Would give a negative number for a review if I could. Took 11months for owner to respond to my inquiry (there s your sign). When he finally got back to me, I scheduled an appointment. Big mistake!!!! On the day of the appointment, he did not show up. Wasted 2 hours and 40 miles. Plus, I had to have my husband drive his vehicle over too so he could shuttle me home. I ve since left him a few more messages and they ve gone unread. I m sure they ll continue to go unread now that he realizes he has a very, very disgusted customer. I NEVER leave reviews, but feel the need to warn future customers. Worst business experience I ve EVER had. Based on many of the other reviews, I feel like I dodged a bullet by not having the owner show up to do my detail. Blessing in disguise.

I had my Corvette ceramic coated at RT'S and I couldn't be happier. I was looking for a high quality coating and a professional application and I made the right decision choosing RT'S. They did an excellent job and the coating is amazing, I have never seen water react to anything like this stuff, it's unreal. If you like to keep your car looking nice, spend the money and get it done, you won't regret it.Service: Auto detailing

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. We made arrangements for RT's to come detail both of our vehicles. We emptied them both out, made arrangements to get to work so that both cars could stay at home, etc. The day of service, no one came to our house and no one called. My husband called several times and when someone finally answered, he was told that both detailers were out sick. We requested our $250 deposit back because clearly we are not at fault that we have not received any service. The owner has refused to give a refund. After calling several times, I spoke with someone else who told me that electricity has been turned off at the shop, owner hasn't been seen in weeks, etc. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I had used this company a few times, however, this last time I need to warn everyone about. I had to contact the police and they had to assist me getting my vehicle back! The vehicle had supposedly been finished, and it had only been washed, and very poorly at that. Money was stolen out of it and someone took it on a joyride! It had over 50 miles added to it from when I dropped it off (I took a picture of the odometer, it had just over 1000 miles on it.) DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They will steal and lie. The owner had said they had personally taken care of it and it was perfect. All of this was lies.And now the owner isn t contacting me back.

I do not even know where to begin: This company was supposed to detail/ceramic coatmy vehicle. Instead I received an alertthat my vehicle was driving around theNEK after I had dropped it off. When Itried to reach out to the owner to askwhat was happening, someone elsecalled to say it was being moved toanother location, which I had zero noticeof, and had given no permission for. MyGPS showed the vehicle moving manyplaces before being dropped back off. Itwas certainly not moved from onelocation to the other. I went to pick upmy vehicle to the money being left in itfor the work to be done, which I nolonger wanted done, missing. When I had a conversation with the owner about this they said the employee had stolen my vehicle and the money and they would press charges against them and if I was comfortable they wished to complete the job and it would be perfect. Against better judgement I agreed. When I went to pick up my vehicle the work still wasn t done and I was greeted by the employee who was supposedly fired for stealing my vehicle! The police are involved and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.A prior time I had brought my car thereto be detailed when I was told it wouldbe done and I could pick it up it had NOTbeen completed. The "touch up paint"done, I would have been better off doingmyself. I would never recommend orreturn to this business. Zero stars.

Had a scheduled appointment to have two of my vehicles detailed. They were a no show, did not call to notify me that they would not be coming, and now refuse to refund the deposit. Pretty shady business practices.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Do not waste your time or money with this business or owner. I bought a gift certificate back in April for a window tint, had three different promised appointments, showed up to locked shop every time, owner promised to give back money, yet to see it! I would give this business and owner zero stars if I could, he s a liar and thief!!Service: Window tintingService: Window tinting

DISAPPOINTED! A friend of mine has been using this company for years and highly recommended them. However, the last time their vehicle went to be detailed it was STOLEN by an employee who drove it around and then STOLE the money out of it that was for the work to be done. The company THEN promised to make it right, however has yet to do so. Not even washing the vehicle!!

Owner is rude and arrogant. He only cares about money not the vehicle. Work is pitiful at best. He moves around and opens locations and then takes the money and runs. He advertises in framingham mass but no such thing. He also details under nates automotive in essex which i would completely avoid. No customer service or care goes into your vehicle. His ceramic coatings are applied wrong. Will cost money to fix.

So I have taken my time to write this review but..... my truck looks amazing! I love this coating. I got the Diamond coat with windows and wheels treated as well on my 2019 F350. The pricing was great and the finish on my truck just blows me away. It looks better then the day I rolled it off the lot. Thank you RT s Detailing. I will be back when I upgrade my wife s car. A worth while investment!

Twice I have taken both cars to RT s in North Troy and they are awesome. All stains completely removed from seats and the vehicles were spotless. It was like driving out of there in a brand new vehicle each time. Not only is the RT team awesome at what they do but how they treat customers sets them apart. Trevor always offered a lift into town and was very accommodating while I waited. Won t go anywhere else.Services: Auto detailing, Interior scenting

Honestly wish I could give this 0 stars but I can't. Worse car detailing service I have ever had. When I messaged them about getting my car serviced they told me I was going to the Newport location but never gave me an address when I googled it online it said the address was North Troy. I didn't really think much about it since I live in Walden but my address is actually East Hardwick and I'm not to familiar with the area. When we arrived Aaron was extremely helpful getting me to where I belonged, when I arrived at the actual Newport location the guy had no idea what I was there for, when my appointment was, or how much he was even supposed to be charging me. Before I left he told me he would call me the next day letting me know it was ready. The next day I never received a call so we drove up just before closing to pick it up, when we got there the outside hadn't been touched and the stains near the sun visor were never removed which I paid extra for. Aaron just so happened to be there and said he would finish it on Saturday morning and deliver it to our house. When it arrived home I noticed the stains still had not been touched so I took break cleaner and removed them myself with minimal effort. For the $230 I paid for a full interior and exterior and stain removal I could of done a better job myself in less time and less then half the cost. I have emailed them and have received nothing back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND going somewhere else and if Aaron sees this I hope you find a better job that is more organized because you deserve better!

Still waiting for a refund. Overcharged for a paint pen, 60$, that I never received. Had to buy it at Subaru St J. No response to recent email sent.

This company had come highly recommended, so I thought I would give it a try. Scheduling was all online which was easy. When the work was reported done it was incomplete, and no one was available to discuss this with or now is willing to have a conversation. This company took gross advantage of me and should not be used. Also, money was stolen out of it! Worst experience with a company.

Very unprofessional; I left many messages regarding my appointment on 6 July 2020, no return calls; showed up for appointment in Newport and shop was CLOSED. They should be ashamed of themselves but I assume much.Complete waste of my time.DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

i called made an appointment and showed up to see a note on the door saying pump was broken. never bothered to call or anything. drove 3 hour round trip for nothing. what a waste of time and fuel.

Didn't complete job and been trying to get refunded. Called 10 times and emailed 3 times asking for refund. False promises and no refund check.

Terrible job on my RV detailing. I think I just paid $330 for a wash! Main problem is they are doing nothing about it. No customer service.
