Mcgee got my jeep in to fix the rear. I had it back within a week and Lindsay was super helpful through the process! Highly recommend them! And if you are looking to buy a new car Zack was amazing while looking at all my options!

User friendly: I knew what I had for an issue. The mechanic not only solved the problem but let me know what others areas could use some addressing by a use of video and writing. They also showed in the video where the people where I brought in it to get tires and an alignment started the alignment but never tried to loosen bolts to finish in the alignment. In fact the video not only was showing the bolts still had under coating oil and dirt debris proving a wrench was never applied to the nuts. They completed the alignment. The service people were very friendly and through email and text. They kept me informed as the car was coming along. I'd recommend McGees in Springfield,VT for your service needs.

I brought my car to have a recall service done, which they did. Darren was polite, efficient, kind, and thorough. He was put in an awkward position when I asked him for a loaner car, which had been promised. It was he who had to tell me they didn t have one for me. I was told initially I d have to wait all day for the service, but when he realized I would have to sit and wait, I like to imagine he asked the service guys to triage my car. I waited for 4 hours instead of the 7 or 8 I anticipated. He gave me estimate numbers for other work that might need to be done and answered the text questions I sent him later.

Darren provided great service. My car was ready a day early and it was very easy to approve additional repairs via their online notification system. I would definitely recommend and plan to use them again for future repairs.

Awesome. Darren was communicating all through the service and even did some extra things for me (oil change and rotating tie).I only wish the front bumper part was done (not Darren s fault-asked twice for this to be done).

Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. This appointment was done online. When I went into the dealership I was acknowledged and an explanation was given as to why they were running slow. Got my jeep in and serviced quickly.

This dealership is easy to work with when you re having a problem with your Ram truck. I tried another Ram dealer close to my home but they could not find the source of a parasitic drain on my battery. Even after paying for diagnostic services. Disappointed I became frustrated and put up with the problem for several more months.I m glad I decided to change where I take my truck for service even though it s a longer drive. Their service department identified the source and ordered the parts needed for replacement. They honored my extended warranty without a problem. This experience went well and will return again without hesitation.

They got me in and out for my oil change. Also they were concerned about one of my tires, took me back and showed me the issue. Had it changed at another shop because I could have had a blow out in my way back to Alabama. Thankful they were concerned for me and notified me of this issue.

he is not listening to me when I told him that it happened with my other jeep and it was the battery.it will start messing with my computer board and make it so I can steer the car and make my dash go crazy until the battery is changed. He said that they are going to try something else, I can't keep bring it down to them again again.it should be under warranty, it's only 2 years old, so we shouldn't have to pay for anything and it can be replaced

I called the service department for an appointment and had to leave a message for a return call - the call was not returned that day - when I called the next day, they answered quickly, politely and professionally - they had an appointment available that afternoon - Lindsay took my keys and told me that she would come get me from the waiting room when the service was complete - the routine oil change and tire rotation were completed in an hour and I was on my way

Used to be one of the best shops in the area ,But NOT ANYMORE since the new administration .They charge OVERPRICED, ORDER PARTS FOR YOUR CAR THAT NOT NEED, AND TREAT PEOPLE RUDELY.I feel so bad about those people they have to go there .They want to charge me 980$ to fix a break Line on a Prius after sitting a week there .I took it to Toyota dealership and they charged me 380$ .Please be careful with them and think 100 times before you go there.

I took my vehicle for an inspection. I bought it from McGee in Springfield, VT last year brand new. So it s a 2022 Ram 1500 Big horn with 15k miles on it! They said it failed So basically you are saying the quality of your product is that bad that it can t go a year and 15k miles without failing inspection they claimed that there was 1/2 of an inch of surface rust on one of my rotors so that it wouldn t pass inspection? Not normal wear and tear on say my brake pads They sent me a text saying it would be $800 to fix my brakes and pass inspection so what are you charging $600 labor? Trust me I will never do business with you again. The only reason I came for the inspection is because they claim if you buy a vehicle from them then you get free inspectionsService: Vehicle safety inspection

Brought my Jeep into this dealership for the first time to get a front end alignment. The entire visit from the moment I arrived was the worst experience I've had at a dealership in my life. The service advisor Lindsey was busy training a new employee. Ignoring customers. When I informed her that I was undergoing chemo, and was uncomfortable standing for long periods, she became rude and dismissive. They charged me $77 to inform me they couldn't do it due to a frozen tie rod adjuster. Iwaited an hour and a half for that news, because she claimed she couldn't "find" me. Although she verified my cell number (the texts haven't stopped yet), she couldn't be bothered to call. They quoted me over $1650 for a new tie rod assembly, $2k with an alignment and tax. I priced out an entire new tie rod assembly, $150 with a lifetime warranty. However I don't need one, as I was able to free it up with wd40 (as the mechanic suggested to me). I had been thinking of trading in on a newer Jeep. Never where I would have to deal with that service department. Go to Jeep of Keene, go to a Chevy dealer. Anywhere, but avoid this place at all costs.

I had to take my car there to get it inspected in Vermont. Unfortunately they were not nice like the dealership in Claremont. I had asked to talk to a salesman about the car as I had some questions! No one could be bothered to talk to me. They didn't even put the license plates on the car for me. It doesn't even make sense to me. I was not impressed and will not recommend this garage. It's very interesting how they only comment on the positive reviews, not the negative ones! So sad, and I'm glad I don't have to take my car back there.
