Have had my cars inspected for years there, efficient friendly service. Hired them to tow for me. Couldn't have asked for better service won't look elsewhere ever again. Chase and his crew are wonderful. My customers appreciate care with their vehicles and Townline makes all the effort to deliver that service.

I can not express how wonderful of an experience I had here. They truly saved the day for me. I was 2 hours into my 5 hour commute home from college, when my tire burst and all the rubber peeled off. I was unable to get the issues resolved myself, so I called AAA. Towline Auto Repair showed up and the man was absolutely fantastic and helped try and change the tire while I waited next to the car. Unfortunately, the tire wouldn't budge and he said we needed to get the car towed. However, Townline Auto Repair was closed for the night, but they were amazing and took my car in and stayed 45 minutes fixing the car, even after hours!! I was greeted by the nicest receptionist and her adorable dog! I highly recommend this autoshop as they truthfully go out of their way to help their clients and they saved the day!! I was able to drive my car home for the remaining 3 hours of my commute and make it home safely and avoided having to be stranded in Swanton for the night.

I can't say enough about the wonderful service I just received from Dominic, who towed my car. A ball joint broke/detached and the wheel was in what looked like a frighteningly delicate position/situation, and he took the time and care to finesse my car on to and off of the wrecker in an impressive manner. He was friendly and courteous and obviously knowledgeable. I was a nervous wreck and he was calm, collected and reassuring.Thank you so much for making a stressful experience a positive one.

I called them to tow me in when ignition system failed. Without looking at the engine, they told me my car was totaled and offered to buy it for scrap. Another shop then fixed my car in a single day for $200.They can definitely tow though

My sons car blew a head gasket on the way home from college. they assessed the car quickly, provided warm place while we worked out how to pick him up, and provided him a ride so we could meet him. Unparalleled kindness.

Very dishonest company. They were hired by Geico to tow our car from Hinesburg to Charlotte(8 miles). They towed it 70 miles to Swanton in the other direction and asked for 1800 dollars. 5 hours later they told us where our car was. Geico said it was fraud and that they do this often. The police were involved, they lied and said they were having computer problems. Avoid this company at all costs.

They were very helpful and and punctual! I was stuck in burlington and was waiting for a jump from a different company for three hours and decided to call towline and they picked up the phone with great communication and they came very fast! Super helpful and nice!

People are mentally challenged. Towed my 2018 GMC pick-up, that is under warranty, to the wrong dealership. Yes it does look like a Chevy. They towed it on a Saturday afternoon and instead of leaving the keys in the drop box they left them in the ignition over the weekend. The Chevy dealer had no clue why the truck was in his yard. Come on AAA you can do better than these people. I believe the positive post on here must have come from their employees and family members. The women answering the phone needs some customer service training to say the least.

Young man who responded to the call was very nice and helpful. They were here exactly on time their txt msg told me. And they came a loooong way to give me the roadside assistance that I needed on a cold snowy day in VT.

Just a friendly heads up, Townline auto repair is now their towing service and when you call the number listed the will direct you to call Legacy Auto to contact the auto repair shop.

These people are awesome!! I was traveling thought VT and needed service in a pinch . They were friendly and very attentive to my needs and I must say I am a very demanding person . I would recommend to anyone who need service.

What a rip off! Driver showed up 5hrs later then quoted & wanted $40 more on top of my insurances $75! (A 6mile tow!)

Wow! This place works for AAA! The woman dispatcher so needs a lot of medication on a daily basis! She is delusional! I hope she gets the help she needs! Would never want to deal with her again!
