Great place and amazing service. Couldn't ask for better results... Brought car in for bumper replacement. Car was back to me in less than 2 days. Highly recommended.

5 stars! I really can't recommend these guys enough. My car was in rough shape, could have totaled it, which I really didn't want because it is paid off and runs great. They had the best quote by far and I wasn't expecting the results to come out perfect. Don't take your car anywhere else. Super friendly staff too. Local small family shop. Thank you!

The owners are truly great. I am not a local resident but I had a car accident and had the car towed there. First, they were so kind to allow me to have my car there as long as I wanted without any fees. Also Marc, the owner, went far beyond his duty to help me sell the car. They are genuinely nice and helpful people.

The work on my car was great, but rather than the 2 days they said it would take it was in the shop for 5 days. They didn't give me a heads up either just waited until I called to see if it was ready to pick up to tell me they hadn't started working on it. Wouldn't recommend it unless you really don't need your car back in a timely manner.

My grandfather was good friends with Charlie and had been taking his car to Charbonneau's for years. When he passed away, we took the car back because it had some rust on the side and we had the option of putting a bandaid over it for less or pay more to get it done right. We paid for them to fix some rust on my father's car the right way so it wouldn't come back. We mentioned that we were moving out of state soon. A year later, the rust is back, so we go back to Charbonneau's to ask them about it. They did it the cheaper way but charged us for the more expensive option. We were a week away from moving and he said he couldn't get the car back in until late September, when we'd already be gone. We think that they thought by the time the rust showed again, we'd be 1,000 miles away and couldn't do anything about it. That's very shady and rude thing to do. Don't trust Charbonneau's to take car of your car. The new owner is not trustworthy.

My family has been doing business with their family for years! Always the same, exceptional work, very fair price, wonderful attitude! They have helped me so many times! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

You never "want" to deal with a body shop but Charbonneau's made the process less stressful to deal with.
