Pete gave me THE best free information regarding my Land Rover I have ever received. Thank you for taking the time, even though I did not end up purchasing a product today. Companies do not understand the tremendous value that customer service in other areas of expertise adds, even if it does not lead to an immediate sale. I will continue to be a loyal Rovers North customer for this reason, even if my purchases are a part here or there every few years. These are the companies who you recommend in casual conversation, vs the ones you remember who did not want to help with a problem. Thank you very much

While I've only placed two orders from Rovers North, I'm sure I'll be placing many more as a Defender owner.Originally I was comparing the selection and pricing from the UK with the offerings of two other well known Land Rover suppliers. The other US based suppliers were either 10x the cost or failed to respond to both email and phone calls.I rebuilt my top end using parts sourced from the UK before I found Rovers North.Not only have the prices been completely reasonable, I'm finding the selection to be well curated and exactly what I need.With my most recent order, some Old Man Emu suspension upgrades and CV joints I received a ship notice same day.My last order was also shipped quickly and completely. Stoked to have a supplier stateside!

Since no place in town carries any Defender parts I always have to order them. Rovers North is always super helpful in helping me get the right part so I don't have to re-order anything.

Rovers North have helped me build and maintain two land rovers so far. The guys that help you on phone are awesome. Always updates on shipping and back ordered items. Genuine and aftermarket choices on a lot of the parts.They know Land Rovers!!!

Always have had a positive experience with RN. They are usually able to add items to invoices if hasn t been shipped, and have processed cancellations/exchanges very well. I like supporting a domestic company.

I thought I would tell all of you how great Rovers North is as a company, and how they treat their customers. They STINK!I bought a $1000 of Land Rover lift kit parts from Rovers North. When I placed the order, I was told that part of the parts to complete the order were backordered. They said they would let me know when the parts had been shipped out. I went on a 4 day fishing trip and wasn't really worried about the parts arriving since I had not heard from Rovers North.When I arrived home on Monday everything was as I left it. I was clearing out my spam mail and there was an email from FedEx stating the parts had been delivered at 2:39 p.m. on Friday. There were no packages in front of my door. I checked with the office of my apartment complex where I live... No, they had not seen them. I check with my neighbors, some reported seeing it up until Sunday morning, but it was not in front of my door by Sunday afternoon.I called Rovers North about the shipment, and it had been sent. FedEx reported that it had been delivered, but Rovers North had not required a signature for the delivery. When I called Rovers North back, and how they were going to fix it. They said that as far as they were concerned the matter was closed, because FedEx had delivered it.I next called my credit union to dispute the charge on the card, since I didn't receive. They agreed that I had a strong case to dispute the charge. They looked for the charge, and I had not been charged for anything that had been shipped. They had sent the merchandise out without charging me for it.I called Rovers North back one more time to see if they would even consider making it right on my behalf. They again stated that the matter was closed, and if I wanted to try and recover the loss to file a claim on my renters insurance. I then told them that I would not have to do that since they had failed to charge me for the products, and I had canceled the card, and a new one was on its way. I thanked them for their time, but said I would let everyone I know how they treat their customers.The take away is this:There was no communication on their part to inform me the backordered parts were back in stock and they were/had shipped.They only require a signature on shipments with a pretax value of $1000. Mine was $999.60 plus freight.They did not provide any type of insurance on the shipment. If there was anything wrong, file a claim on your homeowners insurance.There was no accountability on their behalf that any error had been made on their part. it all fell on me for not being home when they delivered the shipment, a shipment that I was not expecting or tracking.As a consumer I have a choice of where I spend my money, and I will never spend another dime with them, I will go anyplace else, or go without!

A 30 year customer, back when Mark answered the phone and could not only sort out your problem but take your order! 2nd time I ve had a problem with an order... this one stems from a payment for expedited service, and instead I got standard service. When I called it to their attention, I was told they would look into it and get back with me...no refund because I had already been invoiced for it. Never heard back from them, the parts didn t arrive, the project got canceled and the same for the trip. Not a good customer experience and if you order certainly wouldn t count on a timely delivery!

Rovers North has been my go-to Series Land Rover parts source since 1990. Many hours spent on their line talking through countless questions and nuances of three different Rovers over the years.

I've become a "rover guy" without knowing it and though I'm "green" on working on stuff, Rob and Greg have made it really easy on me. They've helped me shop without up-selling and given great advice when I've needed tips (however trivial the request may be). Thank you so much!

Ordered 67 dollars worth of filters to canada....Travis was great, except paid them 35 dollars to ship it, then 18 days later had fed ex call me wanting another 47 dollars more for brokerage ect. Long stor. Short is not worth sending things to canada and I had no way of declining the charges. If I don t pay them fed ex will send it to collections. Thanks but no thanks

Had a bad review kicked off another site because rovers north objected it,Wrong parts overpriced gets old,After april review, a seller there stalked every post negatively on fb, finally blocked him after he admitted being a seller.Not good business.
