The office space has been rearranged and revamped to be a cozier place to wait while your car is being serviced or repaired. Super open and honest about what they're doing, why their prices are what they are, and not trying to hustle anyone. I had them check my car for a second opinion, and they not only told me what the other shop missed but actually brought me into the garage to see the control arm moving like it shouldn't. They were able to get me in pretty quickly and when I had to reschedule my appointment there was no belly aching about it. A really solid, family-run auto shop for all your car repair needs. They are now my go-to garage for routine maintenance as well, and I am always happy with the price and the quality of service.

Do not recommend. The place is not a welcoming environment. I walked in and was seated, and after a few minutes an older man (mechanic) who worked there came in and started swearing while trying to explain math to the secretary. He was saying they lost money because her calculations were wrong. That s not something you do in a professional setting especially in front of customers. While I was waiting to get my car aligned they came out and said I couldn t get it aligned. They said I needed new inner and outer tie rods, new front and back brakes (yes I did need new brakes but you can align a car without brakes) and needed new tires (again yes I did but they could have swapped the back tires and put them on the front) but what they didn t realize was that my tie rods had been replaced a month prior and were brand new. Nothing wrong with them. I also didn t ask them to check my back brakes. For some reason they did that anyways. After remembering my tyrods had been replaced I called back and felt very disrespected when told bring your car back to where you got it worked on and told again that I needed new tyrods. They had my car on the lift 10 mins and charged me $30 for nothing. A few days go by and I bring my car somewhere new today and they got it aligned with no problem. Thank you Town Fair Tire! Don t bother going here if you don t want to have someone try to arrange a way to help you out.

Finding a mechanic that will stand behind their work is important. I recently had an axle they'd just replaced fail, and they got me right in and replaced it again, no questions asked, no cost to me. Bad parts happen. But great customer service takes effort, and these guys go the extra mile.UPDATE AUGUST 2022... these guys are wicked good, and still my goto shop! Honest and dependable. As a former wrecker driver and mechanic myself, I highly reccomend!

We came as a second opinion because the last place was vague about what was wrong. I grew up in a household of mechanics, and I knew it wasn't correct based off how vague they were and how they weren't really able to specify. D & R & Sons Auto Repair were thorough, they brought us back and showed us what was wrong with it. They were transparent with pricing, and broke down what was labor, price of parts and when your stretched for money, that's extremely important so you know exactly what your money is going towards and how to budget it correctly. If your confident in your work, and your doing things by the book, you shouldn't mind showing us the problem and being transparent with your prices, right? I appreciate them so much, and now our mechanic of choice!

Want a mechanic who isn't going to upsell you, over charge you and isn't afraid to do the hard jobs. This is the shop. They did a full axle swap on my 2000 TJ!! Where open and honest about everything, did it quick and reasonably priced. They also kept me informed along the way. To sum it up: Professional, down to earth, great rate!!!

I was driving to work and my breaks weren t working. No one in town could look at my car except D&R Sons Auto Repair. They were very accommodating and were able to check my car the same day and order new parts for the following day. Very professional and honest people who will clarify any questions you have. I would highly recommend!

Avoid!!! Your response below is not valid. I apologize that my wife did not have all the paperwork but all she needed to do was get the insurance card. You would not allow her or trust her to go back and get it. I asked initially if I could come back with paperwork and finish the process seeing how you charged us $50 and it passed inspection. I left work early to do this and lost part of days pay just to find out that 1. You were not going to finish the process without getting paid and 2. You would not complete it that day. A total waste of my day just because someone can't be honest. I won't ever use you again and I recommend everyone else do the same.Service: General repairs & maintenance
