrible experience. At first they tried selling the vehicle for more than listed online. Then they lied to me about being able to go through my bank directly. Then they attempted to force a $1700 warranty that would cover the issues the car already had as far and blemishes. After dealing with all that a deal was made and I was to pick the car up the following day. I wake up early to pick the car up and no word from them. I go to the dealership assuming to pick the car up only to find out it won t be ready for another 2 days. Mind you this is after them eagerly taking my down payment. I recommend literally any other dealership.

My mother brought her car here to be serviced and was charged an astronomical amount just for a setting to be changed in her car, literally just had to push a button on the stearing wheel that she was nievely unaware of, nothing else was done. We lost my Dad recently and are learning how to do so much now that he once handled. One being Car Maintenance. She was not aware of how little had been done when she paid for the service. Once we read the report together on what had been done on the car, to say we were both super shocked and disappointed would be an understatement. Especially with how much she was charged for what was actually done. It cost her well over a hundred dollars for them to push a button on the stearing wheel and for them to tell her what she had already told them?? I just don't understand. I feel like this should have and could have been handled much better, especially for such a longtime, loyal customer.

Went in for my oil change. I bought a maintenance plan to cover these among other things. Was told this was valid for the life of the car. This time they tell me it expired and that they need to also change the filter, which at their own admission was disgusting because in the year and a half they have been servicing my vehicle they never once changed it. So my free oil change cost me $165.

Christal, Lea Ann, and Tia with the Sales Crew helped us out tremendously. Our fleet vehicle broke down and they stayed long after closing to process our vehicle and help us out with a loaner vehicle to get on our way. Great team players and lovely human beings.

I had continously been searching online for a Rebel with super low miles and in perfect condition with the hope of a great price. That's when I came upon Key Chevrolet of White River Junction VT.
