We found ourselves in a huge bind during the last big snowstorm where our regular plow guy left us completely blocked in and unable to get out. I found Jesse through a friend and he came over within 10 minutes and had us plowed out, even stopping to help my husband get his schoolbus unstuck. He did a fantastic job, was courteous and quick. I also used him to get my car inspected last year and found him professional and on task. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

My wife and I have been using Red Wrench Auto since we moved to the area 2 and a half years ago for all of our car repairs and we could not be happier. Jesse is an outstanding mechanic. His prices are fair, he never tries to sell us on repairs/maintenance we don't need, and he informs us of things we DO need to consider in the near future and most importantly why. Honest, highly skilled, and trust worthy mechanics are not easy to find anymore which is why we feel so fortunate to have been able to work with Jesse. They got me right in very quick and kept me up to date on what was going on with my CRV after the yearly inspection turned into some much needed maintenance. Prices seemed very fair and picked up my car the next morning, I didn t even realize how bumpy and noisy the car was until I drove home and it was smooth and silent! I was suggested to give him a call prior to a snow storm (I know a little late), but was able to plow my driveway on short notice was reasonably priced, friendly and prompt. Highly recommended. I will definitely be bring my plowing needs here.

Jesse responded quickly to my request for estimates. I there in turn went forward with his estimates. I needed brakes done, new tires and ordered new studded tires to make sure I was able to get home this winter. Jesse got my car right in, in a timely manor. Very professional! This place was fast and price was more then fair. Jessie was up front and honest with everything he told me about fixing my vehicle. In todays day and age that s a rarity from a Mechanic. I called Jesse at Red Wrench Auto, he came the same day to my job where my truck was located to look at it. Easy fix, great customer service never had such an easy stress free experience with an auto shop. Will most certainly do all of my future business with him, and suggest everyone else do the same!!

I needed to get my rusty old Subaru's rear lift to open. Jesse Webster not only told me to find it cheap online, also installed that part I found, and was very up front about even the things he had to break to get that hatch open.5 out of 5, will definitely and already did recommend Red Wrench for anyone in the Springfield area.

Does good work, and will get the job done for you. I felt it was alittle pricy but well worth it to get my work van back on the road. The prices have gone up everywhere on this kinda of work so I would say this guy is pretty fair. He's in a weird spot nit really in town or anything but you can find and GPS the rout
