Fay's was quick to pick up my car when it broke down a few weeks ago. My car was diagnosed and repaired in less than 48 hours and they were very thorough in answering any questions I had. I was satisfied with my bill and would return there if needed! Thanks Fay's!

After being jerked around and left on the side of the road for 4hrs, called Fay's, about 45mins from the time I dialed they were on the scene and Jacob was awesome. Will definitely use them immediately in the future if the need arises.

After Hillside, my mechanic of 20+ years closed, I was lost. Recently, the staff at Faye's treated me well, and fixed my brakes & inspected my car. They were patient with my questions. I'm hoping I can stop looking!

I needed a battery jump start at 6am and these guys were available, picked up the call on the second ring, and were at my place in less than 20 minutes. It was $100 for the jump which may seem high, but when you don't have other options it feels like a steal.

Wasn't thrilled, I hit my tire against the sidewalk while trying to avoid a pothole and it was 2 streets away from my home, but my car was out of commission, they wanted 150$ to tow it 2 streets over!!! I didn't have the money right then, so they said if you can get it by 5pm tomorrow, I won't charge you for fees, when they towed to my house, the next day.... 365$!!!!!! Not too impressed, I know gas is crazy but 150$ for literally 2 streets away? I think it's awful

Hired them through AAA for a tow - they accepted the job and then didn t show up and cancelled the job without telling me. I was waiting with a broken down car outdoors and was relying on them. I had to wait 2 hrs because of Fays - beware people who don t keep their word!

Inspection due july August 2018,needed $20.part, $300+ later most was labor cost but if you can't do it yourself and need inspection... Was given rides back and forth while vehicle was being fixed. Friendly accessable staff knowledge able. First time there,seemed to want your business . probably would go back. 4/19 needed to go back for a leakage went again ,a bit o money and would have gone forward with this,but they informed me my car not in spectacle??? Yes a long winter but Never when they 1st inspected did they say" down the road we need to address this and this.They did not get my money this time.

After being in a wreck and Fay's used as the tow to clean and salvage my car from the seen of the accident, my vehicle was left on their lot for weeks while I was hospitalized and sent home for recovery 10 days after the accident. When I was finaly able to deal with the after mass on my own and make calls and get things moving my self I was amazed and warm hartted by the kindness Fay's treated me. They listened to what I had under gone and my apologies for the hard work they had to do with my vehicle at the site and recovery of my accident. We were able to negotiate and come to an amazing understanding of eachother. At the end of the day I had my biggest fear and worries of stress removed by the kindness and understanding to resolve and come to common grounds of my fees to a place we were both happy. I was upset about the situation and everything that had transpired initially, but Fay's made it all better in the end and a happy client out of me. I'm glad I got to meet and deal with such a friendly and compassionate business!

Waited over 12 hours for AAA to have someone tow us out of a ditch. Finally AAA contacted Fay s towing and he was here in twenty minutes and pulled us out. Call them the next time for fast, friendly, and cheerful service. They do AAA right! Thank you so much. We were very frustrated to say the least!

While traveling in VT from Massachusetts, I blew a brake line in my Isuzu 16' box truck.Fay's Wrecker and Repair towed my box truck, took me to a local hotel, promptly repaired the brake line the following morning and dropped off my truck to me at the hotel.Rich provides true top notch professional service with a smile at a great price.Extremely satisfied customer.Ken McKenna

Our travel Insurance company called Fay's very late on Friday night because our truck was stuck in a ditch in a remote area. They came out within a half an hour, pulled the truck out of the ditch in 10 minutes, and were pleasant, polite, very helpful and did not make ys feel like idiots. Five stars!

Fays thank you so much for fixing my ac compressor on my 2007 honda civic!! You guys did a fantastic job and I'm very grateful cause it wasn't an easy job, the car is really quiet and smooth so from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!!!!

Horrible place to get your car worked on. They take forever to order parts,. They take for ever to put the parts on the car. Very expensive. I was about of towner and it took them three weeks to put a new exuaste on my car. The lady said she would call when she ordered the parts, would call when the parts came in, would call if they needed money, would call when they got the parts. Finally call when the they got the car complete. I had to call because I was only suppose to be in town for a week. I needed to know what the status of everything was. Keep in mind,. I was in my second of being in town and hadn't received a call. I was becoming worried that I possibly have them the wrong contact number. The lady who answered to phone was rude and obnoxious. I want to give them no stars. They are a horrible place. NEVER EVER GO THERE. an xuaste costed me 4200 dollars and two weeks of vacation. Also received a write up from my boss. This is a horrible place never go there.

I hit a deer and they cane and gor my car and explained everything that would happen with insurance and with the car! Super friendly and AMAZING definitely using them again if i need a tow!

My machanic told me my car, it was inspectable, turns out they issues I was driving with could have been very dangerous, he missed my Outer tie rod and they found it and offered to fix everything and get it inspected for a good price all in the same day. Very friendly and helpful, highly recommend.

beware of fays trucking if you have small children they are using child milesters to help them out they are scum bags and dont deserve bisnus
