We are extremely grateful for all that the Barrette Family does for us. We know they are only a phone call away. Good people are few and far between these days but when you go to Barrette s it is nothing but good people as soon as you step foot in the building. Thank you, for all that you do for us !

Sara was fantastic! She made buying our new truck at Barrette's a wonderful experience. We felt like we were talking to a friend, not a salesperson. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time with us over three days, while we were deciding if the truck was right for us. She wasn't in a rush to conclude a sale and she didn't apply any pressure to us to buy from them. She was also extremely helpful in obtaining the best financing for us. And when we picked up our truck, she spent a lot of time going through all its features and functions with us, explaining how they operate. We had heard numerous high reviews for her Ford dealership before we went there and we will in turn really recommend Barrette's to all our friends and relatives. And, although we hope to keep our new truck many years, we will definitely buy from them again when we are next in the market for a new vehicle. Update 5 weeks later: When we had trouble with the VT Dept. of Motor Vehicles and the new title for our truck, the staff at Barrette's handled everything and got it corrected for us, even though it wasn't their fault that the mistake occurred. That is fantastic customer service! And although we haven't used them yet, I am sure that their maintenance and repair service will be just as great. What more could anyone ask for in a auto dealership?

My experience with Barrette Ford was simply amazing! Sara was so easy to communicate with and made the process as simple and streamline as possible! I have never had such an easy experience with buying a car - I will definitely be purchasing all of my vehicles from her from now on!

I absolutely love Barrette Ford! The amazing sales team and crew in the shop, make you feel like a member of the family. I am so glad I switched to this family-centric dealership!! While my vehicle had an unexpected extended stay, I was able to try out the new Bronco Sport. When my vehicle was ready it was spotless and is running like a top. I couldn t be happier and can t wait to do business with them again soon! Thank you so much!

Anyone that is looking for a new or used car absolutely should come to Barrette Ford, they treat you like family and help you in every step of the way, and make sure you are cared for and satisfied like family should.

I always am happy with the sales and service at Barrette Ford. It's a great place to shop for acar. Sara is wonderful to work with. she has gone out of her way over the years to make sure we always drive away with the car we want.

I just had the best car buying experience of my life. These people are wonderful. Jon, the owner is the nicest guy you will ever meet. When I talked to people in town and told them I needed a new car, many people recommended Barrette Ford. I am so glad I took their advice. I just picked up my car today and I am more than pleased with how pleasant and easy the transaction was. Jon took care of everything and even took care of some things I forgot to ask about. I will definitely buy another car here.

I was able to get a same day appointment as well as they ordered tires same day since my size wasn't in stock. They were relatively timely, I was in and out within 30-45 min. Their waiting area is homey and kid friendly, plenty of comfy seating as well as 2 friendly dogs that keep to themselves for the most part. Everything was reasonably priced and staff was courteous. Would definitely recommend them!
